Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the cabinet further comprises at least one second medicine box 401, i.e. the at least one medicine storage module 302 comprises the second medicine box 401. Referring to fig. 15 to 18, the second medicine box 401 includes a second electric control module 1504, a second case 1501 and a second light blocking plate 1502. The second electronic control module 1504 includes a second opto-electronic switch 1503. The second box 1501 has a second storage chamber 1701, a second escape opening 1601 is opened on a wall surface of the second storage chamber 1701, the wall surface of the second storage chamber 1701 includes a support wall 1602, the support wall 1602 is used for placing the medicine 1001, the support wall 1602 is disposed in an inclined manner, and one end of the support wall 1602 is higher than the other end of the support wall 1602. The second light blocking plate 1502 is connected to the second container 1501, the second light blocking plate 1502 includes a second shielding portion 1703 and a second contact portion 1702, and the second contact portion 1702 passes through the first escape opening 1102 and extends into the second storage cavity 1701. The second contact portion 1702 can be held by the medicine 1001 placed in the second storage chamber 1701 and move in a direction away from the second storage chamber 1701, so that the second shielding portion 1703 shields the light emitted by the second photoelectric switch 1503, or the second shielding portion 1703 releases the shielding of the light emitted by the second photoelectric switch 1503. The support wall 1602 is curved to form a storage groove 1603, the medicine 1001 can be placed in the storage groove 1603, and the wall surface of the storage groove 1603 has a certain restriction effect on the movement of the medicine 1001, so that the position stability of the medicine 1001 is improved.
The control system 103 can also receive the output signal of the second photoelectric switch 1503 and accordingly know the position of the medicine 1001 (here, which second medicine box 401 the medicine 1001 is in and which storage tank 1603 of the second medicine box 401 the medicine 1001 is in). The principle of the second medicine cartridge 401 is substantially the same as that of the first medicine cartridge 201 in the detection of whether the medicine 1001 is placed and in the determination of the position of the medicine 1001, and the description is not repeated here. The second medicine cassette 401 is used for storing large-capacity medicines 1001, and the medicine bottles are large in volume. The main differences between the second cartridge 401 and the first cartridge 201 include that the medicines 1001 are placed in the second cartridge 401 in an inclined manner, so that the height of the space occupied by the medicines 1001 is small when the medicines 1001 are stored in the second cartridge 401, and the height of the second cartridge 401 does not need to be set too high due to the large volume of the medicines 1001, so that the placement of the second cartridge 401 in the drawer 102 is facilitated, and the same height as the first cartridge 201 is facilitated, so that the arrangement of different cartridges is facilitated.
In some embodiments, each frame 301 includes a plurality of interconnected unit mounting areas 601, each first medicine box 201 is mounted on at least one unit mounting area 601, each second medicine box 401 is mounted on a plurality of unit mounting areas 601, and the number of unit mounting areas 601 occupied by each second medicine box 401 is greater than the number of unit mounting areas 601 occupied by each first medicine box 201. Specifically, referring to fig. 5 to 6, the frame 301 is C-shaped, the center of the frame 301 has an accommodating space 501, the accommodating space 501 is used for accommodating the first medicine box 201 or the second medicine box 401, and the accommodating space 501 includes a plurality of unit installation regions 601. The frame 301 can mount cartridges of different specifications, and the relative number and relative position between the first cartridge 201 and the second cartridge 401 can be set in various ways according to the total number of the unit mounting areas 601 in the frame 301 and the number of the unit mounting areas 601 occupied by cartridges of different specifications. This arrangement is advantageous for improving the flexibility of the combination of the cartridges.
