2) the adjusting air pump 7 is used for delivering air into the adjusting air bag 6 through the delivery pipe 8 and the connecting pipe 9 when receiving an external instruction; a control valve 13 is arranged in the connecting pipe 9 and used for controlling the filling or discharging of gas in the connecting pipe 9;
3) the external driving force drives the rotating roller 5 to rotate, the rotating roller 5 drives the adjusting air bag 6 to rotate, the adjusting air bag 6 drives the yarn winding barrel 1 to rotate through friction force, the yarn winding barrel 1 winds or loosens the yarn, if the yarn straightening force is large, the friction force between the yarn winding barrel 1 and the adjusting air bag 6 is increased, the resistance received by the rotating roller 5 is increased, the external control center controls the control valve 13 to discharge gas in the adjusting air bag 6, the friction force between the adjusting air bag 6 and the yarn winding barrel 1 is eliminated, the yarn winding barrel 1 rotates under the dragging of the yarn, the yarn is prevented from being torn off due to the large straightening force, after the fault is eliminated, the external control center controls the adjusting air pump 7 to inflate the adjusting air bag 6, the friction force between the adjusting air bag 6 and the yarn winding barrel 1 is increased, and the yarn winding barrel 1 is continuously driven to rotate;
