and step S4: after cleaning, connecting a nozzle of the spray gun 3 with a surface bushing quartering connector 9 on a casing gate 10, and lifting the mixed waste liquid of the cleaning liquid and the oil stain in the liquid collecting barrel 6 into the spray gun 3;
step S5: the mixed waste liquid sequentially passes through the spray gun 3, the surface bushing quartering connector 9 and the casing gate 10 to enter the casing 11, and then enters the oil production system.
Step S6: and cleaning and recovering the oil stain at the oil leakage position.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the spray gun 3 and the spray gun connection pipe 12 are both pumped by the air pump 1 and the air pumping pipe 2 to form a negative pressure in step S2 and step S4, so that the cleaning solution and the mixed waste liquid are lifted into the spray gun 3 through the spray gun connection pipe 12.

After finishing the greasy dirt washing, the mixed waste liquid of washing liquid and greasy dirt directly flows into in collecting tray 5, and retrieve in returning to receiving liquid bucket 6, can pass through spray gun 3 and table bushing quartering mouth 9 with the mixed waste liquid of retrieving and input to sleeve pipe 11, the mixed waste liquid flows into to the oil recovery production system along with sleeve pipe 11 in, follow-up accessible oil recovery production system promotes the mixed waste liquid to ground after the separation with washing liquid and greasy dirt, but washing liquid cyclic use, not only the cleaning cost has been reduced, and can not directly externally discharge washing liquid and greasy dirt, avoid causing the pollution to external environment. In addition, the air pump 1 plays a role in lifting cleaning liquid and mixed waste liquid, workers are not required to clean oil stains on a well mouth through external force, labor intensity of the workers is reduced, and working efficiency is improved.

An oil well cleaner, which is arranged above a wellhead, is characterized in that the oil well cleaner comprises a liquid collecting barrel (6) containing cleaning liquid, a spray gun (3) for spraying the cleaning liquid at an oil running position to clean oil stains, and a liquid collecting tray (5) for recovering the cleaning liquid and mixed waste liquid of the oil stains after cleaning, wherein:
the liquid collecting disc (5) is arranged on a sleeve (11), an opening is formed in the top of the liquid collecting disc (5), the cleaned mixed waste liquid flows into the liquid collecting disc (5) through the opening of the liquid collecting disc (5), the liquid collecting barrel (6) is located below the liquid collecting disc (5), the bottom of the liquid collecting disc (5) is connected with the top of the liquid collecting barrel (6), an infusion hole (501) is formed in the bottom of the liquid collecting disc (5), the interior of the liquid collecting disc (5) is communicated with the interior of the liquid collecting barrel (6) through the infusion hole (501), the spray gun (3) is communicated with the interior of the liquid collecting barrel (6) through a spray gun connecting pipe (12), and a nozzle of the spray gun (3) can be connected with a meter center-supplementing four-division connector (9) on a sleeve gate (10) so that the mixed waste liquid flows back into the sleeve (11) through the liquid collecting disc (5), the liquid collecting barrel (6), the spray gun connecting pipe (12), the spray gun (3), the meter center-supplementing four-division connector (9) and the sleeve gate (10) in sequence;
the oil well cleaner further comprises an air suction pump (1), an air suction pipeline (2), a flow guide shell (17), a liquid inlet pipe (18) and a liquid outlet pipe (19), wherein a flow guide cavity (1701) is formed inside the flow guide shell (17), the air suction end of the air suction pump (1) is communicated with one end of the air suction pipeline (2), the other end of the air suction pipeline (2) is communicated with the flow guide cavity (1701), one end of the liquid inlet pipe (18) is communicated with the inside of the liquid receiving barrel (6), the other end of the liquid inlet pipe (18) is communicated with the flow guide cavity (1701), one end of the liquid outlet pipe (19) is connected with the spray gun connecting pipe (12), and the other end of the liquid outlet pipe (19) is communicated with the flow guide cavity (1701); the liquid outlet pipe (19) is connected with the top of the flow guide shell (17), and the liquid inlet pipe (18) is connected with the bottom of the flow guide shell (17);
a screen (15) is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe (18) positioned in the flow guide cavity (1701);
and a ball valve (16) which is communicated in one direction to the direction of the flow guide cavity (1701) is arranged in the liquid inlet pipe (18) positioned in the flow guide cavity (1701).

