The welding method of the tank body upright post comprises a tank body frame, and is characterized in that a side plate, an upright post used for supporting the side plate and a partition plate intersected with the side plate and the upright post are arranged on the tank body frame, and the welding step is as follows:
1) the upright columns are divided into an upper section upright column and a lower section upright column, and the height of the lower section upright column is higher than that of the partition plate;
2) the lower section upright post and the side plate are respectively welded on a bottom plate of the tank body frame, the partition plate is welded with the side plate, a notch is formed in the partition plate, the upper end of the lower section upright post extends out of the notch, and the junction of the lower section upright post and the notch of the partition plate is hermetically welded;
3) welding a cover plate on the lower section of stand column;
4) sealing and welding the upper part of the lower section of the upright post extending out of the partition plate and the junction of the cover plate and the side plate;
5) welding the upper section upright post and the cover plate on the lower section upright post;
6) and spot welding the two sides of the connecting surface of the lower section of stand column and/or the upper section of stand column and the side plate.
6. The method of welding can body columns of claim 5, wherein the columns are of a U-tube construction.
7. A method of welding can bodies uprights according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that the side panels are of corrugated construction.
8. The method of welding can bodies, according to claim 7, wherein said upper section column is welded to said side plates by a connecting plate.
