3) Assembling the glass curtain wall: firstly, the built-in bolt on the connecting frame 32 sequentially penetrates through the heat insulation block, the inner pressing plate 4 and the elastic washer and then is locked by the nut, then a plurality of structural adhesives are coated in the C-shaped clamping groove 5, and the rubber strip is fixed on the side wall to be installed of the glass unit 2 by the structural adhesives. Then the glass unit 2 with the hanging ring is conveyed to the installation point of the corresponding curtain wall keel 1 through a crane, then the glass unit 2 is inserted into the corresponding clamping groove 5, and then a layer of glass cement is coated at the joint of the glass unit 2 and the clamping groove 5 for sealing and fixing.
4) Installation of the outer decoration strip: a layer of structural adhesive is coated at the convex part of the inner pressing plate 4, and then the longitudinal buckling plates 10 are sequentially clamped at the corresponding convex parts of the inner pressing plate 4 and are fixed by the structural adhesive in a bonding way. And then, filling sound-absorbing cotton between the pressing plate and the two longitudinal buckling plates 10, and finally, fixedly bonding the cover plate 12 on the outer side of the inner pressing plate 4 through structural adhesive and fixing the cover plate with the free ends of the two longitudinal buckling plates 10 to finish the construction of the special-shaped unit type glass curtain wall.

A special-shaped unit type glass curtain wall comprises a curtain wall keel (1), a glass unit (2) assembled on the curtain wall keel (1) and a mounting frame (3) used for fixing the curtain wall keel (1) and the glass unit (2), wherein the glass unit (2) comprises rectangular glass units and curved glass units, and the special-shaped unit type glass curtain wall is characterized in that the mounting frame (3) comprises a support mounting seat (31), a connecting frame (32) and at least two L-shaped clamping strips (33); the support mounting seat (31) and the curtain wall keel (1) are integrally formed, the connecting frame (32) is connected to the end part, far away from the curtain wall keel (1), of the support mounting seat (31), and one end, far away from the support mounting seat (31), of the connecting frame (32) is connected with the inner pressing plate (4) through a bolt; a clamping groove (5) for clamping the glass unit (2) is formed among each L-shaped clamping strip (33), the inner pressing plate (4) and the connecting frame (32); the support mounting seat (31) is hinged with an L-shaped pull rod (6), and the end part, far away from the support mounting seat (31), of the L-shaped pull rod (6) is hinged on the support mounting seat (31) of the other mounting frame (3); the L-shaped pull rod (6) consists of two connecting rods hinged through a locking hinge, and a triangular structure is formed between the two connecting rods and the glass unit (2);
the curtain wall keel (1) comprises a main keel (13) and a secondary keel (14), the main keel (13) and the secondary keel (14) are fixed through mounting bolts, and each secondary keel (14) is vertically welded at the central position corresponding to the main keel (13); a plurality of diagonal draw bars (15) are arranged between the main keels (13) and the secondary keels (14) which are perpendicular to each other through mounting bolts, and a stable triangular structure is formed among the diagonal draw bars (15), the main keels (13) and the secondary keels (14); the glass unit (2) comprises a frame body (16) and a glass panel (17), one side, close to the glass panel (17), of the frame body (16) is provided with a U-shaped placing groove, the side wall of the glass panel (17) is clamped in the corresponding placing groove, the end part, close to the connecting frame (32), of the glass unit (2) is provided with an adhesive layer (18), and one side, far away from the glass unit (2), of the adhesive layer (18) is fixedly bonded on the side wall of the connecting frame (32);
the construction method comprises the following steps:
1) preassembly of a glass unit (2): coating a layer of structural adhesive on the inner wall of the frame body (16), then sequentially clamping a plurality of stainless steel plates of the frame body (16) with the glass panel (17), and then coating a layer of glass adhesive at the junction of the glass panel (17) and the frame body (16) for sealing and fixing;
2) installation of curtain fossil fragments (1): firstly, conveying the assembled curtain wall keel (1) to a corresponding building truss mounting point through a crane, then fixedly connecting the curtain wall keel (1) to the corresponding building truss mounting point through a mounting bolt, and simultaneously reinforcing by adopting arc welding; then fixing the two ends of the diagonal draw bar (15) on different curtain wall keels (1) through mounting bolts respectively for re-reinforcement treatment;
3) assembling the glass curtain wall: firstly, locking a connecting frame (32) and an inner pressure plate (4) through bolts, and then coating a plurality of structural adhesives in a clamping groove (5); then the glass unit (2) is conveyed to the installation point of the corresponding curtain wall keel (1) through a crane, then the glass unit (2) is inserted into the corresponding clamping groove (5), and then a layer of glass cement is coated at the connection part of the glass unit (2) and the clamping groove (5) for sealing and fixing;
4) installation of the outer decoration strip: a layer of structural adhesive is coated on the side wall of the inner pressing plate (4), and then the longitudinal buckling plates (10) are sequentially clamped at the corresponding positions of the inner pressing plate (4) and are fixed by the structural adhesive; and then, fixedly bonding the cover plate (12) on the outer side of the inner pressing plate (4) through structural adhesive and fixing the cover plate with the free ends of the two longitudinal buckling plates (10).
2. A profiled element type glass curtain wall as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the L-shaped holding strip (33) is provided with an inner rubber strip (7), the glass element (2) abutting against the inner rubber strip (7).

The special-shaped unit type glass curtain wall as claimed in claim 2, wherein a plurality of limiting clamping blocks (8) are arranged on the front surface and the back surface of the inner pressing plate (4), the limiting clamping blocks (8) are arranged along the extending direction of the clamping groove (5), outer adhesive tapes (9) are embedded in two adjacent limiting clamping blocks (8) close to the edge of the inner pressing plate (4), the outer adhesive tapes (9) are arranged opposite to the inner adhesive tape (7), and the glass unit (2) is abutted against the outer adhesive tapes (9).
