The specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure can be understood as specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a storage cabinet according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
In fig. 1, the storage cabinet 1 is used as an express delivery cabinet, the storage cabinet 1 comprises a cabinet body 10, a cabinet door 11, a first partition plate 101, a second partition plate 102, a third partition plate 103 and a fourth partition plate 104, a rack-shaped rail 12 is arranged on a vertical beam of the cabinet body 10, two actors, namely a first actor 121 and a second actor 122, are engaged on the rail 12 and are driven by a motor to reciprocate along the rail 12 respectively, a motion control device 13 of a motion module is arranged in a control chamber at the top of the cabinet body 10, and the motion control device 13 comprises a controller.
The storage space in the cabinet body 10 is divided by a plurality of separators so that five goods grids are respectively arranged in a row from top to bottom on the left side and the right side of the storage cabinet 1, wherein the five goods grids on the left side are respectively: the cargo compartment includes a first cargo compartment 111, a second cargo compartment 112, a third cargo compartment 113, a fourth cargo compartment 114, and a fifth cargo compartment 115, wherein the first cargo compartment 111 has only a lower partition or lower partition, the fifth cargo compartment 115 has only an upper partition or upper partition, and the other three cargo compartments have both upper and lower partitions.
In fig. 1, the third compartment 113 of the storage cabinet 1 is formed by the upper partition 102 and the lower partition 103 dividing the storage space in the cabinet body 10, and the third compartment 113 further includes a door 11, and the door 11 is used for opening and closing the third compartment 113. In fig. 1, any compartment defined by the storage cabinet 1 can be closed by corresponding doors, and all doors can close the entire opening of the cabinet 10.
In the practice of the present disclosure, the dividers of the cabinet may be removed, or folded, or rotated, or collapsed, thereby allowing multiple compartments to be merged into a new compartment.
Specifically, each baffle of locker 1 articulates at the back wall of cabinet body 10, and arbitrary baffle can only rotate in its baffle support top, and arbitrary baffle can be through upwards rotating to the back wall of laminating cabinet body 10 around the hinge of baffle rear end to make two goods check about this baffle merge into a new goods check, correspondingly, the goods check that merge formed have 2 cabinet doors, open the goods check that should merge form, open two cabinet doors simultaneously can.
In the use process of the storage cabinet 1, if the size of the articles to be stored is larger than the size of the third compartment 113 and smaller than the size of the compartment formed by combining the third compartment 113 and an adjacent compartment above the third compartment 113, the upper partition 102 of the third compartment 113 may be rotated to fit the inner wall of the cabinet 10, so that the third compartment 113 and an adjacent compartment above the third compartment are combined into a large new compartment, thereby accommodating the articles.
For the upper spacer 102, the spacer is locked by blocking its upward rotation so that its front end cannot leave the spacer bracket, specifically, the upper spacer 102 is blocked from rotating upward using a spring pin.
Further, when the first affector 121 is controlled to move to the position of the upper spacer 102 along the rail 12, the first affector 121 exerts a force on the spacer lock of the spacer 102, i.e., the spring pin, so that the spring pin is inserted into the upper portion of the side of the upper spacer 102 from the through hole of the spacer bracket, thereby blocking the upper spacer 102 from rotating upward, and achieving locking of the upper spacer 102.
Similarly, the locking of the lower partition 103 may be achieved by controlling the movement of the second actuator 122.
According to the conventional industry, when N goods grids need to be arranged in a row from top to bottom in the cabinet body of the storage cabinet, N-1 partition plates are needed. As shown in the left side of the storage cabinet 1 of FIG. 1, there are 5 compartments in a row, and only 4 partitions are needed, wherein the first partition 101 of the first compartment 111 is used for bearing the weight of the articles and is separated from the second compartment 112, and the upper partition of the fifth compartment 115, i.e., the fourth partition 104, is used for separating the fourth compartment 114 from the fifth compartment 115.
Each compartment in the storage cabinet 1 may have different addressee's articles, when one compartment is opened, at least the upper partition and/or the lower partition of the compartment need to be locked for property safety, wherein when the uppermost compartment is opened, the lower partition (the first partition 101) of the uppermost compartment needs to be locked; when the lowermost compartment is opened, the upper bulkhead (fourth bulkhead 104) of the lowermost compartment needs to be locked, while for the other compartments in between, both the upper and lower bulkheads need to be locked.
When an article is stored in the storage cabinet 1, the article is allocated with a compartment in the storage cabinet 1 according to the size of the article, and then, a third compartment 113 is selected to be empty for storing the article. Before the cabinet door 11 is opened to store the article, the upper partition 102 and the lower partition 103 of the third cargo compartment 113 are in an unlocked state, then, after the controller acquires the position information of the third cargo compartment 113, the position information of the upper partition 102 and the lower partition 103 can be acquired, and the position information of the partition locks of the upper partition 102 and the lower partition 103 can be acquired, the controller executes a door opening command, controls the operation of each motor, and enables the first actuator 121 to move to the position of the upper partition 102 to press one end of the corresponding spring pin, and the second actuator 122 to move to the position of the lower partition 103 to press one end of the corresponding spring pin, so that the spring pins respectively and continuously exert acting force on the spring pins of the upper partition 102 and the lower partition 103, the spring pins move along the guide holes, the acting ends of the spring pins move to the upper side edge of the partition bracket, and the upper partition 102 and the lower partition 103 are locked due to the rigidity of the spring pins and the partitions, at the same time or subsequently, the door 11 is opened and, subsequently, the user deposits the goods into the third compartment 113. It should be noted that the contact surface between any spring pin of the storage cabinet 1 and any actuator may be two inclined surfaces, a curved surface, or a conical surface.
