As shown in fig. 1 to 8, a smoking set 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a heater 11, a chamber 12, a first detection device 13, a second detection device 14, a driving device 15, a cover 16, a power supply device 17, a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) 18, and a controller, which are disposed in a housing.
The heater 11 is used to heat a cigarette removably placed in the chamber 12 to generate an aerosol for smoking. A tobacco rod comprises an aerosol-forming substrate for use with smoking article 10 to volatilise at least one component of the aerosol-forming substrate.
An aerosol-forming substrate is a substrate capable of releasing volatile compounds that can form an aerosol. Such volatile compounds may be released by heating the aerosol-forming substrate. The aerosol-forming substrate may be solid or liquid or comprise solid and liquid components. The aerosol-forming substrate may be adsorbed, coated, impregnated or otherwise loaded onto a carrier or support.
The aerosol-forming substrate may comprise nicotine. The aerosol-forming substrate may comprise tobacco, for example may comprise a tobacco-containing material containing volatile tobacco flavour compounds which are released from the aerosol-forming substrate when heated. Preferred aerosol-forming substrates may comprise homogenised tobacco material, for example deciduous tobacco. The aerosol-forming substrate may comprise at least one aerosol-former, which may be any suitable known compound or mixture of compounds which, in use, facilitates stable aerosol formation and is substantially resistant to thermal degradation at the operating temperature of the aerosol-generating system. Suitable aerosol-forming agents are well known in the art and include, but are not limited to: polyhydric alcohols such as triethylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol and glycerin; esters of polyhydric alcohols, such as glycerol mono-, di-or triacetate; and fatty acid esters of mono-, di-or polycarboxylic acids, such as dimethyldodecanedioate and dimethyltetradecanedioate. Preferred aerosol formers are polyhydric alcohols or mixtures thereof, such as triethylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, and most preferably glycerol.
The heater 11 may be a central heating mode (in which the heater is in direct contact with the aerosol-forming substrate through the periphery of the heater) or a peripheral heating mode (in which the cylindrical heater wraps the aerosol-forming substrate), or may be a heater that heats the aerosol-forming substrate through one or more of heat conduction, electromagnetic induction, chemical reaction, infrared action, resonance, photoelectric conversion, and photothermal conversion to generate aerosol for inhalation.
The following description will be made with the heater 11 as an infrared heater:
the infrared heater 11 includes a substrate and an infrared electrothermal coating (not shown in the drawings).
The matrix may be cylindrical, prismatic or other cylindrical, preferably cylindrical. The base body forms a chamber 12 inside, and the upper cover 101 of the smoking set 10 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the chamber 12, through which the cigarette rod can be removed or inserted into the chamber 12.
An infrared electrothermal coating is formed on the outer surface of the base body, and receives the electric power from the power supply unit 17 through the electrodes to generate heat and transfers the generated heat to the cigarette inserted in the chamber 12 at least in the form of infrared radiation.
And a power supply device 17 for supplying power for operating the smoking set 10. For example, the power supply device 17 may supply power to heat the heater 11, and may supply power required to operate the controller. The power supply device 17 may be, but is not limited to, a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery. For example, the power supply device 17 may be a lithium cobaltate (LiCoO2) battery or a lithium titanate battery. The power supply means 17 may be a rechargeable battery or a disposable battery.
Printed Circuit Board (PCB) 18 may be integrated with, but not limited to, a controller, a second detection Circuit in first detection device 13, and a first detection Circuit in second detection device 14.
The controller may control the overall operation of the smoking article 10. In detail, the controller controls not only the operation of the power supply means 17 and the heater 11, but also the operation of other elements in the smoking article 10. Further, the controller may determine whether the smoking article 10 is operable by examining the status of the elements of the smoking article 10.
The controller includes at least one processor. The processor may comprise an array of logic gates, or may comprise a combination of a general purpose microprocessor and memory storing programs executable in the microprocessor. Further, one skilled in the art will appreciate that the controller may comprise another type of hardware.
Please refer to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 is a schematic view of the smoking set 10 with the upper cover 101 removed, fig. 4 is a partially enlarged schematic view of fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of the first detecting device.
