本发明公开了一种干花密封储存方法,属于干花储存技术领域,一种干花密封储存方法,通过在罐体一侧设置与取物口相连通的取物盒,在对干花存储时,盖体内端封堵于取物口下侧,实现对罐体内干花密封存储,在进行取用时,向上适度旋转盖体,裸露出取物口,并朝取物口一侧倾斜向下抖动罐体,使得罐体内的干花通过取物口掉入取物盒内,再向下复位盖体,重新对罐体内进行封闭,减少外界空气流入罐体内,再打开密封盖即可对干花进行拿取,同时,利用上下运作抽吸构件,实现对罐体内空气的抽取、排出,进一步减少罐体内空气含量,从而减少湿气,此外,配合可更换的干燥填料,进一步提高对干花存储的干燥密封性。

技术领域
本发明涉及干花储存技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种干花密封储存方法。
背景技术
干花是经过干燥、脱水、漂白、染色后制作出来的干燥花卉,具有观赏意义,其中不少的干花还可作为饮用的干花茶,例如玫瑰花、菊花以及金银花、茉莉花等,只需将这类的新鲜花经过干燥、脱水,再进行密封、存储,需要饮用时,从存储装置中取出即可,非常方便。
现有饮用型干花一般储存在专门的储存罐中,但是现有技术中的储存罐其结构和功能都比较简单,仅起到装载作用。由于每次打开拿取时,外界空气都会进入罐内,储存罐内部水汽增加,而现有储存罐防潮效果欠佳,若未及时对储存罐内部进行吸潮处理,则难以实现干花长时间的干燥密封存储。
为此,我们提出一种干花密封储存方法来有效解决现有技术中所存在的一些问题。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种干花密封储存方法,通过在罐体一侧设置与取物口相连通的取物盒,在进行取用时,向上旋转盖体,裸露出取物口,并朝取物口一侧倾斜向下抖动罐体,干花通过取物口掉入取物盒内,再向下复位盖体重新对罐体内进行封闭,减少外界空气流入罐体内,同时,利用上下运作抽吸构件,实现对罐体内空气的抽取、排出,减少湿气,此外,配合可更换的干燥填料,提高对干花存储的干燥密封性。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种干花密封储存方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备带有盖体的罐体,盖体内部嵌设有底端延伸向外的多个除湿杆,且盖体一侧设有取物盒,罐体顶端壁开设有与取物盒相连通的取物口,预先对罐体、盖体内侧干燥处理,备用;
S2、向多个除湿杆内注入多个干燥填料,利用密封条将除湿杆底端口密封,再将预先干燥后的干花存放于罐体内,螺旋盖上盖体,盖体内端壁封堵于取物口下侧,完成密封存储;
S3、在进行取用时,向上旋转盖体,裸露出取物口,朝取物口一侧向下倾斜抖动罐体,利用上下波动使得干花通过取物口落入至取物盒内,随后向下复位盖体,重新对罐体内的干花进行密封;
S4、取物盒内活动衔接有抽吸构件,干花落在抽吸构件上,打开安装于取物盒上的密封盖即可实现干花的拿取,减少外界空气与罐体内流通。
进一步的,盖体包括与罐体外端壁螺纹连接的外螺旋塞,外螺旋塞底端壁上设有与罐体内壁密封衔接的内密封塞。
进一步的,外螺旋塞与罐体外端壁所螺纹衔接的高度大小远大于取物口的高度,内密封塞底端部开设有中空腔,中空腔的一侧端壁上开设有多个与取物口位置相匹配的透气孔。
进一步的,取物盒为与罐体外端壁相匹配的弧形结构,取物盒靠近顶端的侧壁上嵌设有单向排气管。
进一步的,抽吸构件包括活动衔接于取物盒内部的载物板,载物板的底端设有L型活动杆,取物盒位于密封盖下方的端壁上开设有与L型活动杆位置对应的导向槽,L型活动杆底部外端延伸至导向槽外侧。
进一步的,载物板同样为与取物盒相匹配的弧形结构,L型活动杆的竖直高度远大于导向槽,且L型活动杆与导向槽摩擦接触衔接。
进一步的,密封盖的一端转动安装于取物盒外端壁上,密封盖另一端磁吸衔接于取物盒另一端壁上,且密封盖内壁与取物盒内壁平滑设置。
进一步的,除湿杆上开设有多个吸潮孔,除湿杆外端壁上包覆有吸潮棉层。
进一步的,干燥填料包括球状包囊和填充于球状包囊内的食品级干燥剂,采用球状结构,有利于干燥填料的更换。
进一步的,罐体底端部开设有存储腔,存储腔内设有备用干燥填料。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案通过在罐体一侧设置与取物口相连通的取物盒,在对干花存储时,盖体内端封堵于取物口下侧,实现对罐体内干花密封存储,在进行取用时,向上适度旋转盖体,裸露出取物口,并朝取物口一侧倾斜向下抖动罐体,使得罐体内的干花通过取物口掉入取物盒内,再向下复位盖体,重新对罐体内进行封闭,减少外界空气流入罐体内,再打开密封盖即可对干花进行拿取,同时,利用上下运作抽吸构件,实现对罐体内空气的抽取、排出,进一步减少罐体内空气含量,从而减少湿气,此外,配合可更换的干燥填料,进一步提高对干花存储的干燥密封性。
(2)本方案中的盖体由外螺旋塞、内密封塞组成,外螺旋塞与罐体外端壁所螺纹衔接的高度大小远大于取物口的高度,内密封塞底端部开设有中空腔,中空腔的一侧端壁上开设有多个与取物口位置相匹配的透气孔,在需要取料时,将盖体向上旋转,裸露出取物口,此时,外螺旋塞还螺纹连接于罐体上,在不打开盖体的前提下即可利用抖动罐体将干花从取物口导入取物盒内,减少空气流通,当将透气孔旋转至取物口处,利用取物口、透气孔的相互连通来实现罐体与取物盒的连通,此时可利用取物盒内的抽吸构件将罐体内多余空气抽出,透气孔对干花起到拦截作用,防止将干花吸出。
(3)本方案在取物盒靠近顶端的侧壁上嵌设有单向排气管,抽吸构件由载物板与L型活动杆组成,L型活动杆的竖直高度远大于导向槽,可上下活动的载物板一方面可对导出的干花起到承载作用,将干花移动至密封盖处,打开密封盖即可对干花拿取,另一方面载物板于取物盒内壁活动充当活塞,将罐体内部的多余气体抽入取物盒内,并在反推载物板后,将取物盒内的气体尽量从开口较大的单向排气管处溢出,上下往复多次,减少罐体内的空气含量,从而减少罐体内水汽。
(4)本方案在除湿杆上开设有多个吸潮孔,除湿杆外端壁上包覆有吸潮棉层,除湿杆内置于罐体内侧,直接与干花相接触,干燥效果好,且除湿杆底端裸露在外,易于干燥填料的填充与更换,干燥填料包括球状包囊和填充于球状包囊内的食品级干燥剂,罐体底端部开设有存储腔,存储腔内设有备用干燥填料,采用球状结构,有利于干燥填料的更换,有利于延长对干花密封存储时间。

