The kitchen heavy oil stain cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the mass percent of the special oil removal surface active DGR is 2%, the mass percent of the amine oxide is 6%, the mass percent of the hard surface additive is 0.8%, the mass percent of the sodium carbonate is 2%, the mass percent of the isohexane glycol is 3%, the mass percent of the limonene is 0.7%, the mass percent of the BIT20 is 0.1%, the mass percent of the brightener is 1.3%, the mass percent of the oxalic acid is 2.7%, the mass percent of the essence is 0.3%, and the balance is deionized water.
In order to increase the hydrophilicity of the hard surface, the greasy dirt is removed more easily. In this embodiment, the hard surface additive is preferably a ModisurfLift hard surface additive.
In order to enhance the fragrance of the greasy cleanser, in this example, it is preferred that limonene be extracted from natural orange peel, have good cleaning performance, and provide a pleasant fragrance.

s2: adding dodecyl dimethyl amine and citric acid into a reaction kettle provided with a stirrer, a reflux condenser pipe, a thermometer and a control feeding device, adding 30% of hydrogen peroxide into the feeding device, and then stirring;
s3: heating to 60 ℃, uniformly injecting hydrogen peroxide into the reaction kettle within a specified time, heating the reactant to 80 ℃, and carrying out reflux reaction for about 4 hours;
s4: the mixture of water and isopropanol was added and stirred well. And when the temperature of the reactant is reduced to 40 ℃, adding sodium sulfite, uniformly stirring, and discharging to obtain 30% of amine oxide.
In this embodiment, the stirring time in step S2 is preferably 23min, and the stirring speed is preferably 440 r/min.

Step six: and (4) checking: inspecting the prepared detergent;
step seven: packaging: and filling the qualified detergent.
In this embodiment, the stirring time in the first step is preferably 6min, and the stirring speed is preferably 120 r/min.
Example 3
The kitchen heavy oil stain cleaning agent comprises the following components: the mass percent of the special oil removal surface active DGR is 3%, the mass percent of the amine oxide is 7%, the mass percent of the hard surface additive is 0.9%, the mass percent of the sodium carbonate is 3%, the mass percent of the isohexane glycol is 4%, the mass percent of the limonene is 0.8%, the mass percent of the BIT20 is 0.11%, the mass percent of the brightener is 1.5%, the mass percent of the oxalic acid is 3%, and the mass percent of the essence is 0.5%. The balance of deionized water.

In this embodiment, it is preferable that the stirring time in step S2 is 26 and the stirring speed is 470 r/min.

step four: and (3) secondary mixing and stirring: after fully stirring in the third step, adding sodium carbonate into the material mixing tank, and stirring for 13min by using a stirrer;
step five: mixing and stirring for the third time: and after fully stirring in the fourth step, adding the isohexide, the limonene and the BIT20 into the mixing tank at one time, and increasing the revolution number of the stirrer for 25 min.
Step six: and (4) checking: inspecting the prepared detergent;
step seven: packaging: and filling the qualified detergent.
In this embodiment, the stirring time in the first step is preferably 7min, and the stirring speed is preferably 140 r/min.
Example 4
The kitchen heavy oil stain cleaning agent comprises the following components: the mass percent of the special oil removal surface active DGR is 4%, the mass percent of the amine oxide is 8%, the mass percent of the hard surface additive is 1%, the mass percent of the sodium carbonate is 4%, the mass percent of the isohexane glycol is 5%, the mass percent of the limonene is 0.9%, the mass percent of the BIT20 is 0.12%, the mass percent of the brightener is 1.8%, the mass percent of the oxalic acid is 3.5%, the mass percent of the essence is 0.5%, and the balance is deionized water.