The length of the first cartridge 201 is the same as the length of the unit installation section 601 in the arrangement direction of the unit installation sections 601, and the ratio of the length of the second cartridge 401 to the length of the first cartridge 201 may be set to an integer not less than 2. That is, the length of the second cartridge 401 is n times the length of the first cartridge 201, and n is an integer not less than 2. For example, referring to fig. 6, if the length of the unit installation region 601 is L, the length of the first medicine cartridge 201 is L, and the length of the second medicine cartridge 401 is 2L. As shown in fig. 4, the length of the second medicine box 401 is set to be 2 times that of the first medicine box 201, the number of the unit installation regions 601 is 8, and fig. 4 shows one arrangement manner, in which the first medicine box 201 and the second medicine box 401 are arranged in the arrangement manner of "1-2-1-1-1-1-1" (in the arrangement manner, "1" refers to the first medicine box 201, and "2" refers to the second medicine box 401). Alternatively, the first cartridge 201 and the second cartridge 401 may be arranged in other ways, such as "1-1-2-1-1-1-1". If two second medicine boxes 401 are disposed in the medicine storage module 302, the arrangement may be "1-2-2-1-1-1", "1-2-1-2-1-1", and the like, which are not examples. When the ratio of the lengths of the second medicine box 401 to the first medicine box 201 and the number of the unit installation areas 601 are changed, different combination modes can be set according to the same combination principle, which is not exemplified here.
In addition, the drug storage module 302 may further include a third drug cassette (not shown) having the same length as the first drug cassette 201 (i.e., the third drug cassette also occupies one unit installation area 601), but the number of storage positions (corresponding to the first storage chamber 1101 of the first drug cassette 201) for storing the drugs 1001 in the third drug cassette is different from that of the first drug cassette 201, and the storage position of the third drug cassette has a different space size from that of the first drug cassette 201, so as to place different volumes of the drugs 1001 (in this case, the drugs 1001 are placed upright).
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, in some embodiments, the first medicine box 201 further includes a cover 901, the cover 901 is rotatably connected to the first box 902, and the cover 901 can rotate relative to the first box 902 to close or expose the first storage cavity 1101. The cover 901 protects the medicine 1001 in the first medicine cartridge 201. In some embodiments, the first medicine box 201 further includes a latch 1002, the latch 1002 is rotatably connected to the first box 902, the cover 901 further includes a hook 1006, and the latch 1002 can hook with an end of the hook 1006 to prevent the cover 901 from being opened. The hook 1006 and the latch 1002 are arranged to enable the first medicine box 201 to be in a stable closing state, so that the protection effect on the medicine 1001 is improved.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the medicine cabinet further includes an unlocking frame 701, a lock 202, a first linkage 802, and a second linkage 803. The unlocking frame 701 is disposed at the bottom of the inner cavity of the drawer 102, the unlocking frame 701 is provided with an unlocking groove 702, and one end of the lock catch 1002, which is far away from the cover 901, penetrates out of the frame 301 and penetrates through the unlocking groove 702. The lock 202 is mounted on the side of the drawer 102, the lock 202 includes a lock cylinder 801, and the lock cylinder 801 can rotate after a key is inserted into the lock cylinder 801. One end of the first linkage piece 802 is connected with the lock core 801, and the first linkage piece 802 can rotate together with the lock core 801; the other end of the first linkage member 802 abuts against the second linkage member 803, the other end of the second linkage member 803 abuts against the unlocking frame 701, and the middle part of the second linkage member 803 is rotatably connected with the drawer 102. The rotation of the lock core 801 rotates the second link member 803, thereby pushing the unlocking frame 701 to move (for example, the direction of fig. 7 is to push the unlocking frame 701 to move to the left), and the walls of the unlocking slot 702 thus push the lock catch 1002 to rotate. The medicine cabinet further includes a spring (not specifically shown) for return, and the extension and retraction direction of the spring may correspond to the moving direction of the unlocking frame 701, for example, the spring extends in the left-right direction. One end of the spring is connected with the drawer 102, the other end of the spring is connected with the unlocking frame 701, and after the key rotates to reset the second linkage member 803, the unlocking frame 701 is not abutted by the second linkage member 803 any more, and the unlocking frame 701 resets under the elastic force of the spring (more specifically, the spring may be set as an extension spring). The unlocking rack 701 is provided with a plurality of unlocking slots 702, and each unlocking slot 702 is provided with a different lock catch 1002, so that all medicine boxes in the same drawer 102 can be unlocked (or locked) at the same time by moving the unlocking rack 701. Keys may be kept by specific persons to ensure strict administration of the medication 1001. In addition, the control system 103 may be configured to be usable only when a password is input (or a fingerprint is required to be unlocked), so that the taking and placing of the medicine 1001 may be strictly controlled.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the first cartridge 201 includes a first electronic control module 905 and a third electronic control module 1004. Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the first photoelectric switch 903 is disposed in the first electronic control module 905, the first electronic control module 905 further includes a medicine indicator 1201, and the medicine indicator 1201 may be disposed as a patch LED. The third electronic control module 1004 includes a cartridge indicator light 1302. Referring to fig. 10, the first box 902 is provided with a first light hole 1003 and a second light hole 1005, the first light hole 1003 is located at the top of the first box 902, the second light hole 1005 is adjacent to the outlet of the first storage cavity 1101 (i.e. the hole through which the upper portion of the medicine 1001 passes in fig. 10), and the number of the medicine indicator 1201, the number of the second light holes 1005 and the number of the first storage cavity 1101 are the same. The first light-emitting holes 1003 are used for emitting light of the medicine box indicating lamps 1302, and each second light-emitting hole 1005 is used for emitting light of one medicine indicating lamp 1201. The drug indicator 1201 and the drug box indicator 1302 are controlled by the control system 103 to be switched on and off, the drug indicator 1201 is used for displaying the position of a drug, the drug box indicator 1302 is used for displaying the position of a drug box, and the drug indicator 1201 and the drug box indicator 1302 are used for prompting the operation of a user.
