A washing tub assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 18.
As shown in fig. 1, a washing tub assembly 100 according to some embodiments of the present invention includes an outer tub, an inner tub 10, and an elastic pressing sheet 20. The inner cylinder 10 is rotatably arranged in the outer cylinder, the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 10 is provided with a water discharge hole 11, the elastic pressing piece 20 is arranged on the inner cylinder 10, the elastic pressing piece 20 can be switched between a state of opening the water discharge hole 11 and a state of closing the water discharge hole 11, and when the inner cylinder 10 is in a rotating state, the elastic pressing piece 20 opens the water discharge hole 11 due to the centrifugal force, so that the water in the inner cylinder 10 is discharged through the water discharge hole 11.
The washing tub assembly 100 may be applied to a laundry treating apparatus, and particularly, the axial direction of the inner tub 10 of the present embodiment may be arranged in a horizontal direction, and may also be arranged obliquely with respect to the horizontal direction. When the clothes processing device is in a normal washing stage, the elastic pressing sheet 20 tightly presses the inner barrel 10, namely the elastic pressing sheet 20 is in a state of closing the drain hole 11, so that the water locking function in the washing stage is well realized; after the washing stage is finished, the clothes processing device enters a dehydration stage, the inner barrel 10 starts to rotate at a high speed, the elastic pressing sheet 20 is acted by centrifugal force, at least one part of the elastic pressing sheet 20 tilts outwards, at the moment, the water sealing function of the elastic pressing sheet 20 fails, and therefore the drain hole 11 is exposed, and normal drainage in the dehydration stage is realized.
According to the washing barrel assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention, in the washing stage, the elastic pressing sheet 20 closes the drain hole 11, the inner barrel 10 is equivalent to a non-porous barrel, the inner barrel 10 seals water in the inner barrel 10, so that the object to be washed is washed, the object to be washed in the inner barrel 10 is completely separated from the last residual washing liquid, secondary pollution is avoided, after the washing stage is finished, the elastic pressing sheet 20 enters the dehydration stage, the drain hole 11 is opened under the action of centrifugal force, the sewage in the inner barrel 10 is directly discharged from the drain hole 11, the sewage cannot stay between the outer barrel and the inner barrel 10 for a long time in the whole process, the generation of bacteria is eliminated from the root, and the purpose of healthy washing is realized.
In some embodiments, the elastic pressing piece 20 includes at least one elastic extension 21, the elastic extension 21 has a fixing portion 211 connected to the inner cylinder 10, and one end of the elastic extension 21 forms a free end 212 of the elastic extension 21.
The clothes processing device enters a dehydration stage, the inner drum 10 starts to rotate at a high speed, and the fixing part 211 of the elastic extension section 21 is connected with the inner drum 10, and one end of the elastic extension section 21 is the free end 212, so that the free end of the elastic extension section 21 is tilted outwards under the action of centrifugal force, the drain hole 11 is exposed, and normal drainage in the dehydration stage is realized.
For example, the elastic pressing piece 20 may include an elongated elastic extension 21, one end of the elastic extension 21 forms a free end 212 and the other end forms a fixing portion 211. For another example, the elastic pressing sheet 20 may also include a plurality of elongated elastic extension segments 21, one ends of the plurality of elastic extension segments 21 are connected together and thus fixed together on the inner cylinder 10, and the other ends of the plurality of elastic extension segments 21 all form a free end, so that the plurality of elongated elastic extension segments 21 can respectively open and close the water discharge holes 11 at different positions, which is simple in structure and convenient to install.
In some embodiments, the resilient extension 21 extends along the length of the shaft of the inner barrel 10. Specifically, if the inner tube 10 is a cylinder having a constant radial dimension, the elastic extension 21 extends in the axial direction of the inner tube 10, and if the inner tube 10 is a tapered tube, the elastic extension 21 extends obliquely with respect to the axial direction of the inner tube 10, so that the elastic extension 21 can be brought into close contact with the outer surface of the peripheral wall of the inner tube 10.
The distance between the fixing portion 211 of the elastic extension section 21 and the bottom of the inner cylinder 10 is greater than the distance between the free end 212 of the elastic extension section 21 and the bottom of the inner cylinder 10, that is, the fixing portion 211 of the elastic extension section 21 is farther from the bottom of the inner cylinder 10 than the free end 212 of the elastic extension section 21.
