Abstract
The invention discloses a wall body open pore rainproof plugging device which comprises a pipeline penetrating through an open pore of a wall body, wherein a first connecting piece is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the open pore, a waterproof plate arranged on the outdoor side of the wall body is fixedly connected onto the first connecting piece, and the waterproof plate is provided with a waterproof groove which extends towards the outdoor side of the wall body and is provided with an opening back to the central line of the pipeline; a cover plate is fixedly arranged on the pipeline on one outdoor side of the wall body, and the cover plate and the waterproof groove are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the pipeline; the cover plate is provided with a shielding part which shields the upper part of the opening of the waterproof groove at intervals, the interval between the shielding part and one side, close to the wall body, of the waterproof groove is 20-120 mm, and the interval between the bottom of the waterproof groove and the surface of the pipeline is 30-100 mm. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electric power safety, in particular to a wall body opening rainproof plugging device.
Background
In a power plant, process pipelines need to be connected with other pipelines across different process rooms or plants due to the requirements associated with process systems; in order to meet the construction requirements of process pipelines, holes need to be formed in the wall body when the wall body needs to penetrate through the wall body of a building. The size of the wall body opening needs to be matched with the appearance size of the process pipeline, and space requirements such as construction allowance, installation error, pipeline thermal displacement, pipeline heat insulation and the like need to be considered, so that the size of the wall body opening of the process pipeline is generally far larger than the size of the pipeline, and a plugging device needs to be designed on the wall body opening to achieve the rainproof purpose. In the prior art, the scheme of wall plugging is generally simple plugging treatment according to field requirements, and the plugging method still has more defects in the aspects of attractiveness and rainproof function, for example, the open holes of some old power plants are not plugged, and rainwater possibly passes through the holes or enters a factory building along a pipeline in rainy seasons due to overlarge partial open holes, so that the production safety is influenced; and because of the existence of the holes, the integral aesthetic property of the wall body of the outer facade of the building can be influenced to a certain extent.
In the prior art, an open pore blocking method is adopted, wherein an annular steel plate is welded between a pipeline and an open pore wall body, so that a gap between an open pore of the wall body and a process pipeline is blocked; the mode of fixing the pipeline and the wall body through the steel plate has adverse effect on the thermal displacement of the pipeline, which can cause the problems of pipeline operation safety or damage to the wall body and the like, wherein the thermal displacement of the pipeline refers to the phenomenon that the pipeline moves due to expansion and contraction caused by heat when a high-temperature medium higher than the ambient temperature flows through the pipeline; and aiming at the pipeline with heat insulation, the blocking pipe plate cannot be welded and fixed with the heat insulation protective layer.
Another method for plugging the open hole in the prior art is to fill the gap between the process pipeline and the open hole in the wall body with a soft material (such as a thermal insulation material), and the simple filling can solve the problem of the obstruction of the free expansion thermal displacement of the pipeline, but for the pipeline with large thermal displacement or large vibration, the filler can be brought out of the gap and fall off due to the existence of friction force between the pipeline and the filler when the pipeline is axially displaced; or when the radial thermal displacement of the pipeline along the opening is large, one side of the pipeline compresses the soft material, and the gap of the other side of the pipeline is too large, so that the opening gap cannot be filled, and the effective plugging of the opening cannot be realized; in addition, for pipelines with slightly large vibration, the plugging material may deform or displace under long-time operation, so that the plugging effect is lost; and after the soft material is filled, no corresponding restriction exists, the material is deformed greatly and may be extruded, and the effect of opening hole sealing and beautifying can not be realized when seen from the outside.
Therefore, a wall body open-hole rainproof plugging device which can stably fix a pipeline, is good in attractiveness and not prone to deformation and displacement is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a wall body open-hole rainproof plugging device which can stably fix a pipeline, has good aesthetic property and is not easy to deform and shift.

a cover plate is fixedly arranged on the pipeline on the outdoor side of the wall body, and the cover plate and the waterproof groove are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the pipeline;
the cover plate is provided with a shielding part which shields the upper part of the opening of the waterproof groove at intervals, the interval between the shielding part and one side, close to the wall body, of the waterproof groove is 20-120 mm, and the interval between the bottom of the waterproof groove and the surface of the pipeline is 30-100 mm.
Preferably, the distance between the shielding part and the side, close to the wall, of the waterproof groove is 20mm, 50mm or 100 mm.

The wall body open-hole rainproof plugging device has the problems that the wall body open-hole plugging of a process pipeline of a power plant and the free thermal displacement or vibration requirement of the pipeline are in contradiction; the requirements of the power plant process pipeline wall body for opening, sealing and rainproof functions are met; and the requirement of attractive plugging of the holes on the wall of the process pipeline of the power plant is met.
