Example 1
The embodiment provides an ink authorization use method, which is applied to a server, where the server may be a common server or a cloud server, as shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
s1: receiving first information, second information and a first request sent by a user side through collecting information codes on ink boxes applied for use and information codes on printing equipment applied for use, wherein the first information is information of the ink boxes applied for use, and the second information is information of the printing equipment applied for use;
s2: in response to the reception of the first request, verifying whether the ink cartridge applied for use satisfies an authorized use condition based on the received first information and second information;
s3: if the first prompt message does not meet the requirement, sending a first prompt message to the user side;
s4: and if the authorized use condition is met, sending the encrypted authorization information to the user end and/or the upper computer of the printing device according to the received first information and second information so as to enable the printing device to execute the printing task by using the authorized ink box according to the authorization information.
The code on the ink box and the code on the printing device can adopt graphic codes such as two-dimensional codes, bar codes, three-dimensional codes and the like, and can also adopt digital codes or character codes in other embodiments.
The user end can adopt a digital mobile communication device such as a mobile phone, and in other embodiments, other electronic devices with an image acquisition device and capable of communicating, such as a tablet computer, a code scanner, a computer with a camera, a network-enabled smart camera, and the like, can also be adopted. The code on the ink box comprises information such as the ink type corresponding to the ink box, the ink production date, the quality guarantee period, the type of the ink, the ink box capacity, the error range of the ink box capacity, the manufacturer of the ink box, the ink box ID, the user identity information of the ink box and the like. And the second information includes the printing apparatus ID, the ID of the printing apparatus main control board, the user identification information of the printing apparatus, and the like. The user terminal can directly send the codes to the server terminal after collecting the codes, the server terminal generates the information after compiling and decoding, and the client terminal can send the information obtained by decoding to the server terminal after compiling and decoding. The first request is a request sent by a client to a server for allowing the ink in the ink box to be used for executing a printing task. The first prompt message is a prompt for prompting the user that the verification fails.
And S2: the verifying whether the ink cartridge applied for use satisfies the authorized use condition includes: judging whether the users of the printing equipment and the ink box are the same user or not according to the user identity information of the ink box, and if not, not meeting the authorization condition; and judging whether the ink applied for use is matched with the printing equipment using the ink according to the manufacturer of the ink box, the model of the ink and the ID of the printing equipment, and if not, not meeting the authorization condition. It is checked whether the ink cartridge has an authorization record, and if the authorization record has been made, the authorization condition is not satisfied to avoid repeated authorization. In implementation, the authorization conditions listed above may be arbitrarily logically combined as needed, and in other embodiments, other authorization conditions may also be set as needed, which is not limited herein.
When the verification is passed, the ink box meets the authorization use condition, the server side can generate corresponding authorization information, and the server side can encrypt the authorization information according to a certain encryption mode. And finally, the server side sends the encrypted authorization information to an upper computer of the printing equipment or sends the encrypted authorization information to the user side firstly, and then the user side sends the encrypted information to the upper computer of the printing equipment. The host computer can write the authorization information into the main control panel of the printer through the relevant printing software installed on the host computer. Then the main control board decrypts the authorization information to obtain the ink box corresponding to the authorized ink and the amount of the authorized ink, and then the main control board controls the printer to execute the printing task according to the authorization content. The authorization information may be in the form of codes, such as numeric codes, text codes, two-dimensional codes, bar codes, three-dimensional codes or other graphic codes.
