Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an electric control double-limiting device which adopts a mode of combining electric control and machinery and is used for fixing and releasing relative positions between the machinery and relative rotation between turnplates.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: an electrically controlled double stop device comprising:
the limiting device is provided with a bottom plate which is transversely arranged, and the top of the bottom plate is provided with a first groove;
the working turntable is rotatably arranged at the top of the limiting device mounting base plate and is used for bearing parts and driving the parts to rotate at the top of the limiting device mounting base plate;
the first limiting assembly is fixedly arranged at the top of the working turntable and used for limiting and fixing parts borne by the working turntable;
the limiting rocker assembly is rotatably arranged in the first groove, is positioned at the bottom of the working turntable and is in contact with the bottom of the first limiting component, and is used for releasing the limiting fixation of the first limiting component on the part;
and the second limiting component is fixedly arranged on the limiting device mounting base plate and is positioned on one side of the first groove, and is used for controlling the rotating angle of the limiting warping plate in the first groove by contacting with the right surface of the limiting warping plate assembly.
The parts are placed on the surface of the working turntable, the parts are limited and fixed through a first limiting component on the surface of the working turntable, the parts with limited and fixed positions rotate on the surface of a limiting device mounting base plate along with the rotation of the working turntable, when the first limiting component rotates to a second limiting component along with the turntable, the right end of a limiting wane assembly is pressed downwards through the action of the second limiting component, the left end of the limiting wane assembly is inserted into the bottom of the first limiting component in a tilting mode and is arranged in a contact mode with the bottom of the first limiting component, the first limiting component and the second limiting component are fixed relatively due to the contact between the second limiting component and the first limiting component, therefore, the working turntable is fixed above the limiting device mounting base plate, the right end of the limiting wane assembly is pressed downwards through the second limiting component, the left end of the limiting wane assembly is tilted upwards to push the first limiting component, the first limiting assembly rotates on the surface of the working turntable so as to remove the part fixed by the first limiting assembly in a limiting way.
As a preferred embodiment, the right side of the working turntable is provided with a through hole, the top of the limiting rocker assembly is movably arranged in the through hole, the through hole is formed in the working turntable, and when the through hole of the working turntable rotates to the right end of the top of the limiting rocker assembly, the limiting rocker assembly is inserted into the through hole, so that limiting and fixing of the working turntable are achieved.

1. the limiting device can be integrated and multipurpose, and can limit the movement of a plurality of components;
2. the electric control and the mechanical control are combined, so that the working efficiency is ensured, and meanwhile, the limiting safety can be ensured;
3. the device is flexible in limiting, convenient to release in emergency, small in structure, capable of being used independently and free of influence of other control systems.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, an electrically controlled double limiting device includes:
the limiting device is provided with a bottom plate 1 which is transversely arranged, and the top of the bottom plate is provided with a first groove 11;
the working turntable 2 is rotatably arranged at the top of the limiting device mounting base plate 1 and is used for bearing parts and driving the parts to rotate at the top of the limiting device mounting base plate 1;
the first limiting assembly 3 is fixedly arranged at the top of the working turntable 2 and used for limiting and fixing parts borne by the working turntable 2;
the limiting rocker assembly 4 is rotatably arranged in the first groove 11, is positioned at the bottom of the working turntable 2, is in contact with the bottom of the first limiting component 3, and is used for releasing the limiting fixation of the first limiting component 3 on parts;
and the second limiting component 5 is fixedly arranged on the limiting device mounting base plate 1 and positioned on one side of the first groove 11, and is used for controlling the rotation angle of the limiting rocker 41 in the first groove 11 by contacting with the right side surface of the limiting rocker assembly 4.
The parts are placed on the surface of the working turntable 2, the parts are limited and fixed through the first limiting component 3 on the surface of the working turntable 2, the parts with limited and fixed positions rotate on the surface of the limiting device mounting base plate 1 along with the rotation of the working turntable 2, when the first limiting component 3 rotates to the position of the second limiting component 5 along with the turntable, the right end of the limiting wane assembly 4 is pressed downwards through the action of the second limiting component 5, the left end of the limiting wane assembly 4 is inserted into the bottom of the first limiting component 3 in a tilting mode and is arranged in contact with the bottom of the first limiting component 3, the first limiting component 3 and the second limiting component 5 are fixed relatively due to the contact between the second limiting component 5 and the first limiting component 3, therefore, the working turntable 2 is fixed above the limiting device mounting base plate 1, and the right end of the limiting wane assembly 4 is pressed downwards through the second limiting component 5, the left end of the limiting rocker assembly 4 is tilted to push the first limiting component 3 upwards, and the first limiting component 3 rotates on the surface of the working turntable 2 to remove the part fixed and limited by the first limiting component 3.

