Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to an automatic medicine injection device.
Background
The electronic infusion pump is widely applied to postoperative analgesia and pain treatment, the traditional infusion mode is that the infusion amount per hour is set, the electronic infusion pump is used for continuously infusing according to the set amount, the pain degrees of patients in different time periods are different, and the analgesia liquid medicine is not needed to be infused in some cases, so that the continuous infusion mode has relatively more liquid medicine, more adverse reaction of the liquid medicine and low satisfaction degree of the patients. Based on the above-mentioned situation, there has been a transfusion device having a plurality of medicine cartridges (medicine bags), which can realize sequential liquid medicine supply of each medicine bag by controlling the sequential conduction of each medicine bag and the infusion tube respectively (the liquid medicine in one medicine bag automatically enters the next medicine bag after the liquid medicine in the medicine bag is infused), thereby greatly facilitating medical staff and patients, but the mode of sequential infusion can not provide a way for patients to automatically control according to the pain degree of the patients, namely the infusion of corresponding analgesic liquid medicine can be automatically cut off after the patients feel the pain is reduced, this is because the prior art multi-drug capsules do not have the function of continuous supply and infusion of non-analgesic drug solutions, this will result in the patient disconnecting the analgesic drug infusion by himself, i.e. no liquid will continue into the patient's blood vessels outside the patient's self-controlled infusion period, which is prone to blockage of the infusion line due to blood clotting. Once blocked, the injection is frequently required to be performed again, the infusion channel is opened, time and labor are wasted, and the satisfaction degree of a patient is greatly reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an automatic drug injection device, which can continuously inject non-analgesic liquid drug during the period of non-injecting analgesic liquid drug, effectively avoid the blocking phenomenon of an injection pipeline caused by blood coagulation possibly caused by stopping injecting liquid drug, further avoid opening an injection channel by re-injection, save time and labor, and improve the satisfaction degree of patients and the good medical experience.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an automatic medicine injection device comprising:

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present invention, an automatic drug injection device is provided, which is formed by assembling a drug solution electronic infusion control split body 10 and a drug solution storage split body 20, wherein a first drug solution bag 1 and a second drug solution bag 2 are arranged in the drug solution storage split body 20, wherein the first drug solution bag 1 is used for storing a first drug solution, and the first drug solution contains an analgesic component; the second liquid medicine bag 2 is used for storing a second liquid medicine, and the second liquid medicine does not contain an analgesic component, and can be, for example, physiological saline; the infusion device is characterized by further comprising an infusion tube 4, a collector 3, a first electronic injection pump 51 and a second electronic injection pump 52, wherein an output port of the infusion tube 4 is used for being in infusion connection with a patient through an infusion needle, the collector 3 is communicated with the first liquid medicine bag 1 through a first pipeline, is communicated with the second liquid medicine bag 2 through a second pipeline and is further communicated with an input port of the infusion tube 4, and the first electronic injection pump 51 acts on the first pipeline so that first liquid medicine can enter the collector 3; the second electronic drug injection pump 52 acts on the second pipeline to enable the second drug solution to enter the collector 3, so that the drug solution in the corresponding drug solution sac is infused into the body of the patient through the infusion tube 4, and the first electronic drug injection pump 51 and the second electronic drug injection pump 52 are respectively and independently controllable. In the technical scheme, the first electronic injection pump 51 and the second electronic injection pump 52 are respectively and independently arranged for the first liquid medicine bag 1 and the second liquid medicine bag 2, so that the liquid medicine infusion selection is more independent and flexible, the automatic control of the pain degree of a patient can be met, the infusion amount of the analgesic liquid medicine is more reasonable, and the adverse reaction of the liquid medicine possibly caused by unreasonable infusion amount of the analgesic liquid medicine is effectively avoided.
In some embodiments, the first drug bag 1 is in a pain stopping state when being communicated with the infusion tube 4, the second drug bag 2 is in an anti-blocking state when being communicated with the infusion tube 4, and the first electronic drug injection pump 51 and the second electronic drug injection pump 52 are configured to control the automatic drug injection device to switch between the pain stopping state and the anti-blocking state according to a preset instruction, so that the non-analgesic drug solution can be continuously infused during the period of not infusing the analgesic drug solution, the blocking phenomenon of an infusion pipeline caused by blood coagulation possibly caused by the fact that the drug solution stops being infused is effectively avoided, the infusion channel is prevented from being opened by re-injection, time and labor are saved, and the satisfaction degree of a patient and the good medical experience can be improved.
Preferably, the medical fluid electronic infusion control sub-body 10 is provided with a first button 71 and a second button 72, the first button 71 is configured to operate the first electronic infusion pump 51 and stop the second electronic infusion pump 52 when the first button 71 is selected to be pressed; the second button 72 is configured such that when it is selected to be depressed, the first electronic infusion pump 51 is deactivated and the second electronic infusion pump 52 is activated, thereby enabling autonomous controlled switching of the automatic drug infusion device between an analgesic state and an anti-jamming state. That is, when the user presses the first button 71, the control unit of the device obtains an instruction to start infusion of the analgesic liquid medicine; when the user presses said second key 72, the control unit of the device gets an instruction to start the infusion of the non-analgesic liquid drug (e.g. saline). As can be understood, the control mode is a manual control mode, the patient can be autonomously controlled according to own perception capability, and the treatment experience of the patient is greatly improved. Of course, in some cases, the issuing of the control command may be automatic, for example, a related control program is configured in the control component of the automatic drug injection device, the switching between the two states is realized by using control parameters such as the infusion amount and the infusion interval time, and the priority level of the manual control mode is higher than that of the automatic control mode in order to improve the medical experience of the patient. Correspondingly, the liquid medicine electronic infusion control sub-body 10 is further provided with corresponding control keys, such as the keys shown in fig. 1, but it can be understood that the arrangement of these keys is well known in the art, and the present invention does not intend to protect the arrangement of these function keys, and is not described herein.
