(1) the bottom of the moving vehicle (26) is provided with a constant speed motor, the output end of the constant speed motor is connected with the moving wheel (28), a battery in the battery box (27) supplies power to the constant speed motor, a switch is turned on, and the moving vehicle (26) moves at a constant speed;

(2) the treatment agent is put into the treatment box (5), sprayed outwards through the water outlet pipe (19) under the action of the second water pump (21) and finally sprayed out through the rotary spray head below the water outlet pipe (6);