S1、准备带有盖体2的罐体1,盖体2内部嵌设有底端延伸向外的多个除湿杆7,且盖体2一侧设有取物盒3,罐体1顶端壁开设有与取物盒3相连通的取物口101,预先对罐体1、盖体2内侧干燥处理,备用;
S2、向多个除湿杆7内注入多个干燥填料9,利用密封条8将除湿杆7底端口密封,再将预先干燥后的干花存放于罐体1内,螺旋盖上盖体2,盖体2内端壁封堵于取物口101下侧,完成密封存储;
S3、在进行取用时,向上旋转盖体2,裸露出取物口101,朝取物口101一侧向下倾斜抖动罐体1,利用上下波动使得干花通过取物口101落入至取物盒3内,随后向下复位盖体2,重新对罐体1内的干花进行密封;
S4、取物盒3内活动衔接有抽吸构件,干花落在抽吸构件上,打开安装于取物盒3上的密封盖4即可实现干花的拿取,减少外界空气与罐体1内流通。

请参阅图5-8,取物盒3为与罐体1外端壁相匹配的弧形结构,取物盒3靠近顶端的侧壁上嵌设有单向排气管301,取物盒3内活动衔接有抽吸构件,抽吸构件包括活动衔接于取物盒3内部的载物板6,载物板6的底端设有L型活动杆5,取物盒3位于密封盖4下方的端壁上开设有与L型活动杆5位置对应的导向槽,L型活动杆5底部外端延伸至导向槽外侧,载物板6同样为与取物盒3相匹配的弧形结构,L型活动杆5的竖直高度远大于导向槽,且L型活动杆5与导向槽摩擦接触衔接,可上下活动的载物板6,一方面可对导出的干花起到承载作用,将载有干花的载物板6移动至密封盖4下侧处,打开密封盖4即可对干花进行拿取,另一方面载物板6于取物盒3内壁活动充当活塞,当将盖体2旋转一定角度后,使得透气孔2021对应取物口101处,向下拉动载物板6,可将罐体1内部的多余气体抽入取物盒3内,并再向上推动载物板6后,将取物盒3内的气体尽量从开口较大的单向排气管301处溢出,而设置的透气孔2021则对干花起到抽吸拦截作用,上下往复多次,减少罐体1内的空气含量,从而减少水汽,在此需要补充的是,在向上推动载物板6时,可将盖体2反转回退,透气孔2021脱离取物口101处,取物口101处于密封状态,即可轻松将罐体1内空气通过单向排气管301排出。

