Referring to fig. 1, 11, 12 and 13, the portable electronic device further includes a limiting mechanism 10, the limiting mechanism 10 includes a guide rod 101, guide blocks 102, a shaft sleeve 103, a connecting frame 104 and sponge blocks 105, the lower portions of the right side surfaces of the two fixing frames 3 are connected with the guide rod 101, the guide rod 101 is slidably connected with the guide blocks 102, the connecting frame 104 is connected between the two guide blocks 102, the shaft sleeve 103 is rotatably connected in the middle of the top of the connecting frame 104, the inner wall of the shaft sleeve 103 is connected with the outer wall of the connecting pipe 65, and the bottom of the connecting frame 104 is connected with the two sponge blocks 105 in a front-back symmetrical manner.
Referring to fig. 1, 13, 14 and 15, the present invention further includes a rotating mechanism 11, the rotating mechanism 11 includes a bevel gear set 111, a support plate 112, a connecting shaft 113, a flat belt 114, a connecting plate 115, a straight gear 116 and a rack 117, the support plate 112 is connected to the right side of the top of the connecting frame 104, the connecting shaft 113 is connected to the support plate 112 in a rotating manner, the bevel gear set 111 is connected between the connecting shaft 113 and the connecting pipe 65, the connecting plate 115 is connected to the upper portion of the rear side of the connecting frame 104, the connecting plate 115 is connected in a rotating manner, the flat belt 114 is sleeved between the rotating shaft and the connecting shaft 113 through a belt pulley, the straight gear 116 is connected to the right side of the rotating shaft, the rack 117 is connected to the right side of the rear support plate 72, and the rack 117 is engaged with the straight gear 116.
The connecting pipe 65 moves downwards to drive the shaft sleeve 103 to move downwards, the shaft sleeve 103 moves downwards to drive the connecting frame 104 to move downwards, the sponge block 105 moves downwards along with the sponge block 105, when the sponge block 105 moves downwards to be contacted with the bottom plate 1, the connecting frame 104 cannot move downwards continuously, parts on the connecting frame 104 stop moving downwards along with the sponge block, at the moment, the pressure nozzle 5 just contacts with the circuit board, the rear side supporting plate 72 drives the rack 117 to move downwards continuously, the rack 117 moves downwards continuously to enable the rotating shaft to rotate through the straight gear 116, the rotating shaft rotates to enable the connecting shaft 113 to rotate through the flat belt 114, the connecting shaft 113 rotates to enable the connecting pipe 65 to rotate through the bevel gear set 111, the connecting pipe 65 rotates to enable the pressure nozzle 5 to do circular motion on the circuit board along the circular capacitor, therefore, manual rotation of the pressure nozzle 5 is not needed, and manual operation procedures can be further reduced, can be more labour saving and time saving, can further improve rubber coating efficiency again. So through stop gear 10 and rotary mechanism 11's cooperation, can make pressure nozzle 5 be circular motion along circular condenser on the circuit board and evenly scribble glue on the circuit board to need not artifical manual rotation pressure nozzle 5, and then can further reduce artifical manual operation process, can labour saving and time saving more, can further improve rubber coating efficiency again.

Claims (8)

1. A capacitor gluing device for electronic component production is characterized by comprising:
the middle part of the bottom plate (1) is connected with a placing plate (2) capable of placing a circuit board in a sliding way;
the glue feeding device comprises a fixing frame (3), wherein the outer wall of a bottom plate (1) is connected with two fixing frames (3), an elevating mechanism (7) is arranged between the two fixing frames (3) and the bottom plate (1), a material loading frame (4) capable of storing glue is connected onto the elevating mechanism (7), a discharging mechanism (6) capable of enabling the glue to fall is arranged on the material loading frame (4), and a pressure nozzle (5) capable of enabling the glue to flow out is connected onto the discharging mechanism (6).
