s4: the mixture of water and isopropanol was added and stirred well. And when the temperature of the reactant is reduced to 40 ℃, adding sodium sulfite, uniformly stirring, and discharging to obtain 30% of amine oxide.

step five: mixing and stirring for the third time: and after fully stirring in the fourth step, adding the isohexide, the limonene and the BIT20 into the mixing tank at one time, and increasing the revolution number of the stirrer for 30 min.
Step six: and (4) checking: inspecting the prepared detergent;
step seven: packaging: and filling the qualified detergent.
In this embodiment, the stirring time in the first step is preferably 8min, and the stirring speed is preferably 160 r/min.

A heavy oil stain cleaning agent for kitchens is characterized in that: the method comprises the following components: the mass percent of the special oil removal surface active DGR is 1-4%, the mass percent of amine oxide is 5-8%, the mass percent of hard surface additive is 0.7-1%, the mass percent of sodium carbonate is 1-4%, the mass percent of isohexane glycol is 2-5%, the mass percent of limonene is 0.6-0.9%, the mass percent of BIT20 is 0.09-0.12%, the mass percent of brightener is 1-2%, the mass percent of oxalic acid is 2-4%, the mass percent of essence is 0.1-0.6%, and the balance is deionized water.

The kitchen heavy oil stain detergent as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that: the heavy oil stain cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2-3% of special oil removal surface active DGR, 6-7% of amine oxide, 0.8-0.9% of hard surface additive, 2-3% of sodium carbonate, 3-4% of isohexane glycol, 0.7-0.8% of limonene, 0.1-0.11% of BIT20, 1.1-1.8% of brightener, 2.5-3.5% of oxalic acid, 0.2-0.5% of essence and the balance of deionized water.

The kitchen heavy oil stain detergent as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the heavy oil stain cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the mass percent of the special oil removal surface active DGR is 2%, the mass percent of the amine oxide is 6%, the mass percent of the hard surface additive is 0.8%, the mass percent of the sodium carbonate is 2%, the mass percent of the isohexane glycol is 3%, the mass percent of the limonene is 0.7%, the mass percent of the BIT20 is 0.101%, the mass percent of the brightener is 1.2%, the mass percent of the oxalic acid is 2.6%, the mass percent of the essence is 0.3%, and the balance is deionized water.
4. The kitchen heavy oil stain detergent as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that: the hard surface additive is a ModisurfLift hard surface additive.
5. The kitchen heavy oil stain detergent as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the amine oxide is a 30% concentration amine oxide solution.
6. The kitchen heavy oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 5, characterized in that: in the step S2, the stirring time is 20-30min, and the stirring speed is 400-500 r/min.
