And (3) percolating water II of a certain uranium tailing pond, wherein the pH value is 6.56, the uranium concentration is 0.39mg/L, and the manganese concentration is 6.56 mg/L. Adding 500mL of percolating water into a 1000mL beaker, adding 1.70mL of 5% NaOH solution by mass concentration to increase the pH value to 10.01, stirring at the speed of 180r/min for 10min, and standing for 2h to obtain a supernatant and a neutralized precipitate; 10mL of supernatant was taken to analyze the uranium concentration, manganese concentration and pH, and the 1 st round of neutralization and precipitation reaction was completed. And then pouring out the supernatant, adding 35mL of the neutralized precipitation slag into 500mL of the same uranium tailing pond percolation water (the volume ratio of the reserved neutralized precipitation slag to the uranium tailing pond percolation water is 1:14.3), adding 1.50mL of 5% NaOH solution by mass concentration to increase the pH value to 9.99, stirring at the speed of 180r/min for 10min, standing for 2h, taking the supernatant, analyzing the uranium concentration, the manganese concentration and the pH value, and finishing the 2 nd round of neutralization and precipitation reaction. And (3) carrying out 3 rd to 30 th neutralization and precipitation reactions according to the method of 2 nd round neutralization and precipitation reactions, wherein the test parameters and the test results are shown in the table 2, and supernatant generated in the neutralization and precipitation reactions is directly discharged after being neutralized by acid. And in the process of neutralization and precipitation, carrying out filter pressing treatment on redundant neutralization and precipitation slag, recycling the filtrate generated after filter pressing treatment for neutralization and precipitation reaction, and leaching and recycling the generated filter cake to obtain uranium and manganese.

Adding NaOH solution with the mass concentration of 5% into different uranium tailing pond percolation water, stirring for 10min at the speed of 180r/min, and standing for 1h to obtain supernatant and neutralized precipitation slag; 10mL of supernatant was taken and analyzed for uranium concentration, manganese concentration and pH, and the experimental parameters and experimental results are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the method provided by the invention is suitable for treating uranium tailing pond percolation water with different pH values and different uranium and manganese concentrations, and has the advantages of large treatment capacity, good precipitation effect and low uranium and manganese concentrations in supernate.
The embodiment shows that the method for treating the uranium tailing pond percolation water by recycling the neutralization precipitation slag has the advantages of large treatment capacity, simple process and stable effect, and simultaneously removes uranium and manganese in the percolation water. The method provided by the invention is adopted to treat the uranium tailing pond percolation water, and after 30 times of circulation, the uranium concentration in the supernatant is 0.04mg/L, and the manganese concentration is 0.53 mg/L.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A method for treating uranium tailing pond percolation water by recycling neutralized precipitation slag comprises the following steps:
mixing the percolation water of a uranium tailing pond to be treated with an alkaline solution, carrying out a 1 st round of neutralization and precipitation reaction, and then separating to obtain a supernatant and neutralized precipitation slag; discharging the supernatant after neutralization treatment; reserving the neutralized precipitation slag part for carrying out the next round of neutralization and precipitation reaction, wherein the volume ratio of the reserved neutralized precipitation slag to the seepage water of the uranium tailing pond to be treated in the next round of neutralization and precipitation reaction is 1 (5-50); the rest part neutralizes the sediment slag to be subjected to filter pressing treatment;
mixing the seepage water of the uranium tailing pond to be treated with an alkaline solution and the reserved neutralization precipitation slag, carrying out neutralization precipitation reaction in the 2 nd round, and then separating to obtain supernatant and the neutralization precipitation slag; discharging the supernatant after neutralization treatment; and (3) repeating the scheme to neutralize the precipitation slag, and respectively carrying out retention and filter pressing treatment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the alkaline solution comprises a NaOH solution and/or a KOH solution.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the alkaline solution has a mass concentration of 5 to 10%.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the alkaline solution is used in an amount of adjusting the pH value of the uranium tailings pond percolation water to 9.5-11.0.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the time of each neutralization precipitation reaction is independently 5-10 min.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the volume ratio of the reserved neutralized sediment slag to the next round of uranium tailings pond percolation water to be treated is 1 (30-50).
7. The method according to claim 1, further comprising a process of removing ammonia nitrogen after the supernatant neutralization treatment and before the discharge.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the concentration of uranium in the uranium tailings pond leachate is 20.5mg/L or less; the concentration of manganese in the uranium tailing pond percolation water is less than or equal to 7.5 mg/L.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein a filter cake and a filtrate are obtained after the filter pressing treatment, and the water content of the filter cake is less than 15%.
