Abstract
A kind of hydrogen nitrogen compressor oil content system blowdown gas recovery unit, including buffer, oil trap, oil separator and gasholder; the gas inlet of the buffer is connected with a blowdown gas pipeline of an oil content system of the hydrogen-nitrogen compressor, the gas outlet of the buffer is connected with the oil collector, the gas outlet of the oil collector is connected with the oil separator, and the gas phase outlet of the oil separator is connected with the inlet of the gas holder. The recovery method comprises the following steps: firstly, enabling the blow-down gas of a blow-down gas pipeline of the hydrogen-nitrogen compressor oil subsystem to enter a buffer for buffering and cooling; then the oil enters an oil collector to separate part of oil and water, and the gas enters an oil separator; then further separating oil and water in the oil separator, sending the separated oil and water to a sewage station for treatment, and sending the separated gas into a gas making cabinet for collection. The invention recycles the blow-down gas of the original compressor oil subsystem by physical separation through arranging the buffer, the oil collector and the oil separator, effectively solves the loss of effective gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen and the like, and protects the environment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a device and a method for recovering a blowdown gas of an oil system of a hydrogen-nitrogen compressor.
Background
In the existing synthetic ammonia production, the blow-down gas of the hydrogen-nitrogen compressor oil subsystem is discharged directly, so that the loss of effective gases such as hydrogen and nitrogen can be caused by direct discharge, and a part of gas such as VOC (volatile organic compounds) contained in the blow-down gas also can cause certain pollution to the environment, so that the problem needs to be treated, and the problems of saving and solving the environmental pollution are solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a recovery device for the blowdown gas of an oil system of a hydrogen-nitrogen compressor, which recycles the blowdown gas of an original compressor oil subsystem through physical separation by arranging a buffer, an oil collector and an oil separator, effectively solves the loss of effective gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen and the like, and protects the environment.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the recovery method of the hydrogen-nitrogen compressor oil system blow-down gas recovery device, and the method has the advantages of simple steps, convenient operation and good separation effect.
In order to solve the first technical problem, the invention provides a device for recovering blowdown gas of a hydrogen-nitrogen compressor oil subsystem, which comprises a buffer, an oil collector, an oil separator and a gas holder;
the gas inlet of the buffer is connected with a blowdown gas pipeline of an oil content system of the hydrogen-nitrogen compressor, the gas outlet of the buffer is connected with the oil collector, the gas outlet of the oil collector is connected with the oil separator, and the gas phase outlet of the oil separator is connected with the inlet of the gas holder.
For the sake of simple explanation, the device for recovering the blow-down gas of the oil system of the hydrogen-nitrogen compressor is simply referred to as the device below.
The device has the advantages that: this device is through setting up buffer, oil collector, oil separator to the physics separation, to former compressor oil branch system blowdown blow-down gas recycle, effectively solved the loss of effective gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen gas, wherein mixture (profit) and VOC of compressor oil and water have also been protected to the environment simultaneously.

(2) the cooled blow-down gas enters an oil collector to separate part of oil and water, the oil and water are sent to a sewage station for treatment, and the gas enters an oil separator;
(3) the gas entering the oil separator further separates oil and water in the oil separator, the separated oil and water are sent to a sewage station for treatment, and the rest gas enters a gas making cabinet for collection.
For the sake of simplicity of explanation, the method for recovering the waste gas from the oil system of the hydrogen-nitrogen compressor is hereinafter referred to as the method.
The method has the advantages that: the method has simple steps, convenient operation and good separation effect. Reducing the production cost and protecting the environment.

the air inlet of the buffer 1 is connected with a blowdown gas pipeline of an oil content system of a hydrogen-nitrogen compressor, the air outlet of the buffer 1 is connected with the oil collector 2, the air outlet of the oil collector 2 is connected with the oil separator 3, and the gas phase outlet of the oil separator 3 is connected with the inlet of the gas holder 4.

(1) the method comprises the following steps that firstly, blowdown gas of a blowdown gas pipeline of a hydrogen-nitrogen compressor oil subsystem enters a buffer 1 for buffering and cooling, wherein the temperature of the original gas is about 38 ℃, and the temperature of the cooled gas is about 35.2 ℃;
(2) the cooled blow-down gas enters an oil collector 2 to separate part of oil and water, the oil and water are sent to a sewage station for treatment, and the gas enters an oil separator 3;
(3) the gas entering the oil separator 3 further separates oil and water in the oil separator 3, the separated oil and water are sent to a sewage station for treatment, and the rest gas enters a gas making cabinet 4 for collection.