Referring to fig. 10 and 13, the third electronic control module 1004 further includes a third photoelectric switch 1301, and the cover 901 further includes a shielding member 1007. When the cover 901 is closed, the shielding member 1007 shields the light of the third photoelectric switch 1301, and when the cover 901 is opened, the shielding member 1007 releases the blocking of the light of the third photoelectric switch 1301. The third photoelectric switch 1301 is electrically connected to the control system 103, and the current state of the cover 901 can be determined according to an output signal of the third photoelectric switch 1301, so as to manage the first medicine box 201 in the medicine cabinet. Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the second medicine box 401 may also include components such as a latch 1002, a cover 901, a medicine indicator 1201, a medicine indicator 1302, and a third photoelectric switch 1301, and the functions of the components in the second medicine box 401 are the same as those of the components in the first medicine box 201, and a description thereof will not be repeated. The second cartridge 401 and the first cartridge 201 have substantially the same function except for the difference in the angle at which the medicine 1001 is placed.
The invention also provides a medicine management method. In the following description of the method, the "storage position" refers to a position where one medicine 1001 is stored, and specifically may be the first storage chamber 1101 of the first medicine box 201, and may also be the storage groove 1603 of the second medicine box 401. Hereinafter, the medicine box may be the first medicine box 201, the second medicine box 401, or other medicine boxes which are matched with the photoelectric switch by using the rotating light barrier.
The drug management method comprises the following steps: inputting information of a medicine 1001 to be put in the medicine cabinet (for convenience of the following description, this information is referred to as medicine storage information); putting the medicine 1001 into an empty storage position until the medicine 1001 pushes a light barrier in the storage position to rotate, so that the light barrier shields the light of the photoelectric switch, or the shielding of the light of the photoelectric switch is released; the correspondence between each storage location and the information of the stored medicine 1001 is recorded, and the correspondence is output.
By the method, the information of the medicines 1001 in each storage position in the medicine cabinet can be recorded and displayed, and a user can be guided to take the medicines, so that the medicine taking efficiency is improved.
Before establishing the corresponding relationship and after inputting the medicine storage information, different methods can be specifically used. For example, a drug storage rule may be preset, such as different drawers 102 holding different types of drugs 1001, drugs 1001 ordered by manufacturer initials, drugs 1001 ordered by production date, etc.; according to the medicine storage information and the medicine storage rule, the control system 103 calculates and designates a storage location (in the case of placing one medicine at a time), and after the user sees the guidance of the storage location on the display of the control system 103, the user places the medicine 1001 according to the designated storage location. It should be noted that, if the user places the medicine 1001 at the wrong position when storing the medicine 1001, the output signal of the photoelectric switch corresponding to the storage position pre-designated by the control system 103 will not change, and at this time, the control system 103 may determine that the user is operating incorrectly, and the control system 103 sends out a prompt or warning to remind the user to operate again until the medicine 1001 is placed correctly.
Alternatively, the user directly and randomly places the medicine 1001 in an empty storage position, the control system 103 determines where the medicine 1001 is placed by detecting the signal changes of all the first photoelectric switches 903, and then the information of the medicine 1001 is associated with the storage position. Relatively speaking, the former method is more beneficial to improving the regularity of the placement of the drugs 1001, and the latter method is more flexible in use.
