the sand paper element is bonded and fixed on the surface of the vamp which is integrally mixed with the fragrance element by virtue of the first bonding layer, wherein the sand paper element is provided with a plurality of holes corresponding to the fragrance-spreading particles, so that the luring smell of the fragrance-spreading particles can be emitted from the holes.