In some embodiments, the fixing portion 211 of the elastic extension 21 is fixed to the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 10 by a fastener. Specifically, the fixing portion 211 of the elastic extension 21 is provided with a fixing hole 213, the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 10 is provided with a mounting hole (not shown) corresponding to the position of the fixing hole 213, and a fastening member is inserted through the fixing hole 213 and the mounting hole to fix the fixing portion 211 of the elastic extension 21 to the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 10, so that not only can the mounting reliability of the elastic extension 21 be ensured, making it easy to assemble and disassemble, easy to replace and maintain, but also another portion of the elastic extension 21 can be deformed to open and close the water drain hole 11.
In order to ensure the use reliability of the elastic pressing piece 20 in the frequent state switching process, the elastic pressing piece 20 is set to be a metal material piece, so that the replacement and maintenance times are reduced. For example, the resilient tab 20 may be a piece of spring steel material.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the side of the elastic pressing piece 20 facing the circumferential wall of the inner cylinder 10 has a sealing surface 22, and the sealing surface 22 may be a smooth arc surface corresponding to the shape of the outer surface of the circumferential wall of the inner cylinder 10, and in a state where the elastic pressing piece 20 is switched to close the drainage hole 11, the sealing surface 22 covers the drainage hole 11, and the sealing surface 22 is in close contact with the outer surface of the circumferential wall of the inner cylinder 10, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the inner cylinder 10 and preventing water inside the inner cylinder 10 from leaking.
In order to reduce the difficulty of the processing technique of the elastic pressing piece 20 and further ensure the sealing performance of the inner cylinder 10, in other embodiments, a sealing piece is arranged on one side of the elastic pressing piece 20 facing the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 10, the elastic pressing piece 20 covers the drainage hole 11 in the state that the elastic pressing piece 20 is switched to close the drainage hole 11, and the elastic pressing piece 20 presses the sealing piece on the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 10, so that the sealing performance between the elastic pressing piece 20 and the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 10 is ensured, and the water in the inner cylinder 10 is prevented from leaking.
As shown in fig. 3, in some alternative embodiments, the sealing member includes a sealing gasket 23, the sealing gasket 23 is laid on a side surface of the elastic pressing piece 20 facing the circumferential wall of the inner cylinder 10, in a state that the elastic pressing piece 20 is switched to close the water drainage hole 11, the sealing gasket 23 covers the water drainage hole 11, and the sealing gasket 23 is tightly attached to the outer surface of the circumferential wall of the inner cylinder 10, so that not only the water drainage hole 11 can be sealed, but also the sealing performance between the inner cylinder 10 and the elastic pressing piece 20 outside the hole of the water drainage hole 11 can be ensured, and the sealing performance of the inner cylinder 10 can be further improved.
In other alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the sealing member includes a sealing ring 24, in a state that the elastic pressing piece 20 is switched to close the water discharge hole 11, the sealing ring 24 surrounds the outside of the water discharge hole 11, and the sealing ring 24 is tightly attached to the outer surface of the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 10, so as to ensure the sealing performance between the inner cylinder 10 and the elastic pressing piece 20 outside the hole of the water discharge hole 11, and further improve the sealing performance of the inner cylinder 10.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the sealing member includes a sealing protrusion 25, the sealing protrusion 25 is disposed on a side of the elastic pressing piece 20 facing the inner cylinder 10, and the sealing protrusion 25 extends away from the elastic pressing piece 20, and the sealing protrusion 25 is inserted into the water discharge hole 11 in a state that the elastic pressing piece 20 is switched to close the water discharge hole 11, so as to close the water discharge hole 11, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the inner cylinder 10 and preventing water in the inner cylinder 10 from leaking. It should be noted that the drainage holes 11 and the sealing protrusions 25 may respectively include a plurality of drainage holes 11, and the drainage holes 11 and the sealing protrusions 25 may be in one-to-one corresponding insertion fit.
In some examples, the sealing protrusion 25 forms a column shape in which the cross-sectional area is maintained constant, and the cross-sectional shape of the sealing protrusion 25 is the same as the shape of the drainage hole 11. For example, the drainage hole 11 is a circular hole, the sealing protrusion 25 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and for example, the cross-sectional shapes of the drainage hole 11 and the sealing protrusion 25 may be polygonal, but the cross-sectional shape of the sealing protrusion 25 may also be other shapes, so long as the effect of blocking the drainage hole 11 can be achieved, and the present invention is within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to facilitate the smooth insertion and extraction of the sealing projection 25 into and from the water discharge hole 11, in other examples, the sealing projection 25 is provided in a tapered shape whose cross-sectional area gradually decreases in a direction away from the elastic pressing piece 20.