2. The apparatus for producing capacitor paste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blanking mechanism (6) comprises:
the inner part of the loading frame (4) is connected with a pressing plate (61) capable of pushing glue in a sliding manner, and the middle of the top of the pressing plate (61) is clamped with a dustproof cover (64);
the movable frames (62) are connected to two sides of the top of the pressure plate (61) close to the cover (64), and the movable frames (62) are connected with the charging frame (4) in a sliding mode;
the handle (63) is connected between the upper parts of the two movable frames (62);
the middle of the bottom of the loading frame (4) is rotatably connected with a connecting pipe (65) capable of conveying glue, the bottom end of the connecting pipe (65) is connected with a discharging frame (66) capable of conveying glue, the pressure nozzle (5) is connected to the outer wall of the discharging frame (66), and the pressure nozzle (5) is communicated with the discharging frame (66);
the contact block (68) is connected to the pressure nozzle (5);
the cover plate (67) is clamped at the top of the discharging frame (66) and can prevent dust.
3. The apparatus for producing capacitor paste according to claim 2, wherein the elevating mechanism (7) comprises:
the fixing rod (74) is connected to one side, close to the fixing frame (3), of the outer wall of the bottom plate (1);
the feeding device comprises a guide rail (75), one side of the top of the bottom plate (1) is connected with the guide rail (75), a hoop (73) is connected between the guide rail (75) and a fixing rod (74) in a sliding mode, and a loading frame (4) is connected into the hoop (73);
the return spring (76) is connected between the hoop (73) and the fixing rod (74);
rodless cylinders (71), rodless cylinders (71) capable of providing power are connected to the two fixing frames (3), supporting plates (72) are connected to the inner side faces of sliding blocks of the rodless cylinders (71), and the tops of the supporting plates (72) are in contact with the bottoms of the loading frames (4).
4. A capacity paste coating apparatus for electronic component production according to claim 3, further comprising a pressing mechanism (8), wherein the pressing mechanism (8) comprises:
the extension spring (81) is connected between the movable frame (62) and the loading frame (4);
the bottom of the movable frame (62) is connected with the connecting rod (82);
the outer side surface of the sliding block of the rodless cylinder (71) is connected with the movable plate (85), and the outer side surface of the movable plate (85) is rotatably connected with the fixed pulley (84);
the special-shaped plate (86) is rotatably connected to one side, close to the fixed pulley (84), of the outer side face of the movable plate (85), the rope (83) is wound on the special-shaped plate (86), the tail end of the rope (83) winds the fixed pulley (84), and the tail end of the rope (83) is connected to the connecting rod (82);
the top of the movable plate (85) is connected with the guide plate (88), the guide plate (88) is connected with a clamping block (87) in a sliding mode, and the clamping block (87) is in contact fit with the special-shaped plate (86).
5. The apparatus for producing capacitor paste according to claim 4, further comprising a releasing mechanism (9), wherein the releasing mechanism (9) comprises:
the upper part of the clamping block (87) is connected with the connecting block (92), and a compression spring (91) is connected between the connecting block (92) and the guide plate (88);
the fixing plate (93) is connected to the lower portion of one side of the fixing frame (3), and the fixing plate (93) is matched with the connecting block (92).
6. The capacitor gluing equipment for electronic component production according to claim 5, further comprising a limiting mechanism (10), wherein the limiting mechanism (10) comprises:
the guide rod (101) is connected to the lower portion of the other side of the fixing frame (3), guide blocks (102) are connected to the guide rod (101) in a sliding mode, connecting frames (104) are connected among the guide blocks (102), a shaft sleeve (103) is connected to the middle of the top of each connecting frame (104) in a rotating mode, and the inner wall of each shaft sleeve (103) is connected with the outer wall of the connecting pipe (65);
the bottom of the sponge block (105) and the connecting frame (104) are connected with two sponge blocks (105).
7. The apparatus for producing capacitor paste according to claim 6, further comprising a rotating mechanism (11), wherein the rotating mechanism (11) comprises:
one side of the top of the connecting frame (104) is connected with the supporting plate (112), the supporting plate (112) is rotatably connected with a connecting shaft (113), and a bevel gear set (111) is connected between the connecting shaft (113) and the connecting pipe (65);
the upper part of one side of the connecting frame (104) is connected with the connecting plate (115), the connecting plate (115) is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft, and a flat belt (114) is sleeved between the rotating shaft and the connecting shaft (113) through a belt pulley;
a spur gear (116), the rotating shaft is connected with the spur gear (116);
and one supporting plate (72) is connected with a rack (117), and the rack (117) is meshed with the straight gear (116).
8. The apparatus for producing capacitor paste according to claim 7, wherein a pull ring is attached to the placing plate (2).
