Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-precipitation stirring device for barreled paint, which is used for integrally stirring and mixing barreled sealing paint before use, and preventing different components of different layers in the paint from causing different sealing effects of products in the same batch due to different components caused by long-time standing; the coating anti-settling stirring device is characterized by comprising a driving rotating mechanism, a charging basket fixing device and an electric appliance control device; the driving rotating mechanism comprises a machine body, a plurality of rotating shafts are arranged on the machine body, two carrier rollers are symmetrically arranged on each rotating shaft, a charging basket fixing device is placed between the four carrier rollers on each two rotating shafts, and two sides of the charging basket fixing device are respectively aligned with the flanges of the carrier rollers to prevent the charging basket fixing device from moving left and right; when the motor runs, the charging basket fixing device rotates in the same direction under the action of the carrier roller, so that the coating is prevented from being solidified and precipitated.

Along with the development of the automobile industry, the quality requirements of users on automobiles are more and more strict, and as parts of an engine, a sealing gasket plays a vital role in sealing engine oil, gasoline and circulating water of the engine; the sealing gasket is coated with a layer of sealing coating, the quality of the sealing coating directly influences the sealing effect of the sealing gasket, the traditional stored sealing coating is barreled, and the phenomenon that the coating is precipitated and layered due to long-time placement is found in the using process, so that the sealing effect of the coating is seriously influenced, and the quality of products in the same batch is different; therefore, the coating needs to be shaken and mixed in the barrel for a long time before the coating is used, so that the components of the whole barrel of the coating are consistent as much as possible; the coating remaining after use needs to be stirred in the vat. However, the mixing process cannot be continued because the paint tank is often broken or cracked by rolling for a long time.

aligning a barrel bottom fixing plate 211 at one end of a material barrel fixing device 2 with a rib of a first carrier roller 1101, aligning a barrel cover fixing plate 22 at the other end of the material barrel fixing device 2 with a rib of a second carrier roller 1102, and placing the first material barrel fixing device among a first group of four carrier rollers 1101, 1102, a third carrier roller 1111 and a fourth carrier roller 1112; another bucket fixing device is placed between the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth idlers 1121, 1122, 1131, 1132 of the second group; the paint bucket is placed on a middle slotted hole of the bucket bottom fixing plate 211 and is positioned between the bucket bottom fixing plate 211 and the bucket cover fixing plate 22; when the motor runs, the 8 carrier rollers are driven by the transmission device to rotate in the same direction, so that the coating bucket is driven to rotate;
the electrical control device 3 is composed of an electrical button box 31 and an electrical box 32, the electrical button box 31 is fixed outside the machine body, and the electrical box 32 is fixed inside the machine body; the electric appliance button box consists of a button box body 311, a starting button 312, an emergency stop button 313 and an accumulative timer 314, wherein the starting button 312, the emergency stop button 313 and the accumulative timer 314 are arranged on the button box body 311, and the starting button 312, the emergency stop button 313 and a relay in the electric appliance box 32 form a starting circuit through a lead to control whether the motor is electrified or not; connecting the accumulation timer 314 to the circuitry in the electrical box 32 via a wire to measure the motor running time;
the electrical control device 3 ensures the correct operation of the whole device and records the stirring operation time of the charging basket.
The stirring device can be placed in a sealed space, and refrigeration air and water vapor are introduced to meet the requirements of constant temperature and constant humidity.
The barrel-packed paint anti-precipitation stirring device can be expanded into a plurality of groups and multilayer structures, and meets the requirement of large-batch material consumption.
When the anti-precipitation stirring device for barreled paint is used, the paint bucket is installed as follows:
firstly, placing a coating material barrel into a bottom component, and enabling the bottom of the coating material barrel to fall into a barrel bottom fixing device groove;
secondly, the middle component penetrates through the four tensioning rods of the bottom component and is placed on the coating material barrel cover;
thirdly, rotatably mounting the upper assembly on the middle assembly;
fourthly, rotating a clamping hand wheel to tighten a barrel bottom clamping plate and a barrel cover clamping plate through 4 tensioning rods so as to clamp the coating barrel;
and fifthly, rotating the locking hand wheel to prevent the clamped charging basket from loosening.

the charging bucket fixing device consists of a bottom component, a barrel cover fixing plate and an upper component; the bottom assembly is aligned with the carrier roller flanges at one end of each of the two adjacent rotating shafts, the barrel cover fixing plate is aligned with the carrier roller flanges corresponding to the other ends of the two same rotating shafts, and the upper assembly is arranged on the barrel cover fixing plate; a charging basket is arranged between the bottom component and the barrel cover fixing plate; when the motor runs, the carrier roller is driven to rotate in the same direction through the transmission device, and then the charging basket is driven to rotate;