In order to further secure the sealing effect between the elastic pressing piece 20 and the inner cylinder 10, in the present embodiment, the sealing member is provided as a rubber material member. Of course, the sealing element can also be made of other compressible materials, for example, the sealing element can also be made of silicone.
In some embodiments, the plurality of water discharge holes 11 and the plurality of elastic pressing pieces 20 respectively include a plurality of water discharge holes 11 arranged in a plurality of sets on the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 10, and the plurality of elastic pressing pieces 20 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of sets of water discharge holes 11, so that each elastic pressing piece 20 can synchronously control the opening and closing of all the water discharge holes 11 in each set corresponding to the position thereof. Specifically, each group of the water discharge holes 11 may include one water discharge hole 11, or may include a plurality of water discharge holes 11, and the elastic pressing piece 20 is used to control all the water discharge holes 11 in each group corresponding to the position thereof, so that the number of parts can be reduced, and the structure of the washing tub assembly 100 can be simplified.
In some embodiments, multiple sets of drain holes 11 are spaced circumferentially along the inner barrel 10. Correspondingly, a plurality of elastic pressing pieces 20 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder 10. The drainage efficiency of the inner cylinder 10 is improved by arranging the plurality of groups of drainage holes 11 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder 10. The multiple groups of drain holes 11 may be uniformly and alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder 10, that is, the distances of any two adjacent groups of drain holes 11 in the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder 10 are equal, and of course, the distances of the multiple groups of drain holes 11 in the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder 10 may also be unequal.
In some embodiments, each set of drain holes 11 includes a plurality of drain holes 11, and the plurality of drain holes 11 in each set are arranged in a single row, or the plurality of drain holes 11 in each set are arranged in a plurality of rows, and the plurality of drain holes 11 in each row are spaced apart along the axial direction of the inner barrel 10. Accordingly, the elastic pressing piece 20 may be formed in a long shape extending in the axial direction of the inner cylinder 10, and one end of the elastic pressing piece 20 is connected to the inner cylinder 10 and the other end is formed as a free end, so that the elastic pressing piece 20 is deformed in a direction away from the circumferential wall of the inner cylinder 10 by centrifugal force when the inner cylinder 10 rotates, thereby opening all the water discharge holes 11 in each group.
In some embodiments, the radial dimension of the inner barrel 10 increases gradually in the direction from the opening to the bottom, i.e., the inner barrel 10 forms a tapered barrel with a larger bottom dimension and a smaller opening dimension. Furthermore, the drainage hole 11 is disposed at a position close to the bottom of the inner cylinder 10, correspondingly, the elastic pressing piece 20 is disposed at a position close to the bottom of the inner cylinder 10, and the fixing portion of the elastic pressing piece 20 is farther from the bottom of the inner cylinder 10 than the free end of the elastic pressing piece 20, so that the free end of the elastic pressing piece 20 can press the inner cylinder 10 due to the tapered shape of the inner cylinder 10.
As shown in fig. 1, a washing tub assembly 100 according to other embodiments of the present invention includes an outer tub, an inner tub 10 rotatably provided in the outer tub, the inner tub 10 provided with a water discharge hole 11, and an elastic pressing sheet 20 provided in the inner tub 10 for opening and closing the water discharge hole 11. Further, the washing tub assembly 100 further includes a flexible member 30, and the flexible member 30 is disposed on the inner tub 10 and is used for pressing the elastic pressing sheet 20, so that the elastic pressing sheet 20 presses the inner tub 10.
According to the washing barrel assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the blocking piece 30 is arranged on the inner barrel 10, and the elastic pressing piece 20 is pressed by the blocking piece 30, so that the elastic pressing piece 20 is always tightly attached to the inner barrel 10 in the washing stage, the elastic pressing piece 20 is kept in a state of closing the water discharge hole 11, and water leakage caused by the fact that the elastic pressing piece 20 is soft in the normal washing process of the inner barrel 10 is prevented; in the dehydration stage, the elastic pressing sheet 20 can overcome the resistance of the flexible piece 30 and switch to the state of opening the water discharge hole 11, and the normal water discharge in the dehydration process is not influenced.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the flexible member 30 includes a flexible sheet 31, one end of the flexible sheet 31 is disposed on the inner cylinder 10, at least a portion of the flexible sheet 31 presses against the elastic pressing sheet 20, the flexible sheet 31 has a simple structure and is easy to install, and not only can provide a force for pressing against the elastic pressing sheet 20, but also can prevent the elastic pressing sheet 20 from opening the water discharge hole 11 due to too large force acting on the elastic pressing sheet 20.
