the authentication module is used for authenticating the user, the authentication mode is fingerprint identification, and the matching module is used for matching the file when the user inputs the file number through the control screen (29); the control screen (29) is used for inputting file information by a user, and an FRID radio frequency tag (30) in the file cabinet is identified through an FRID radio frequency antenna (27) and a bar reader (28) to establish a file position table.