As shown in fig. 2, the foregoing process is described below by taking a two-dimensional code as an example of codes set on an ink cartridge and a printing device, a user scans the two-dimensional code set on the ink cartridge and the two-dimensional code set on the printing device through a program on a mobile phone, and any program on the mobile phone sends the two-dimensional code or information included in the two-dimensional code and a request for authorizing the printing device to use the ink cartridge to a server. And the server side verifies whether the authorization condition is met or not after receiving the two-dimension code information and the request, and if not, sends prompt information of verification failure to the client side. If yes, the server generates a corresponding authorization code, encrypts the authorization code and sends the encrypted authorization code to the printer. And then the printer sends the encrypted authorization code to a main control board of the printing device through the printing software installed in the printer, the main control board decrypts the authorization code to obtain relevant printing control information, and the main control board can control the printing device to execute a printing task according to the relevant printing control information. It can be seen from the foregoing process that the user can send information and authorization application of the ink cartridge and the printing device only by using electronic devices commonly used at ordinary times, such as a mobile phone, and the like, without communication between the ink cartridge and other devices or information processing of the ink cartridge, and only by attaching the two-dimensional code to the ink cartridge.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to strictly ensure that the ink cartridge and the corresponding ink in the ink cartridge are used in an authorized manner, the present embodiment is implemented in S1: receiving first information, second information and a first request sent by a user side, wherein the first information is information of an ink box which is applied for use, and the second information is information of printing equipment which is applied for use and is included before;
s01: receiving third information and a second request sent by an authorized manufacturer end;
s02: responding to the reception of the second request, and judging whether the total amount of the currently available ink of the user meets the amount of the ink required to be used by the user according to the received third information;
s03: if the ink box is satisfied, generating and sending an instruction for allowing the client to generate the code of the ink box to the manufacturer end;
s04: and if not, sending second prompt information to the manufacturer end.
The third information comprises information such as ink generation date, quality guarantee period, machine type, ink type, machine type suitable for ink, ink box capacity, error range of ink box capacity, manufacturer of ink box, ink box ID, user identity information of ink box and the like. The user corresponding to the third information means an application for generating the code corresponding to the ink box for applying to the server side by the second request of the user identity in the third information. The manufacturer side of this embodiment may be a PC, and in a specific implementation, a manufacturer that produces the printing device may connect the dongle with the PC through interfaces such as a USB, and then input an account password for login, so as to ensure that the manufacturer that produces the printing device that has been authorized to send the third information and the second request is. The system may assign an account number to each user, and the server stores the total ink amount m of the currently usable ink of each authorized user. The server calculates the ink amount n of the ink used for application according to the ink box capacity and the error range of the ink box capacity, if m is less than n, the total amount of the currently available ink of the surface user does not meet the amount of the ink required to be used by the user, and at this moment, the server sends second prompt information to the client to prompt that the total amount of the currently available ink of the user is insufficient. Otherwise, the server sends an instruction to a two-dimensional code generating tool installed on the PC, and the two-dimensional code generating tool generates a two-dimensional code corresponding to the ink box after receiving the instruction. Because the two-dimension code can be generated only after the instruction of the server is received, the ink box which is authorized to be used can generate the effective two-dimension code.
If the amount of ink currently available to the user does not satisfy the amount of ink requested to be used, the user may consider reducing the amount of ink requested to be used, or request to increase the amount of ink currently available to the user by way of a trade purchase. Specifically, in S04: if not, sending second prompt information to the manufacturer end and then sending the second prompt information to the manufacturer end;
s05: receiving a third request sent by an authorized user side, wherein the third request comprises information of applying for increasing the total amount of ink;
s06: and adjusting the total amount of usable ink of the user according to the application increase ink total amount information of the third request.
The manufacturer can send a third request to the server via the PC, apply for the total amount of ink that can be currently used for the user, the amount that needs to be increased can be included in the third request, and the server adjusts the total amount of ink that can be used for the user according to the ink weight that is increased in the third request. After the adjustment is finished, the manufacturer can send a second request to the server through the PC, and the server judges whether the amount of the ink required to be used by the user is met or not according to the adjusted total amount of the ink available to the user.
As shown in fig. 2, further, in the present embodiment, S4: if the authorization use condition is met, sending encrypted authorization information to a user side and/or an upper computer of the printing equipment according to the received first information and second information so that the printing equipment can use an authorized ink box to execute a printing task according to the authorization information, wherein the authorization information is a complex authorization code or a simple authorization code;
s41: sending a complex authorization code encrypted by a server to an upper computer of the printing equipment, wherein the complex authorization code comprises volume data containing basic information and various types of ink drops;
s42: monitoring fifth information fed back by an upper computer of the printing equipment according to a result of receiving the authorization information;
s43: and sending a simple authorization code to the user side after monitoring fifth information sent by the upper computer of the printing device, wherein the simple authorization code comprises basic information.
