Abstract
The invention relates to a method for reducing welding workload of a closed space in a box-shaped member with a cross section in a shape of Chinese character mu, which comprises the steps of assembling and welding a longitudinal partition plate of the box-shaped member with a bottom plate; assembling and welding a transverse partition plate, a bottom plate and a longitudinal partition plate of the box-shaped component; assembling a top plate, a transverse partition plate and a longitudinal partition plate of the box-shaped component to form an I-shaped state, welding the transverse partition plate and the top surface in the box body, forming an internal smoke exhaust channel by using a manhole of the transverse partition plate or the longitudinal partition plate, and arranging blowers at two ends of the box body of the box-shaped component for ventilation and smoke exhaust; assembling a sealing plate of the box-shaped component with a diaphragm plate, a top plate and a bottom plate, and welding a main welding seam of the box-shaped component; and welding the diaphragm plate and the closing plate in an electroslag welding mode. According to the method, the ventilation in the box-type member is enhanced in the welding operation process, the generation of smoke dust of a weldment is reduced as much as possible in the welding operation process, and the problem of potential safety hazards in the traditional box-type member welding operation process is solved.

Technical Field

Background
With the wide application of steel structures, box-type members with unique shapes are more favored by designers, and various box-type structures with complex forms are continuously derived. In the steel structure, the box-shaped member with the cross-section shaped like a Chinese character 'mu' can bear tension and effectively resist pressure due to the fact that the box-shaped member with the cross-section shaped like a Chinese character 'mu' contains two longitudinal partition plates and a plurality of transverse partition plates, so that the box-shaped member has good mechanical property, is the first choice of a structural form of a pressure ring beam in a cable membrane structure with certain large span, but can form a plurality of closed spaces in the box body due to the characteristics of the structural form, further needs to perform welding operation in the closed spaces, causes great hidden dangers to safety production, and seriously harms the personal health of staff.
