Abstract

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the lower end of the tube 1 is provided with an inner annular slot 1 a; the lower end part of the connecting piece 2 is provided with an inner annular slot 2 a; the lower end part of the switching pipe sleeve 3 is provided with an inner annular slot 3 a; the outlet end of the elbow fitting 4 is provided with an internal annular socket 4 a. The pipe 1, the connecting piece 2, the elbow pipe fitting 4 and the switching pipe sleeve 3 are respectively provided with thickened outer walls at positions corresponding to the inner annular inserting grooves. The outer surface of the thickened outer wall is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs extending axially. The upper end part of the pipe 1, the upper end part of the connecting piece 2, the upper end part of the switching pipe sleeve 3, the water inlet end part of the elbow pipe fitting 4 and the water inlet end of the sewage discharge pipeline 5 are respectively arranged into single-layer cylinder walls. The pipe 1 and the pipe 1, the pipe 1 and the connecting piece 2, the connecting piece 2 and the switching pipe sleeve 3, the switching pipe sleeve 3 and the elbow pipe fitting 4 are respectively matched, spliced and connected with the single-layer cylinder wall of the downstream structure through the inner annular slot of the upstream structure, and are further fixed by applying an adhesive.
The connecting pieces 2 are respectively arranged corresponding to each floor, the left end part and the right end part of each connecting piece 2 are respectively connected with branch pipelines, and the branch pipelines are connected with sanitary wares 6. The left end and the right end of the connecting piece 2 are respectively connected with the branch pipeline 8 and the branch pipeline 9 through a sleeve 11. Both ends of the sleeve 11 are provided with internal threads, respectively. The left end and the right end of the connecting end of the branch pipeline and the connecting piece 2 are provided with external threads, and the sleeve 11 is in threaded connection with the branch pipeline and the connecting piece 2 respectively. The connecting piece 2 can adopt a four-way structure or a three-way structure according to actual conditions.
The main pipeline is provided with an inspection opening, and the inspection opening at least comprises an upper inspection opening 71 arranged at the upper end of the main pipeline and a lower inspection opening 72 arranged at the lower end of the main pipeline. As shown in fig. 2, the inspection port 71 includes a lateral nozzle 711 communicating with the tube 1, a sealing plug 712 mounted inside the lateral nozzle, and a sealing cover 713 mounted on an end of the lateral nozzle. A limiting flange is formed between the lateral pipe orifice 711 and the pipe wall of the pipe 1, and the sealing plug 712 is matched with the limiting flange and clamped and installed. the top of the main pipeline is exposed on the roof of the building;
the main pipeline comprises a plurality of pipe and connecting piece connecting structures and a plurality of pipe and pipe connecting structures;
the bottom of the main pipeline is connected with a sewage pipeline through an elbow pipe fitting;
the lower end part of the pipe, the lower end part of the connecting piece and the water outlet end part of the elbow pipe fitting are all provided with internal annular slots;
the upper end part of the pipe, the upper end part of the connecting piece, the water inlet end part of the elbow pipe fitting and the water inlet end of the sewage discharge pipeline are respectively arranged into single-layer cylinder walls which are matched and spliced with the inner annular slot;
the connecting pieces are arranged corresponding to each floor respectively, the left end part and the right end part of each connecting piece are connected with the branch pipelines respectively, and the branch pipelines are connected with sanitary ware.
2. A leak-proof piping system for construction drainage as set forth in claim 1, wherein:
the inspection port at least comprises an upper inspection port arranged at the upper end of the main pipeline and a lower inspection port arranged at the lower end of the main pipeline;
the inspection opening comprises a lateral pipe opening communicated with the pipe, a sealing plug arranged inside the lateral pipe opening and a sealing cover arranged at the end part of the lateral pipe opening;
a limiting flange is formed between the lateral pipe orifice and the pipe wall of the pipe, and the sealing plug is matched with the limiting flange and clamped and installed;
