Description

Construction waste recycled aggregate, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of construction waste recycled aggregate, in particular to construction waste recycled aggregate, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The construction industry, one of the prop industries of national economy in China, plays an important role in the process of modern construction, but the flourishing development of the construction industry also brings a large amount of construction waste. At present, the construction waste in Beijing city is mainly removed by a shed changing project, and the construction waste treatment generated by the removal of the shed changing project usually adopts open-air stacking, underground burying, burning and other modes, so that water, atmosphere and soil are seriously polluted, the stability of an ecological system and the living environment are influenced, and the health of people is not facilitated. The construction waste is effectively treated, so that the pollution to soil, water sources and harmful gases can be avoided, and the space of a refuse landfill can be saved.
The rapid development of highway construction in China consumes a large amount of natural aggregates, and is difficult to regenerate in a short time. Concrete blocks, bricks, mortar blocks and the like in the construction waste generated by the removal of the shed improvement project are sorted out and crushed to proper gradation to prepare regenerated aggregate, and the regenerated aggregate partially or completely replaces natural aggregate to be used as a pavement cement stabilized macadam base layer or subbase layer and has practical feasibility. Maxueron et al 'analysis of performance of recycled materials of construction waste' mention that when the recycled aggregates of construction waste are used in road base, the impurity content should not be higher than 0.1%, and the crushing value of the recycled aggregates is increased along with the increase of concrete content, and when the concrete content is about 50%, the crushing value is between 40-45%. Therefore, the strength of the current building waste reclaimed material still has a further space for improving so as to meet higher requirements.

The invention aims to provide a construction waste recycled aggregate aiming at the defects of the prior art, the crushing value of the construction waste recycled aggregate meets the requirements of second-level and lower highway base layers, and the construction waste recycled aggregate can be widely used for the highway base layers.
The technical problem to be solved is that: the existing construction waste recycled aggregate concrete has high content of impurities and low requirement but has high crushing value, and cannot meet the use requirement of a higher-grade highway base layer, so that natural aggregates cannot be substituted in a large amount, the environmental problem caused by construction waste cannot be solved, and the existing construction waste is seriously wasted.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the building garbage recycled aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60 to 80 weight percent of mortar and concrete, wherein the content of the concrete is 36.5 to 42.1 weight percent, 0.1 to 0.3 weight percent of sundries and the balance of bricks and tiles.
Building waste recycled aggregate, and further, the concrete content is 39.2-40.1 wt%.
The recycled aggregate of construction waste has needle sheet content of 1.5-2.4 wt%, mud content of 3.6-4.3 wt% and micro powder content of 2.3-2.9 wt%.
The building waste recycled aggregate further comprises 40.1 wt% of concrete and 0.2 wt% of sundries.
The recycled aggregate of the construction waste further comprises 1.8 wt% of needle sheet, 4.3 wt% of mud and 2.6 wt% of micro powder.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the building garbage recycled aggregate, which is characterized in that the building garbage is subjected to secondary crushing, four-stage separation and multiple impurity removal by adopting a crusher, a screening device, a magnetic suction sorting device, a winnowing impurity removal device and other matched machines to obtain the building garbage recycled aggregate.
Further, the crusher is a jaw crusher and a reaction crusher.
The construction waste recycled aggregate provided by the invention is used for second-level and lower highway base layers.
The construction waste recycled aggregate of the invention is prepared from the following raw materials: the project processes the construction waste generated by changing the shed around the region into a shed for removal, and adopts a jaw crusher, a counterattack crusher, screening equipment, magnetic suction sorting equipment, winnowing and impurity removing equipment and other matched machines. And obtaining the building garbage recycled aggregate through secondary crushing, four-stage separation and multiple impurity removal.
