1. A bolt hole repairing and reproducing device is characterized by comprising:
the base mechanism comprises a bottom plate, an X-axis platform movably arranged on the bottom plate, a Y-axis platform movably arranged on the X-axis platform and an adjustable supporting platform fixed on the Y-axis platform; the X-axis platform is driven to move by an X-axis driver, and the Y-axis platform is driven to move by a Y-axis driver;
the machining mechanism can be arranged on the adjustable supporting platform and comprises an installation side plate, a driver, a connecting seat and a cutter, wherein the installation side plate can be arranged on the adjustable supporting platform, the driver is arranged on one side of the installation side plate, the connecting seat is arranged on the other side of the installation side plate and is connected with the driver, the cutter is connected with the connecting seat, and the cutter is a drill bit, a boring cutter or a screw tap;
the inner hole surfacing mechanism can be arranged on the adjustable supporting platform and comprises a supporting plate which can be arranged on the adjustable supporting platform, a rotating part arranged on the supporting plate and a welding gun arranged on the rotating part; the rotating component is driven to rotate by a C-axis driver.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a motion controller connected to and controlling the X-axis driver, the Y-axis driver, and the C-axis driver, respectively.
3. The bolt hole repairing and reconstructing device of claim 1, wherein a T-shaped groove is formed in the Y-axis platform, a screw rod is arranged in the T-shaped groove, a threaded portion of the screw rod is connected with the adjustable supporting platform, a locking nut and an adjusting nut are respectively connected to the threaded portion of the screw rod, the locking nut is located above the adjustable supporting platform, and the adjusting nut is located below the adjustable supporting platform so as to adjust the height and the flatness of the adjustable supporting platform.
4. The device for repairing and reconstructing a bolt hole according to claim 3, wherein said adjustable support platform is provided with mounting holes with different diameters and different positions.
5. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the driver of the processing mechanism is a hydraulic motor, and the hydraulic motor is connected to the hydraulic station through a hydraulic pipe and a return pipe.
6. The bolt hole repairing and rebuilding device of claim 1, wherein said welding gun is connected with wire feeder and gas shielded welding machine.
7. The bolt hole repairing and reconstructing method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
firstly, an X-axis platform is movably arranged on a bottom plate, a Y-axis platform is movably arranged on the X-axis platform, an adjustable supporting platform is fixed on the Y-axis platform, an X-axis driver drives the X-axis platform to move, and a Y-axis driver drives the Y-axis platform to move, so that the adjustable supporting platform is located at a position suitable for the machining mechanism and the inner hole surfacing mechanism to act;
the processing mechanism comprises a mounting side plate which can be mounted on the adjustable supporting platform, a driver arranged on one side of the mounting side plate, a connecting seat arranged on the other side of the mounting side plate and connected with the driver, and a cutter connected with the connecting seat; the inner hole surfacing mechanism comprises a supporting plate which can be arranged on the adjustable supporting platform, a rotating part which is arranged on the supporting plate and a welding gun which is arranged on the rotating part;
secondly, mounting the machining mechanism on the adjustable supporting platform, wherein a cutter of the machining mechanism adopts a drill bit to remove original threads and fatigue layers of bolt holes;
thirdly, replacing the inner hole surfacing mechanism to the adjustable supporting platform, driving the rotating part to rotate by the C-axis driver to drive the welding gun to rotate, and surfacing the bolt hole with the original thread and the fatigue layer removed;
and fourthly, replacing the machining mechanism to the adjustable supporting platform, and respectively selecting a boring cutter and a screw tap to bore and tap the bolt hole after surfacing so as to repair and reproduce the bolt hole.
8. The method for repairing and rebuilding bolt holes according to claim 7, wherein before step one, the center line of the bolt hole is drawn, the height of the adjustable support platform and the center position of the bolt hole is measured, and the bottom plate is adjusted and fixed.
9. The method for repairing and rebuilding bolt holes of claim 7, wherein the X-axis driver, the Y-axis driver and the C-axis driver are controlled by a motion controller.
