Abstract
The invention relates to a self-adjusting material loading device, and belongs to the technical field of material loading equipment. The lifting device comprises a walking frame, a lifting mechanism, a loading hopper and a balance bracket, wherein the lifting mechanism is arranged on the walking frame; the loading hopper comprises a hopper, a baffle, a threaded pull rod, a traction frame and universal wheels, the universal wheels are arranged at the lower end of the loading hopper, and the traction frame is arranged at the front end of the loading hopper; a baffle and a threaded pull rod are arranged at an outlet at the bottom of the hopper; the lifting mechanism is a two-section type belt conveyor and comprises a first belt conveyor section and a second belt conveyor section, and the angle and the height of the belt conveyor can be adjusted by adjusting a second section of rack hydraulic rod and a first section of rack hydraulic rod; the top of the lifting mechanism is provided with an unloading hopper, the unloading hopper is hinged with the second section of the belt conveyor, and a hydraulic rod is arranged between the unloading hopper and the belt conveyor to adjust the angle of the unloading hopper. The invention effectively solves the problems of loading time and debugging time of a cement plant.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a self-adjusting material loading device, and belongs to the technical field of material loading equipment.
Background
Tube mills are widely used in cement plants, which use the impact of grinding bodies and their mutual pressing movement to perform the crushing and grinding work on the material, so that the wear of the grinding bodies is very rapid. Therefore, when the tube mill is in abrasive operation, the grinding bodies need to be supplemented regularly and quantitatively to ensure the efficient operation of the tube mill.
The grinding body is one of the important consumables of a cement plant, has large loading capacity and weight equivalent to the weight of the mill, and needs to be replenished and replaced periodically. The loading time of the common loading equipment is long, the equipment debugging time is prolonged, and the production time of a cement plant is directly influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides a self-adjusting material loading device to solve the problems of loading time and adjusting time.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the self-adjusting material loading device comprises a walking frame, a lifting mechanism, a loading bucket and a balance bracket, wherein the lifting mechanism is arranged on the walking frame;
the self-adjusting material loading device comprises a walking frame, a balancing bracket, a steering mechanism and a traction device, wherein the walking frame is of a four-wheel structure, the balancing bracket is arranged on two sides of the walking frame and used for preventing the walking frame from turning over, and the steering mechanism is arranged at the front end of the walking frame and can move the position of the self-adjusting material loading device integrally through the traction device;
the loading hopper is an independent component and is used for quantitatively loading materials, and comprises a hopper, a baffle plate, a threaded pull rod, a traction frame and universal wheels, wherein the universal wheels are arranged at the lower end of the loading hopper, the traction frame is arranged at the front end of the loading hopper, and the loading hopper can be pulled to a specified position by using a traction mechanism; the top end of the threaded pull rod is connected with the baffle, the tail end of the threaded pull rod is in threaded connection with the side frame, and the opening and closing of the baffle are controlled by rotating the threaded pull rod, so that the baffle is driven by rotating the threaded pull rod to carry out unloading work, and the flow velocity of the grinding body in the loading hopper is controlled;
the lifting mechanism is a two-section type belt conveyor and comprises a first belt conveyor section and a second belt conveyor section, the first belt conveyor section and the second belt conveyor section are hinged, a second section of frame hydraulic rod is arranged between the first belt conveyor section and the second belt conveyor section, a section of frame hydraulic rod is arranged between the first belt conveyor section and the traveling frame, and the angle and the height of the belt conveyor can be adjusted by adjusting the second section of frame hydraulic rod and the first section of frame hydraulic rod;
the top of the lifting mechanism is provided with an unloading hopper, the unloading hopper is hinged with the second section of the belt conveyor, a hydraulic rod is arranged between the unloading hopper and the belt conveyor, and the angle of the unloading hopper can be adjusted to accurately position an outlet of the unloading hopper.
Further, the balance support is composed of a retractable steel truss and a hydraulic support leg at the end part.

Further, one section of bottom of the belt conveyor horizontally extends into the bottom of the hopper.
Furthermore, the belt conveyor is provided with a variable-speed driving device, and the speed of the belt conveyor can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Furthermore, the self-adjusting material loading device further comprises a hydraulic and driving control unit, wherein the hydraulic and driving control unit is integrated on the side face of the walking frame and is used for being connected with the variable speed driving device, the two sections of frame hydraulic rods, the one section of frame hydraulic rod and the hydraulic rod, and the control is convenient.