Further, after the article enters the third compartment 113 and closes the door 11, the first actuator 121 leaves the position of the upper partition 102, the corresponding spring pin is reset, the upper partition is unlocked, and for the lower partition 103, the second actuator 122 leaves the position of the lower partition 103, and the lower partition 103 is unlocked.
In the process of opening any cargo space except the third cargo space 113, the upper partition member 102 is unlocked in a short time at the moment when the first effector 121 and/or the second effector 122 pass the position of the upper partition member 102, but since the third cargo space 113 is closed and the other cargo spaces are closed, a person cannot enter the cabinet 10 with his hands to push the upper partition member 102 to rotate upward, thereby causing a safety hazard.
When the method is implemented, in order to improve the efficiency of storing and taking articles by utilizing the storage cabinet, the movement speed of the effector can be properly improved; the spacer lock may be a pin, spring plunger, or the like having resilient properties; in order to lock the partitioning member from both the left and right sides of the partitioning member at the same time, one rail may be provided on each of the left and right sides of the row of cells, and four actors may be provided at the same time.
In fig. 1, the first and second effectors 121 and 122 have fixed relative positions up and down on the rail 12: the first actor 121 is always above the second actor 122.
The safe individual opening of any of the left five compartments in the locker 1 can be achieved as follows:
the first actuator 121 or the second actuator 122 is moved to the position of the first partition 101 to lock the first partition 101, and the first cargo compartment 111 can be safely opened alone;
the first actuator 121 is moved to the position of the first partition 101 to lock the first partition 101 and the second actuator 122 is moved to the position of the second partition 102 to lock the second partition 102, the second compartment 112 can be safely opened alone (and the first compartment 111 can also be safely opened at the same time);
the first actuator 121 is moved to the position of the second partition 102 to lock the second partition 102 (i.e., the upper divider 102), and the second actuator 122 is moved to the position of the third partition 103 (i.e., the lower divider 103) to lock the third partition 103, the third cargo compartment 113 being safely opened alone;
the first actuator 121 is moved to the position of the third partition 103 to lock the third partition 103 and the second actuator 122 is moved to the position of the fourth partition 102 to lock the second partition 102, the fourth compartment 114 being safely opened alone (and also the fifth compartment 115 being safely opened at the same time);
the first actuator 121 or the second actuator 122 is moved to the position of the fourth compartment 104 to lock the fourth compartment 101 and the fifth compartment 115 is safely opened alone.
In the process of sequentially and individually opening any one of the five compartments on the left side in the storage cabinet 1, the first actuator 121 and the second actuator 122 may respectively have three preset stopping points, and six preset stopping points (positions of the actuators for acting on the closing member lock) in total, namely, the first actuator 121 needs to be stopped at the position of the first partition 101, the position of the second partition 102 and the position of the third partition 103; the second actor 122 needs to be parked at the position of the second diaphragm 102, the position of the third diaphragm 103, and the position of the fourth diaphragm 104.
During use of the drawer 1, it is possible that the drawer 1 may default to placing the first and/or second actors 121, 122, respectively, at a predetermined dwell point, such as, for example, when all the compartments are in the closed state, the first actor 121 is parked in a corresponding position (one of the preset parking points) of the partition lock of the first partition 101 by default so that the first partition 101 is locked, when a user needs to use the goods grids of the locker 1, the locker 1 preferentially recommends the goods grids locked by the separators, i.e., the first cargo space 111, and thus, position information of the first cargo space 111 is acquired, since the first cargo space 111 has only the lower partition, and the lower partition, i.e., the first partition 101, is in a locked state, so that the first cargo compartment 111 can be directly opened, without determining whether the lower partition of the first partition 101 is in the unlocked state or without actuating the actuator to lock the first partition 101.
In the storage cabinet 1, since the article enters into which compartment is random, no matter where the default parking position of the first actuator 121 or/and the second actuator 122 is, particularly, when an article is to be accessed, the upper partition and/or the lower partition of the compartment (the allocated compartment) where the article is located or will be located may be in an unlocked state, wherein when in the unlocked state, the position information of the allocated compartment is first acquired, the first actuator 121 or/and the second actuator 122 is controlled to move to the preset parking point corresponding to the position information, an acting force (similar to an acting force of a door frame on a bolt) is applied to the partition lock, the upper partition and/or the lower partition of the allocated compartment of the article is locked, and the door of the compartment is opened, so as to facilitate the access to the article.