The method of medication management further comprises the step of taking a medication that is required after at least one medication 1001 is placed in the medication cabinet. The user can search for the drug according to the corresponding relationship between each storage location and the information of the stored drug 1001, or can select the target drug by performing information matching through the control system 103. For example, the step of taking the drug comprises: a user inputs information of a medicine 1001 to be taken out into the control system 103, and the information of the medicine 1001 to be taken out is recorded as medicine taking information; the control system 103 selects at least one medicine 1001 matched with the medicine taking information as a target medicine through operation and screening; the user takes at least one target drug out of the drug cabinet according to the position of the target drug informed by the control system 103, and then the control system 103 updates the corresponding relationship between each storage position and the information of the drug 1001 stored in the storage position. Because the corresponding relationship between the storage location and the medicine 1001 is established when the medicine 1001 is placed, the location of the medicine 1001 to be taken can be quickly obtained by matching the medicine taking information with the information of the medicine 1001 in the medicine cabinet when the medicine is taken.
In some cases, there are multiple to-be-taken drugs 1001 meeting the same condition, and one or more of them can be taken randomly by the user. In some embodiments, a medicine taking rule may be preset, after the medicine taking information is input, the storage locations where the medicines 1001 matching the medicine taking information are located are sorted according to the medicine taking rule and recorded as a medicine taking sequence, and a plurality of medicines 1001 are taken out according to the medicine taking sequence. For example, the storage locations corresponding to the to-be-taken medicines 1001 may be sorted according to the validity periods of the medicines 1001, so that the user can preferentially take out the medicines 1001 near the validity periods, so as to prevent the medicines 1001 from being expired and invalid. The above-mentioned dispensing sequence does not necessarily need to be displayed or informed to the user directly, and the control system 103 can directly specify the storage location for the user to dispense the medicine according to the dispensing sequence.
In order to facilitate prompt of a user to which position a medicine 1001 is placed or to which position the medicine 1001 is taken out, the medicine cartridge is provided with a medicine cartridge indicator lamp 1302 and a medicine indicator lamp 1201. Some methods of using the two indicator lights are described below.
For example, all the medicine box indicator lamps 1302 and the medicine indicator lamps 1201 are kept in a non-lighting state (i.e., normally off) at ordinary times, when taking or placing medicine, the medicine indicator lamp 1201 corresponding to the storage position where the target medicine is located or the storage position where the medicine is to be placed is turned on, and the medicine box indicator lamp 1302 corresponding to the storage position where the target medicine is located or the storage position where the medicine is to be placed is also turned on. The user can quickly find the target storage position according to the lighted lamp. Whereas the number of drawers 102 per se is small relative to the number of cartridges, the drawer 102 corresponding to the target storage location may be shown directly on the display screen of the control system 103. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the medicine indicator 1201 and the medicine box indicator 1302 may be turned on constantly, and the lamp corresponding to the target storage location is turned off when the medicine is taken or put, so that the target storage location can be distinguished as well.
After the medicine 1001 is taken out or the medicine 1001 is put in, the states of the medicine box indicator lamp 1302 and the medicine indicator lamp 1201 corresponding to the storage position can be switched to prompt the user that the medicine 1001 is correctly placed or the medicine 1001 is taken out, and the switching can be controlled by the control system 103 according to the signal change of the photoelectric switch, so that the state of which lamp is changed.
In addition, the state of the medicine box indicator lamp 1302 may not be switched according to whether the medicine 1001 is placed at the target position, and the state of the medicine box indicator lamp 1302 may be switched according to the opening and closing state of the cover 901, so as to prompt the user whether to correctly close the cover 901. In this manner, the control system 103 controls the on/off of the medicine box indicator lamp 1302 according to the output signal of the third photoelectric switch 1301.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention. at least one first medicine box is arranged inside the cabinet body, the first medicine box comprises a first box body, a first light barrier and a first photoelectric switch, the first box body is provided with a first storage cavity for containing medicines, the wall surface of the first storage cavity is provided with a first avoidance opening, the first light barrier is rotationally connected with the first box body and comprises a first contact part and a first shielding part, the first contact part extends into the first storage cavity from the first avoiding opening, and can be propped by the medicine put into the first storage cavity to rotate in the direction away from the first storage cavity, so that the first shielding part shields the light emitted by the first photoelectric switch, or the first shielding part releases the shielding of the light emitted by the first photoelectric switch;

The drug cabinet of claim 1, wherein the first drug cassette further comprises a drug cassette indicator light for displaying a position of the first drug cassette, the drug cassette indicator light being electrically connected to the control system; first light-emitting hole has been seted up at the top of first box body, first light-emitting hole supplies the light of medicine box pilot lamp jets out, control system can open or close the medicine box pilot lamp.