An oil well cleaner as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that an air suction valve (7) and an air suction nozzle (14) are arranged between the air suction pipeline (2) and the diversion casing (17), one end of the air suction valve (7) is connected with the air suction pipeline (2), the other end of the air suction valve (7) is connected with one end of the air suction nozzle (14), the other end of the air suction nozzle (14) extends into the diversion cavity (1701), and the air suction nozzle (14) in the diversion cavity (1701) is inclined towards the outlet pipe (19).

The oil well cleaner as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the ball valve (16) comprises a valve seat (1601) and a valve ball (1602), the valve seat (1601) is a reverse-tapered cylindrical structure, a through hole (1603) is opened at the bottom of the valve seat (1601), the top of the valve seat (1601) is connected with the inner wall of the liquid inlet pipe (18), the valve ball (1602) is placed in the valve seat (1601), and the outer wall of the valve ball (1602) abuts against the inner wall of the valve seat (1601).
4. A well cleaner as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the diameter of the valve ball (1602) is larger than the diameter of the through-hole (1603) and the diameter of the valve ball (1602) is smaller than the inner diameter of the liquid inlet pipe (18).
5. An oil well cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a liquid outlet valve (8) is arranged between said liquid inlet pipe (18) and said liquid collecting barrel (6).

The oil well cleaner as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that a liquid jet pipe (20) is provided inside the spray gun (3), both ends of the liquid jet pipe (20) are protruded to the outside of the spray gun (3), one end of the liquid jet pipe (20) is provided with a liquid inlet (2001), the liquid jet pipe (20) is connected with the spray gun connection pipe (12) through the liquid inlet (2001), the other end of the liquid jet pipe (20) is provided with a screw nozzle (21), and the liquid jet pipe (20) is screw-connected with the watch complement quarter connector (9) through the screw nozzle (21).
7. A well cleaner according to claim 6, characterized in that the spray pipe (20) is internally provided with an atomizer (4).
8. A well cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the drip pan (5) is of an annular configuration, and the drip pan (5) is fixedly mounted on the outside of the casing (11).

An oil well cleaner as claimed in claim 8, wherein said drip pan (5) comprises a plurality of drip pan assemblies, each of which is provided with a fixing groove (502), and said drip pan assemblies are assembled in a direction in which said fixing grooves (502) are adjacent to each other to form a ring-shaped structure;
the number of the liquid receiving barrels (6) is the same as that of the liquid collecting disc assemblies, each liquid receiving barrel (6) is located below the corresponding liquid collecting disc assembly and communicated with the corresponding liquid collecting disc assembly, and the bottom of each liquid receiving barrel (6) is communicated through a flow guide pipe (13) and connected with the spray gun connecting pipe (12) through the flow guide pipe (13).
10. A well cleaner according to claim 9, wherein the number of the collector assemblies and the collector buckets (6) is two, and the collector assemblies are semi-circular in cross-section.
11. A well cleaner as claimed in claim 1, wherein said spray gun (3) is a hand-held spray gun.
12. An oil well washer according to claim 1, wherein said cleaning fluid is an oil cleaning agent.
13. A method of cleaning an oil well, the method comprising the steps of:
step S1: installing a liquid collecting disc (5) and a liquid collecting barrel (6) on a sleeve (11) above a wellhead, and containing cleaning liquid in the liquid collecting barrel (6);
step S2: lifting the cleaning liquid in the liquid collecting barrel (6) to a spray gun (3), and spraying the cleaning liquid to a position where oil stains are attached to a well mouth through the spray gun (3);
and step S3: the cleaning liquid cleans the oil stains, and the cleaning liquid and the oil stains flow downwards into the liquid collecting disc (5) together and enter the liquid collecting barrel (6) through the liquid conveying hole (501);
and step S4: after cleaning, connecting a nozzle of the spray gun (3) with a surface bushing quartering connector (9) on a casing gate (10), and lifting the mixed waste liquid of the cleaning liquid and the oil stain in the liquid collecting barrel (6) into the spray gun (3);
step S5: the mixed waste liquid sequentially passes through the spray gun (3), the surface bushing quartering connector (9) and the casing gate (10) to enter the casing (11) and then enter an oil extraction production system.
14. A method for cleaning a well according to claim 13, wherein the air suction pump (1) and the air suction pipe (2) are used to suck the spray gun (3) and the spray gun connecting pipe (12) to form a negative pressure in both the step S2 and the step S4, so that the cleaning liquid and the mixed waste liquid are lifted into the spray gun (3) through the spray gun connecting pipe (12).