Further, the unloading hopper is correspondingly arranged right above the cement plant tube mill.
The application of the self-adjusting material loading device is used for transferring the grinding body for the cement plant.
In addition, the self-adjusting material loading device is applied to the transshipment of non-sticky wet materials for cement plants.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the self-adjusting material loading device of the invention comprises a walking frame 1 and a lifting mechanism thereon, and further comprises a loading bucket 2 and a balance bracket 11 which are arranged on the walking frame 1. The walking frame 1 is of a four-wheel structure, the two sides of the walking frame are provided with balance supports 11 for preventing side turning, and the balance supports 11 are composed of retractable steel trusses and hydraulic support legs at the end parts. The front end of the walking frame 1 is provided with a steering mechanism, and the self-adjusting material loading device can be integrally moved in position through traction equipment.
As shown in fig. 4-6, the loading hopper 2 is a separate assembly for quantitatively loading materials, and comprises a hopper 14 with an inverted rectangular pyramid structure, a baffle plate 12, a threaded pull rod 13, a traction frame 15 and universal wheels 16, wherein the universal wheels 16 are arranged at the lower end of the loading hopper 2, the traction frame 15 is arranged at the front end of the loading hopper 2, and the loading hopper 2 can be pulled to a designated position by using a traction mechanism. A baffle plate 12 and a threaded pull rod 13 are arranged at an outlet at the bottom of the hopper 14, the top end of the threaded pull rod 13 is connected with the baffle plate 12, the tail end of the threaded pull rod 13 is in threaded connection with the side frame, the opening and closing of the baffle plate 12 are controlled by rotating the threaded pull rod 13, and therefore the baffle plate 12 is driven by rotating the threaded pull rod 13 to carry out unloading work so as to control the flow rate of the grinding bodies in the loading hopper 2.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the lifting mechanism is a two-stage belt conveyor, which includes a first belt conveyor section 3 and a second belt conveyor section 5, the first belt conveyor section 3 and the second belt conveyor section 5 are hinged, and the first belt conveyor section 3 and the second belt conveyor section 5 are hinged, a second frame hydraulic rod 6 is arranged between the first belt conveyor section 3 and the second belt conveyor section 5, a first frame hydraulic rod 4 is arranged between the first belt conveyor section 3 and the traveling frame 1, and the angle and height of the belt conveyor can be adjusted by adjusting the second frame hydraulic rod 6 and the first frame hydraulic rod 4. In addition, the bottom of the first section 3 of the belt conveyor horizontally extends into the bottom of the hopper 14. The belt feeder is equipped with variable speed drive 9, can adjust belt feeder speed according to actual conditions.
The top of the lifting mechanism is provided with an unloading hopper 7, the unloading hopper 7 is hinged with the belt conveyor second section 5, a hydraulic rod 8 is arranged between the unloading hopper 7 and the belt conveyor second section 5, and the angle of the unloading hopper 7 can be adjusted to accurately position an outlet of the unloading hopper 7. The unloading hopper 7 is correspondingly arranged right above the tube mill of the cement plant.
In this embodiment, the self-adjusting material loading device further includes a hydraulic and driving control unit 10, and the hydraulic and driving control unit 10 is integrated on the side surface of the traveling frame 1 and is used for being connected with the variable speed driving device 9, the second-stage frame hydraulic rod 6, the first-stage frame hydraulic rod 4 and the hydraulic rod 8, so that the control is convenient.
The self-adjusting material loading device of the embodiment can be used for transferring the grinding body for the cement plant or transferring the non-sticky wet material for the cement plant.

the lifting mechanism is a two-section type belt conveyor and comprises a first belt conveyor section (3) and a second belt conveyor section (5), the first belt conveyor section (3) and the second belt conveyor section (5) are hinged, a second-section rack hydraulic rod (6) is arranged between the first belt conveyor section (3) and the second belt conveyor section (5), a first-section rack hydraulic rod (4) is arranged between the first belt conveyor section (3) and the traveling frame (1), and the angle and the height of the belt conveyor can be adjusted by adjusting the second-section rack hydraulic rod (6) and the first-section rack hydraulic rod (4);