Compared with the prior art, the construction waste recycled aggregate has the following beneficial effects:
the recycled aggregate of the construction waste is derived from the construction waste generated by the removal of the peripheral shed of the sunward area in Beijing, the main components of the recycled aggregate comprise mortar blocks, red bricks, soil, concrete and various light objects, the components are relatively complex, the proportion of the concrete and other components in the recycled aggregate is controlled by secondary crushing, four-stage separation and multiple impurity removal, the needle-shaped content is controlled to be 1.5-2.4 wt%, the mud content is 3.6-4.3 wt%, and the micro-powder content is 2.3-2.9 wt%, so that the crushing value of the prepared recycled aggregate is slightly larger than 30% and smaller than 35%, the requirements of a second-level and following road base layers are met, compared with the recycled aggregate of the construction waste in the prior art, the crushing value is greatly reduced due to the relatively higher content of the concrete, the requirements on the construction waste are reduced, further recycling of various construction wastes can be realized, and the economic benefit is improved, and contributes to environmental protection.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to specific embodiments.
Example 1
The building garbage recycled aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 80 wt% of mortar and concrete, 0.2 wt% of impurities and the balance of bricks and tiles; wherein, the concrete content is 40.1 wt% based on the total mass of the recycled aggregate.
Example 2
The building garbage recycled aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 75 wt% of mortar and concrete, 0.3 wt% of impurities and the balance of bricks and tiles; wherein, the concrete content is 42.1 wt% based on the total mass of the recycled aggregate.
Example 3
The building garbage recycled aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 70 wt% of mortar and concrete, 0.2 wt% of impurities and the balance of bricks and tiles; wherein, the concrete content is 39.2 wt% based on the total mass of the recycled aggregate.
Example 4
The building garbage recycled aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60 wt% of mortar and concrete, 0.1 wt% of impurities and the balance of bricks and tiles; wherein, the concrete content is 36.5 wt% based on the total mass of the recycled aggregate.
The preparation method of the embodiment adopts a jaw crusher, an impact crusher, a screening device, a magnetic suction sorting device, a winnowing and impurity removing device and other matched machines to replace construction waste generated by removing a shed around a sunward area from Beijing. And obtaining the building garbage recycled aggregate through secondary crushing, four-stage separation and multiple impurity removal.
In order to evaluate the properties of the recycled aggregate of construction wastes and to determine the road properties of the recycled aggregate for road surfaces, tests were carried out on the recycled aggregates of examples 1 to 4 with respect to basic physical property indexes mainly including density, water absorption, 0.075mm particle content, and pin-flake particle content, and the properties thereof were as shown in Table 1 below.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003191954120000041
The detection results show that the recycled aggregate has the following characteristics:
(1) compared with the appearance of natural aggregate, the surface of partial recycled aggregate particles of the construction waste is coated with hardened cement mortar.
(2) The recycled aggregate has high water absorption. The processes of demolition, crushing and the like of the construction waste generate great impact energy on the aggregate, so that microcracks are generated in the recycled aggregate particles to a certain degree, and the strength of the recycled aggregate is reduced.
(3) The content of micro powder (particles with the diameter of less than 0.075 mm) of the construction waste is higher than that of natural aggregate, and unhydrated cement particles and active substances exist in the micro powder.
(4) The composition of the construction waste is complex, the existing production process cannot completely remove impurities with low density, such as wood chips, paper scraps and the like, and the impurities have unstable characteristics, so that the test data of basic performance has considerable discreteness. When the content of impurities is excessive, the base layer built by the recycled aggregate has structural defects, and the integrity of the base layer is easily damaged after the impurities are degraded.
(5) Compared with natural aggregate, the recycled aggregate mainly comprising the bricks and the tiles and the mortar has low content of needle-shaped particles, and obviously increases the crushing value, because the old concrete and the bricks and the tiles contain gaps or micro cracks inside and on the surface, have low strength and are easy to crush, the value is slightly larger than the upper limit of 30% of the crushing value of the base course of the expressway and the first-level expressway in the JTG/T F20-2015 specification, and the requirement that the crushing value of the second-level and following expressway base courses is not more than 35% is still met.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and that those skilled in the art will be able to design alternative embodiments without departing from the scope of the appended claims. In the claims, any reference signs placed between parentheses shall not be construed as limiting the claim.