相对比现有对干花的密封存储方法,本方案通过罐体1一侧设置与取物口101相连通的取物盒3,在对干花存储时,盖体2内端封堵于取物口101下侧,实现对罐体1内干花的密封存储;在进行取用时,向上适度旋转盖体2,裸露出取物口101,并朝取物口101一侧倾斜向下抖动罐体1,使得罐体1内的干花通过取物口101掉入取物盒3内,达到所需取量后,向下复位盖体2,重新对罐体1内进行封闭,打开密封盖4即可对取物盒3处的干花进行拿取,减少外界空气流入罐体1内;
同时,使用者还可将盖体2旋转一定位置,使得透气孔2021对应取物口101,利用上下运作载物板6,实现对罐体1内进行空气的抽取、排出,进一步减少罐体1内空气含量,减少湿气,此外,配合可更换的干燥填料9,进一步提高对干花存储的干燥密封性。
本发明中的所采用的部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知。

Claims (10)

1.一种干花密封储存方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、准备带有盖体(2)的罐体(1),盖体(2)内部嵌设有底端延伸向外的多个除湿杆(7),且盖体(2)一侧设有取物盒(3),罐体(1)顶端壁开设有与取物盒(3)相连通的取物口(101),预先对罐体(1)、盖体(2)内侧干燥处理,备用;
S2、向多个除湿杆(7)内注入多个干燥填料(9),利用密封条(8)将除湿杆(7)底端口密封,再将预先干燥后的干花存放于罐体(1)内,螺旋盖上盖体(2),盖体(2)内端壁封堵于取物口(101)下侧,完成密封存储;
S3、在进行取用时,向上旋转盖体(2),裸露出取物口(101),朝取物口(101)一侧向下倾斜抖动罐体(1),利用上下波动使得干花通过取物口(101)落入至取物盒(3)内,随后向下复位盖体(2);
S4、3内活动衔接有抽吸构件,干花落在抽吸构件上,打开安装于取物盒(3)上的密封盖(4)即可实现干花的拿取,减少外界空气与罐体(1)内流通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干花密封储存方法,其特征在于:所述盖体(2)包括与罐体(1)外端壁螺纹连接的外螺旋塞(201),所述外螺旋塞(201)底端壁上设有与罐体(1)内壁密封衔接的内密封塞(202)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种干花密封储存方法,其特征在于:所述外螺旋塞(201)与罐体(1)外端壁所螺纹衔接的高度大小远大于取物口(101)的高度,所述内密封塞(202)底端部开设有中空腔,所述中空腔的一侧端壁上开设有多个与取物口(101)位置相匹配的透气孔(2021)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种干花密封储存方法,其特征在于:所述取物盒(3)为与罐体(1)外端壁相匹配的弧形结构,所述取物盒(3)靠近顶端的侧壁上嵌设有单向排气管(301)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种干花密封储存方法,其特征在于:所述抽吸构件包括活动衔接于取物盒(3)内部的载物板(6),所述载物板(6)的底端设有L型活动杆(5),所述取物盒(3)位于密封盖(4)下方的端壁上开设有与L型活动杆(5)位置对应的导向槽,所述L型活动杆(5)底部外端延伸至导向槽外侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种干花密封储存方法,其特征在于:所述载物板(6)同样为与取物盒(3)相匹配的弧形结构,所述L型活动杆(5)的竖直高度远大于导向槽,且L型活动杆(5)与导向槽摩擦接触衔接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种干花密封储存方法,其特征在于:所述密封盖(4)的一端转动安装于取物盒(3)外端壁上,所述密封盖(4)另一端磁吸衔接于取物盒(3)另一端壁上,且密封盖(4)内壁与取物盒(3)内壁平滑设置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种干花密封储存方法,其特征在于:所述除湿杆(7)上开设有多个吸潮孔,所述除湿杆(7)外端壁上包覆有吸潮棉层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种干花密封储存方法,其特征在于:所述干燥填料(9)包括球状包囊和填充于球状包囊内的食品级干燥剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种干花密封储存方法,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)底端部开设有存储腔,所述存储腔内设有备用干燥填料(9)。