In this embodiment, the server may first send encrypted authorization information, such as a complex authorization code, to the upper computer, where the complex authorization code includes both the basic information and the volume data of each type of ink drop. The basic information refers to information unrelated to the ink drop volume data, such as a client ID, a model, a control main board ID, an ink cartridge capacity, an ink cartridge virtual capacity, a current time stamp, and the like. If the upper computer fails to receive the authorization information (for example, when the network is abnormal or the upper computer is not connected to the internet), a fifth information which is information of failure in reception is fed back to the server, and the server sends the authorization information to the client (for example, a program installed on the mobile communication device) after monitoring the information. Then, the client inputs the authorization information such as the authorization code to the upper computer of the printing device, so that the condition that the upper computer cannot receive the authorization information due to network problems can be effectively avoided. In order to improve user experience, under the condition that the upper computer is successfully networked, the authorization code sent by the server to the client can be a simple authorization code, the simple authorization code only comprises basic information and does not comprise volume data of ink drops, so that the simple authorization code is shorter, and the user can conveniently input the authorization code manually.
In addition, in order to accurately monitor the amount of ink used authorized for printing, the size of each type of ink drop to be printed may be set.
As shown in fig. 4, the specific setting method is as follows: the second information includes a waveform file feature code of the printing device applied for use, the authorization information includes first authorization information and second authorization information, and S4: if the authorization use condition is met, sending encrypted authorization information to the user side and/or an upper computer of the printing equipment according to the received first information and second information so as to enable the printing equipment to execute a printing task according to the authorization information;
s410: receiving fourth information sent by a manufacturer end, wherein the fourth information comprises volume data of various types of ink drops corresponding to various waveforms;
s420: matching the waveform file of the printing equipment applied for use according to the waveform file feature code;
s430: judging whether the matching is successful;
s440: if not, generating a first message;
s450: and if so, generating second authorization information according to the fourth information and the matched waveform file, wherein the second authorization information comprises volume data of all kinds of ink drops corresponding to all waveforms in the matched waveform file.
In the present embodiment, the waveform file may be imported by a user side such as an OR generation tool installed on a PC, in which waveform data for driving the heads to eject ink is recorded. The volume of each type of ink drop corresponding to each waveform in the waveform file is then set. Each type of ink droplet refers to ink droplets with different sizes, for example, if the ink droplets are divided into three types, namely, large, medium and small, the corresponding volumes are set for the three types of ink droplets. The sizes of the ink droplets in other embodiments can be classified in other ways, such as two or four, or any number of them. And after the setting is finished, the volume data of each type of ink drop is sent to the server by using a two-dimensional code generation tool of the PC terminal. The waveform file feature code of the printing equipment can be sent to the server by a user in a mode of scanning a machine two-dimensional code through a mobile phone program, and the server firstly matches the waveform file of the printing equipment according to the waveform file feature code of the printing equipment. The specific matching method is that the feature codes of all waveform files are stored in advance at the server. The feature code of the waveform file is a numerical value obtained by extracting the same amount of data at the same position in the waveform corresponding to each waveform file and calculating according to the same algorithm. If the values are equal, it indicates that the corresponding waveforms match each other, and if the values are not the same, it indicates that the corresponding waveforms do not match.
And if the over-matching is unsuccessful, the server generates first authorization information, wherein the first authorization information only comprises some basic information, such as client ID, machine type, control mainboard ID, ink box capacity, ink box virtual capacity, current timestamp and the like. The first authorization information may be an authorization code, referred to herein as a simple authorization code, where the authorization code may be obtained by performing an encryption operation using information such as a client ID, a machine type, a control motherboard ID, an ink cartridge capacity, an ink cartridge virtual capacity, and a current timestamp as input parameters. After the authorization code is decrypted, information such as a client ID, a machine type, a control mainboard ID, an ink box ID, ink box capacity, ink box virtual capacity, a current timestamp and the like can be correspondingly obtained.