The drug cabinet of claim 1, wherein the first drug box further comprises a drug indicator light, the drug indicator light is used for indicating the position of the drug, the first box body is provided with a second light outlet, the second light outlet is arranged adjacent to the outlet of the first storage cavity, the number of the drug indicator lights and the number of the second light outlet are the same as the number of the first storage cavity, and each second light outlet is used for emitting light of one drug indicator light; the control system is connected with the medicine indicating lamp and can turn on or off the medicine indicating lamp.
4. The cabinet of claim 1, further comprising at least one second pill box disposed within the interior of the cabinet body, the second pill box comprising:
the second box body is provided with a second storage cavity, the wall surface of the second storage cavity is provided with a second avoidance opening, the wall surface of the second storage cavity comprises a supporting wall, the supporting wall is used for placing medicines, the supporting wall is obliquely arranged, and one end of the supporting wall is higher than the other end of the supporting wall;
the second light blocking plate is rotatably connected with the second box body and comprises a second shielding part and a second contact part, and the second contact part penetrates through the second avoiding opening and extends into the second storage cavity;
the second contact part can be abutted by the medicine placed into the second storage cavity and moves towards the direction far away from the second storage cavity, so that the second shielding part shields the light emitted by the second photoelectric switch, or the second shielding part releases the shielding of the light emitted by the second photoelectric switch; the control system can judge whether the second storage cavity is provided with the medicine or not and acquire the position of the medicine through the output signal of the second photoelectric switch.

A cabinet according to claim 4, further comprising drawers and frames, the drawers being provided with at least one, and the frames being provided with at least one in each drawer; each frame comprises a plurality of unit installation areas which are communicated with each other, each first medicine box is installed in at least one unit installation area, each second medicine box is installed in the unit installation areas, and the number of the unit installation areas occupied by each second medicine box is larger than that of the unit installation areas occupied by each first medicine box.
6. The drug management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
inputting information of a medicine to be put into the medicine cabinet;
putting the medicine into an empty storage position until the medicine pushes a light barrier in the storage position to rotate so that the light barrier can shield the light emitted by the photoelectric switch or can release the shielding of the light emitted by the photoelectric switch;
and recording the corresponding relation between each storage position and the information of the respectively stored medicines, and outputting the corresponding relation.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising the steps of, after placing at least one of the drugs in the drug cabinet:
inputting information of the medicine to be taken out, and recording the information of the medicine to be taken out as medicine taking information;
selecting at least one medicine matched with the medicine taking information in the medicine cabinet as a target medicine;
and taking the target medicines out of the medicine cabinet, and updating the corresponding relation between each storage position and the information of the respectively stored medicines.
8. The method of drug management of claim 7, further comprising: setting a medicine taking rule, after the medicine taking information is input, sequencing storage positions where the medicines matched with the medicine taking information are located according to the medicine taking rule, recording the storage positions as a medicine taking sequence, and taking out a plurality of medicines according to the medicine taking sequence.

The method of drug management of claim 7, further comprising: arranging a plurality of medicine boxes in the medicine cabinet, wherein each medicine box is provided with a plurality of storage positions; a normally-off medicine box indicator lamp is arranged in each medicine box, and the medicine boxes for storing or taking out the medicines are shown by lighting the normally-off medicine box indicator lamps; or a normally-on medicine box indicator lamp is arranged in each medicine box, and the medicine boxes for storing or taking out the medicines are shown by turning off the normally-on medicine box indicator lamps.
10. The method of drug management of claim 7, further comprising: each storage position is correspondingly provided with a medicine indicating lamp;
showing the storage location for storing or retrieving the medicine by illuminating a normally off medicine indicator light; alternatively, the storage location for storing or retrieving the medicine is shown by extinguishing a normally illuminated medicine indicator light.