The second limiting component 5 comprises a motor 51, the motor 51 is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the groove, a limiting convex block 52 is fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft of the motor 51, the bottom of the limiting convex block 52 is a plane, the right side of the bottom of the limiting convex block 52 is an arc-shaped surface, the lower part of the limiting convex block 52 is located in the groove, the contact area of the limiting convex block 52 and the limiting rocker 41 is controlled through the motor 51, and the control of the limiting rocker 41 is realized.
The limiting rocker assembly 4 is composed of a first limiting round block 42, a second limiting round block 43, a return spring 411, a first bolt 413 and a limiting rocker 41. The limiting rocker 41 is a device for limiting the working turntable 2 and a working device for releasing the limiting by the limiting block 312. Two limiting round blocks with different heights are arranged at the front section of the limiting warping plate 41, the first limiting round block 42 is used for releasing the limiting block 312 which is in contact with the first limiting round block, when the limiting warping plate 41 is acted by the limiting convex block 52, the first limiting round block 42 is in contact with the fixing bolt 313 of the limiting block 312, the limiting block 312 is jacked upwards, and therefore limiting is released; the effect of the spacing circle piece 43 of second is the rotation of restriction work carousel 2, when operation locking order, spacing convex type piece 52 and wane contact, spacing wane 41 perks up, be equipped with reset spring 411 down because of the spacing circle piece 43 of second, so the spring is compressed, when the carousel turned to the spacing circle piece 43 position of second, the spacing circle piece 43 of second upwards plays under reset spring 411's effect, send into the spacing circle piece 43 of second in the carousel reservation through-hole 2, reach restriction carousel pivoted effect. The mounting seat 31 of the limiting block 312 is of a U-shaped structure, and the top of the mounting seat is provided with a mounting hole of a fixing bolt 313 for fixing the limiting block 312 on the turntable; the two sides are provided with rotary bolt mounting holes for fixing the limiting block 312 and enabling the limiting block 312 to rotate around the bolt; the U-shaped middle part is a movable region of the limiting block 312, the limiting block 312 is arranged at a proper position in the middle groove, and the limiting block 312 is prevented from interfering with the rear side of the groove of the mounting seat in the movement process.
Spacing protruding type piece 52 is the structure of connecting motor 51 and spacing wane 41, upper portion is equipped with the motor 51 connector, be used for linking to each other with motor 51, two operating condition of motor 51 correspond two operating site a and b of spacing protruding type piece 52 respectively, when stop device is in locking carousel operating condition, spacing protruding type piece 52 operating site a contacts with spacing wane 41, spacing wane 41 corresponds the position spacing with the spacing hole contact of carousel spacing, when unblock stopper 312 operating condition, spacing protruding type piece 52 operating site b contacts with spacing wane 41, make spacing wane 41 further rotate, drive stopper 312 upward movement, remove the spacing of working part.

The limiting block 312 is an automatic limiting structure, when the working component contacts the upper end of the limiting block 312, the limiting block 312 rotates around the bolt, and the working component moves into the groove of the limiting block 312, so that the movement of the part is limited.
The limit may also be manually released when the remote control or motor 51 fails. The operation method comprises the following steps: the rocker is manually pressed to make the first limit round block 42 contact with the limit adjusting bolt, so that the limit is released.