In this embodiment, the stirring time in step S2 is preferably 30min, and the stirring speed is preferably 500 r/min.

step five: mixing and stirring for the third time: and after fully stirring in the fourth step, adding the isohexide, the limonene and the BIT20 into the mixing tank at one time, and increasing the revolution number of the stirrer for 30 min.
Step six: and (4) checking: inspecting the prepared detergent;
step seven: packaging: and filling the qualified detergent.
In this embodiment, the stirring time in the first step is preferably 8min, and the stirring speed is preferably 160 r/min.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:
the special oil removal surface activity DGR added in the kitchen heavy oil stain cleaning agent has very good cleaning and oil removal performance, the ModisurfLift hard surface additive has an additive with affinity, the hydrophilicity of a hard surface can be increased, oil stains can be removed more easily, the detergency is improved, the cleaning agent is easy to clean again during cleaning, and the antirust function is realized.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (8)
1. A heavy oil stain cleaning agent for kitchens is characterized in that: the method comprises the following components: the mass percent of the special oil removal surface active DGR is 1-4%, the mass percent of amine oxide is 5-8%, the mass percent of hard surface additive is 0.7-1%, the mass percent of sodium carbonate is 1-4%, the mass percent of isohexane glycol is 2-5%, the mass percent of limonene is 0.6-0.9%, the mass percent of BIT20 is 0.09-0.12%, the mass percent of brightener is 1-2%, the mass percent of oxalic acid is 2-4%, the mass percent of essence is 0.1-0.6%, and the balance is deionized water.
2. The kitchen heavy oil stain detergent as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that: the heavy oil stain cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2-3% of special oil removal surface active DGR, 6-7% of amine oxide, 0.8-0.9% of hard surface additive, 2-3% of sodium carbonate, 3-4% of isohexane glycol, 0.7-0.8% of limonene, 0.1-0.11% of BIT20, 1.1-1.8% of brightener, 2.5-3.5% of oxalic acid, 0.2-0.5% of essence and the balance of deionized water.
3. The kitchen heavy oil stain detergent as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the heavy oil stain cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the mass percent of the special oil removal surface active DGR is 2%, the mass percent of the amine oxide is 6%, the mass percent of the hard surface additive is 0.8%, the mass percent of the sodium carbonate is 2%, the mass percent of the isohexane glycol is 3%, the mass percent of the limonene is 0.7%, the mass percent of the BIT20 is 0.101%, the mass percent of the brightener is 1.2%, the mass percent of the oxalic acid is 2.6%, the mass percent of the essence is 0.3%, and the balance is deionized water.
4. The kitchen heavy oil stain detergent as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that: the hard surface additive is a ModisurfLift hard surface additive.
5. The kitchen heavy oil stain detergent as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the amine oxide is a 30% concentration amine oxide solution.
6. The kitchen heavy oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 5, characterized in that: in the step S2, the stirring time is 20-30min, and the stirring speed is 400-500 r/min.
7. The kitchen heavy oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 2, characterized in that: the preparation method of the kitchen heavy oil stain cleaning agent comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing materials: taking the special oil removal surface active DGR, the amine oxide, the hard surface additive, the sodium carbonate, the isohexane glycol, the limonene, the BIT20 and the deionized water for standby according to percentage;
step two: stirring: adding the deionized water into a batching tank provided with a stirrer, starting the stirrer, and stirring the deionized water;
step three: primary mixing and stirring: adding the special oil removal surface activity DGR and the amine oxide into a batching tank in sequence, stirring for 5-8min by a stirrer, then adding the hard surface additive, and fully stirring;
step four: and (3) secondary mixing and stirring: after fully stirring in the third step, adding the sodium carbonate into a mixing tank, and stirring for 10-15min by a stirrer;
step five: mixing and stirring for the third time: and after fully stirring in the fourth step, adding the isohexide, the limonene and the BIT20 into the blending tank at one time, and increasing the revolution number of the stirrer for 15-30 min.
Step six: and (4) checking: inspecting the prepared detergent;
step seven: packaging: and filling the qualified detergent.
8. The kitchen heavy oil stain detergent as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the stirring time in the first step is 5-8min, and the stirring speed is 160 r/min.