And if the over-matching is successful, the server generates second authorization information, wherein the second authorization information further includes volume data of the ink drops of the various types corresponding to all waveforms in the waveform file matched by the printing device on the basis of the first authorization information, and the second authorization information can be an authorization code, which is referred to as a complex authorization code in this document. The authorization code may be obtained by performing encryption operation on the input parameter using the second authorization information, and may also be obtained by decrypting the authorization code, in addition to obtaining information such as a client ID, a machine type, a control motherboard ID, an ink cartridge capacity, an ink cartridge virtual capacity, and a current timestamp. And volume data of the ink drops of the types corresponding to all the waveforms in the waveform file matched by the printing device.
If the over-matching is successful, the authorization information sent to the upper computer of the printing equipment by the server is an encrypted second authorization code, the upper computer writes the encrypted second authorization code into the main control board, the main control board decrypts the encrypted second authorization code to obtain corresponding volume data of the sizes of the ink droplets of various types, and then the printing equipment is controlled to print according to the printing data set by the user side.
The main control board can also verify the authorization code after decrypting the encrypted authorization code, and after the verification is successful, the printing data is written into the flash memory. If the equipment is verified, a prompt message is sent to the user end, such as the mobile communication equipment for installing the relevant program, and the user is prompted to re-input the correct authorization code
Example 2
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, this embodiment provides an authorized ink use method, which is applied to an upper computer of a printing device, and specifically includes the following steps:
s10: receiving authorization information which is sent by a server side according to a verification result of first information and second information and is encrypted by the server side, wherein the first information is information of an ink box which is applied for use, and the second information is information of printing equipment which is applied for use;
s20: sending the received authorization information to a control main board so that the control main board can decrypt the authorization information and then use the authorized ink to control the printer to execute a printing task;
s30: monitoring the ink consumption of the ink box in the printing task execution process;
s40: and sending a third prompt message to the manufacturer end when the monitored ink usage amount of the ink box reaches a preset threshold value.
After the server side verifies that the ink box applied for use meets the authorized use condition, encrypted authorization information such as an authorization code is sent to the printing equipment according to the information of the ink box applied for use and the information of the printing equipment. After the relevant printing software of the printing equipment receives the authorization code, the authorization code is written into the main control board of the printing equipment. The main control board decrypts and verifies the authorization code, and if the authorization code fails to be verified, a prompt message is sent to a user end such as a PC to prompt the user that the verification fails. The main reason for the failure of the verification is that the user inputs an incorrect authorization code, so that the user can input the authorization code again through related software installed on the upper computer after receiving the prompt information, and the upper computer sends the newly input authorization code to the main control board for decryption and verification. And after the verification is successful, the main control board writes the decrypted information into a flash memory of the main control board, wherein the information comprises the usable ink, the ink consumption and other information, and the main control board controls the printing equipment to execute the printing task according to the information. The usage of ink corresponding to an authorized ink cartridge may be monitored during execution of a print job. The specific detection method comprises the following steps:
s401: reading the ink consumption from the program of the main control panel periodically;
s402: judging whether the actual usage amount of the ink box authorized to be used is used up or not according to the authorization information;
s403: if not, continuing printing;
s404: if the printing job is finished, continuing printing until the printing job is finished;
s405: if the ink is not used up, sending out a prompt message to prompt the user that the ink allowance is insufficient;
the user can add ink into the ink box after receiving the information for prompting that the ink surplus is insufficient, and the amount of the added ink is sent to an upper computer of the printing equipment through a PC (personal computer) end, and the upper computer judges whether the actual using amount of the ink box is used up again according to the amount of the residual usable ink after the ink is added. In addition, the user can also update the ink box, and after the user replaces the new ink box, the user sends a new authorization request to the server by scanning the two-dimensional code on the ink box so that the server authorizes the replaced ink box. Wherein the actual usage of the ink cartridge is the capacity of the ink cartridge plus a set capacity error. For example, the capacity of the ink cartridge is V, the set capacity error is 10% V, and the actual amount of the ink cartridge is (1 + 10%) V.