Because the installation position of each separator of a row of goods grids on the left side of the locker 1 is determined, and the installation position of the separator lock is also determined correspondingly, no matter whether the installation position of each separator of a goods grid is the same as the installation position of the separator lock, any goods grid, the separator and the separator lock thereof are in unique corresponding relation, namely after the position information of the goods grid matched with an article is obtained, the installation position information of the separator and the installation position information of the separator lock thereof are obtained, when the goods grid is opened independently, the controller of the motion control device 13 controls the motor to drive the corresponding actuator to move to the position (preset stopping point) capable of acting with the corresponding separator lock according to the position information of the goods grid, the actuator exerts acting force (similar to the acting force of a door frame on a lock tongue) on the corresponding separator lock to lock the corresponding separator, and opening the shelf.
Of course, based on the information of the preset stopping points configured for the first actuator 121 and the second actuator 122 of the storage cabinet 1, it is generalized that when N cargo grids are arranged in a row from top to bottom in a certain storage cabinet body, and two actuators thereof reciprocate on the same track according to fixed up-down relative positions, then two actuators are configured with at least 2 × N (N-2), that is, 2N-4 preset stopping points, and two actuators have N-3 same preset stopping points, where N is a natural number greater than 2.
The configuration of each partition dividing the storage space in the cabinet 10 into a plurality of compartments may be different according to the nature of the stored articles, for example, the partitions may be used for storing articles with fixed shapes and volumes exceeding a certain range, the partitions of the storage cabinet 1 may be grille type rails, and the partitions may be partitions for storing articles without fixed shapes, of course, only the safety of each article can be ensured in the same storage cabinet, and the partitions with various configurations may be used.
For the locker that this disclosure embodiment provided, if only be provided with a pair of effect ware, some goods check can only open alone, if have a plurality of pairs of effect ware, can realize that all goods check all need not to require to open alone.
In practicing the present disclosure, the action exerted by the applicator on the separator lock includes, but is not limited to: pressure, thermal radiation and electromagnetic radiation.
Fig. 2 is a second schematic structural view of a storage cabinet provided by the embodiment of the disclosure.
The stowage bin 2 in fig. 2 includes a bin 20, a door 23 and a motion module 24, and further includes a plurality of partitions, such as a first partition 201, a second partition 202 and a third partition 203, that divide the storage space within the bin 20 into a first cargo compartment 211, a second cargo compartment 212, a third cargo compartment 213 and a fourth cargo compartment 214.
The dividers within the body 20 are hinged at the rear ends of the respective divider supports, such that the first compartment 211 and the second compartment 212 may be combined into a larger volume compartment by rotating the first divider 201 to fit against the rear wall of the body 20 for receiving items that are individually retained by the first compartment 211 and the second compartment 212, respectively.
Guides, i.e., a first guide rail 241 and a second guide rail 242, are provided at both sides of the cabinet 20; the door 23 consists of two shutter door-type closures, i.e. the door 23 comprises a first closure 231 and a second closure 232, both moving along said guides: the first closing member 231 may sequentially close the first cargo compartment 211, the second cargo compartment 212, and the third cargo compartment 213 while extending downward along the guide member; the second closing element 232, when extended upwards along the guide, closes the fourth compartment 214, the third compartment 213 and the second compartment 212 in succession, the functional parts of the two closing elements each being able to close at most three compartments simultaneously.
The first rail 241 and the second rail 242 have a first affector 251 and a second affector 252, respectively, movably linked thereto, the first affector 251 and the second affector 252 being adapted to exert a force on a separator lock thereof when moved along the guide to a position of either separator, so that the separator lock locks the separator.
A first actuator (slider) 251 is fixedly connected to the left side of the front end of the first closing member 231, and the functional part of the first closing member 231 and the first actuator 251 can integrally reciprocate along the first guide rail 241 and the second guide rail 242 under the driving action of the motor; a second actuator (slider) 252 is fixedly connected to the right side of the front end of the second closing member 232, and the functional portion of the second closing member 232 and the second actuator 252 can integrally reciprocate along the first rail 241 and the second rail 242 by the driving action of the motor.
In one or some embodiments, it is also possible for the stowage bin 2 to have a first actuator mounted in a fixed manner on the right side of the front end of the first closure member 231 thereof and a second actuator mounted in a fixed manner on the left side of the front end of the second closure member 232 thereof, and accordingly, a divider lock is provided on each of the left and right sides of each divider for more securely locking the divider when the first and second actuators act thereon.
Since each partition is movably mounted on the partition bracket, in order to safely and individually open any one of the four compartments shown in the cabinet 20, when the compartment is opened, the corresponding partition (i.e., partition) needs to be locked, for example, to individually open the first compartment 211, at least one of the first closing member 231 and the second closing member 232 needs to be driven by a motor, so that the first closing member 231 does not close any compartment, the second closing member 232 simultaneously closes the second compartment 212 to the fourth compartment 214, and the first partition 201 is locked by the second actuator 252, wherein, on the premise of ensuring the safety of the articles in the first compartment, the first compartment 211 is opened and the first partition 201 is locked out of sequence.
Embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method of accessing articles using a locker of any of the above embodiments.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solutions of the present disclosure, not to limit them; although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.
