Claims (1)

1. An embroidery suspension production process is characterized in that: the embroidery suspension production process comprises the following steps:
s1: an operator places the small suspended embroidery frame on a positioning operation table and positions the small suspended embroidery frame at the periphery of the small suspended embroidery frame through a positioning column, places a part to be embroidered on a headband or cloth on the small suspended embroidery frame, selects positioning to limit the headband or cloth according to actual needs, fixes the headband or cloth and the small suspended embroidery frame, rolls and places an unfixed excessive part of the headband or cloth on the small suspended embroidery frame, and places the headband or cloth on a group of idle first loading trolleys integrally;
s2: repeating the step S1, and continuously stacking and loading the suspended small embroidery frames with the fixed head towels or cloth on the unloaded first loading trolley;
s3: after the stacking and loading are finished, the operator pushes the first loading trolley fully loaded to stop along the walkway between the two adjacent groups of embroidery machine equipment, when the embroidery machine stops, a group of small suspension embroidery frames fixed with headscarf or cloth are taken down from the first loading trolley, one end of each small suspension embroidery frame provided with a positioning piece A faces to a group of positioning pins fixed on the embroidery machine, the clamping through holes on the positioning pieces A are clamped with the positioning pins, then one end of the suspended small embroidery frame with the positioning piece B faces to another group of positioning pins fixed on the embroidery machine equipment to carry out clamping connection between the looper clamping groove on the positioning piece B and the positioning pins, thereby fixing a group of small suspended embroidery frames fixed with headscarf or cloth on embroidery machine equipment, moving and stopping at the same time, and repeating the above actions, all the small suspended embroidery frames on the first loading trolley are fixed on embroidery machine equipment in a group by group from top to bottom within 1-2 min;
s4: starting the embroidery machine equipment to carry out one-time embroidery work on a first group of headband or cloth;
s5: the operator pushes the unloaded first loading trolley to return to the position of the initial working area, repeats the actions of the steps S1-S2 and uses the unloaded second loading trolley for loading;
s6: after the embroidery machine equipment finishes the one-time embroidery work of the first group of the headscarfs or the cloth and stops, the operator pushes the empty first loading trolley again, stops while walking along the walkway between the two adjacent groups of the embroidery machine equipment, takes and unloads the suspended small embroidery frame which finishes the one-time embroidery from the embroidery machine equipment, stacks the suspended small embroidery frame on the empty first loading trolley and moves the suspended small embroidery frame to the working area of the positioning operation table;
s7: after the operation of step S5, the second loading trolley is filled with the second group of small suspended embroidery frames to be embroidered at one time, then the operator pushes the second loading trolley filled with the second group of small suspended embroidery frames to stop while walking along the walkway between the two adjacent groups of embroidery machine devices, when the second loading trolley stops, a group of small suspended embroidery frames fixed with headscarves or cloth is taken down from the second loading trolley, one end of each small suspended embroidery frame with a positioning piece a faces to a group of positioning pins fixed on the embroidery machine devices, the clamping between the clamping through holes on the positioning pieces a and the positioning pins is carried out, one end of each small suspended embroidery frame with a positioning piece B faces to another group of positioning pins fixed on the embroidery machine devices, the clamping between the looper clamping grooves on the positioning pieces B and the positioning pins is carried out, so that a group of small suspended embroidery frames fixed with headscarves or cloth is fixed on the embroidery machine devices, the operation of stopping while walking is carried out, and the above operations are repeated, all the small suspended embroidery frames on the second loading trolley are fixed on embroidery machine equipment in a group by group from top to bottom within 1-2 min;

s9: an operator takes down the suspended small embroidery frame which finishes primary embroidery from the first loading trolley, places the suspended small embroidery frame on a positioning operation table, positions the suspended small embroidery frame at the periphery of the suspended small embroidery frame through a positioning column, detaches the headband or the cloth again, places the part of the secondary part to be embroidered on the headband or the cloth, which is to be embroidered next to the primary embroidery, on the suspended small embroidery frame, selects to use the positioning to limit the headband or the cloth according to actual needs, finally fixes the headband or the cloth and the suspended small embroidery frame, winds and places the unfixed excessive part of the headband or the cloth on the suspended small embroidery frame, and then integrally places the wound part on a second loading trolley which is not in load;
