4) welding the upper section of stand column on the lower section of stand column;
5) and spot welding the two sides of the connecting surface of the lower section of stand column and/or the upper section of stand column and the side plate.

3) welding a cover plate on the lower section of stand column;
4) sealing and welding the upper part of the lower section of the upright post extending out of the partition plate and the junction of the cover plate and the side plate;
5) welding the upper section upright post and the cover plate on the lower section upright post;
6) and spot welding the two sides of the connecting surface of the lower section of stand column and/or the upper section of stand column and the side plate.
6. The method of welding can body columns of claim 5, wherein the columns are of a U-tube construction.
7. A method of welding can bodies uprights according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that the side panels are of corrugated construction.
8. The method of welding can bodies, according to claim 7, wherein said upper section column is welded to said side plates by a connecting plate.
