The nuclear facility metal pipeline cutting and dismantling device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the expansion screw (41) is provided with a plurality of slots circumferentially through the outer wall of the pipe orifice bearing seat (45), and the inner wall of the pipe orifice bearing seat (45) is provided with protrusions matched with the slots.
6. The nuclear facility metal pipe cutting and dismantling device according to claim 1, wherein an end of said feed shaft (34) extending out of said long shaft (23) is provided with a feed bearing (32), and an outer side of said feed bearing (32) is provided with a feed bearing seat (33).

The nuclear facility metal pipeline cutting and dismantling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said transmission mechanism includes a driven gear connected to the long shaft (23) through a driven gear shaft (21); the power component (1) comprises a motor (11), an inner coupler (12) and a driving gear, the driving gear is connected with the motor (11) through a driving gear shaft (13), the inner coupler (12) is arranged on the driving gear shaft (13), and the driving gear is meshed with a driven gear.
8. The cutting and dismantling device for metal pipes of nuclear power plants according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer wall of said long shaft (23) is provided with a positioning bearing (35), said positioning bearing (35) being placed inside the outer support pipe (46).
9. The nuclear power plant metal pipe cutting and dismantling device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said operating mechanism is a hand wheel (31), further comprising a control system for controlling the power unit (1).
10. The cutting method of the nuclear facility metal pipeline cutting and dismantling device based on any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, lifting the whole cutting and dismantling device and installing the device on the metal pipeline to be cut so that the cutting part (5) is inserted into the metal pipeline to be cut;
s2, operating the feeding component (3) to enable the cutter (53) to extend out of the supporting roller (52);
s3, starting the power component (1), enabling the power component (1) to drive the transmission component (2) to rotate, and further driving the cutting component (5) to rotate to realize the cutting of the metal pipeline to be cut.