The first detection means 13 are arranged downstream of the cover 16. The first detecting device 13 includes a first elastic sheet 131, a second elastic sheet 132 and a second detecting circuit;
one end of the first elastic sheet 131 and one end of the second elastic sheet 132 form a through hole for inserting or removing the cigarette, and the controller is electrically connected with the first elastic sheet 131 and the second elastic sheet 132 through the second detection circuit;
when the cigarette is not inserted into the through hole, the end of the first elastic sheet 131 contacts with the end of the second elastic sheet 132, that is, the two elastic sheets are encircled together, so that a current passing path is formed among the second detection circuit, the first elastic sheet 131 and the second elastic sheet 132;
when a cigarette is inserted into the through hole, the end of the first elastic piece 131 and the end of the second elastic piece 132 move to both sides, so that the end of the first elastic piece 131 is not in contact with the end of the second elastic piece 132, and an open circuit through which no current passes is formed among the second detection circuit, the first elastic piece 131 and the second elastic piece 132.
In the present embodiment, the upstream and downstream are both in the aerosol flow direction as an example. As shown by the dashed arrows in fig. 2, one end of the arrow is downstream and the other end is upstream.
As can be understood with reference to fig. 2, the second detecting device 14 includes a contact pad 141, a conductive pillar 142, and a first detecting circuit;
the contact pad 141 and the conductive post 142 are both disposed at the upstream end of the chamber 12, and the controller is electrically connected to the contact pad 141 and the conductive post 142 through the first detection circuit;
when the cigarette is not inserted into the chamber 12 in place, the contact piece 141 is not in contact with the conductive post 142, so that an open circuit without current passing through is formed among the first detection circuit, the contact piece 141 and the conductive post 142;
when the cigarette is inserted into the chamber 12, the contact plate 141 moves downward to contact the conductive post 142, so that a current path is formed among the first detection circuit, the contact plate 141 and the conductive post 142.
Please refer to fig. 6-8, in which fig. 6 is a schematic view of the smoking set 10 with the upper cover 101, the front cover and the first detecting device 13 removed, fig. 7 is a partially enlarged schematic view of fig. 6, and fig. 8 is a schematic view of the driving device 15.
The driving device 15 is a rotary electromagnet, and includes a shaft core 151 and a rotary rod 152. The rotating rod 152 is movably connected to the hole 161 of the cover 16, and the shaft core 151 can drive the rotating rod 152 to move along the transverse direction of the smoking article 10, so as to drive the cover 16 to move along the transverse direction of the smoking article 10 to open or cover the chamber 12.
In one example, first detection means 13 for detecting whether a cigarette is to be inserted into the chamber 12; if a cigarette to be inserted into the chamber 12 is detected, outputting a cigarette insertion signal;
a controller configured to: acquiring the cigarette insertion signal; in response to the cigarette insertion signal, the control drive means 15 drives the cover 16 to move relative to the chamber 12 to open the chamber 12 so that the cigarette can be inserted into the chamber 12.
In this example, when a cigarette is inserted into the through hole formed by one end of the first elastic sheet 131 and one end of the second elastic sheet 132 through the upper cover 101 of the smoking set 10, the end of the first elastic sheet 131 and the end of the second elastic sheet 132 move to both sides, so that the end of the first elastic sheet 131 and the end of the second elastic sheet 132 are not in contact, and a break through which no current passes is formed between the second detection circuit, the first elastic sheet 131 and the second elastic sheet 132. The output end of the second detection circuit outputs a level signal (e.g. a low level signal), and after the controller obtains the level signal, the controller may control the driving device 15 to drive the cover 16 to move relative to the chamber 12 so as to open the chamber 12, so that the cigarette may be inserted into the chamber 12 through the through hole formed by the one end of the first elastic sheet 131 and the one end of the second elastic sheet 132.
In one example, second detection means 14 are provided for detecting the presence of the insertion chamber 12 of the rod; if the cigarette insertion chamber 12 is detected to be in place, outputting a cigarette insertion in-place signal;
the controller further configured to: acquiring a cigarette insertion in-place signal; and controlling the heater 11 to start heating according to the cigarette insertion in-place signal.
When a cigarette is inserted into the cavity 12 through the through hole formed at one end of the first elastic sheet 131 and one end of the second elastic sheet 132, if the cigarette is inserted into the cavity 12, the contact piece 141 moves downward to contact the conductive post 142, so that a current passing path is formed among the first detection circuit, the contact piece 141 and the conductive post 142. The output end of the first detection circuit outputs a level signal (for example, a high level signal), and after the controller acquires the level signal, the controller controls the heater 11 to start heating.
Specifically, the temperature profile of the heater 11 over time generally includes a temperature rise phase, a temperature holding phase, and a pumping phase.
In the temperature increasing stage, the temperature of the heater 11 is increased from the initial temperature T0 (or the ambient temperature) to the preset target temperature T1. The preset target temperature T1 is set such that desired volatile compounds are vaporised from the aerosol-forming substrate, whereas undesired compounds having a higher vaporisation temperature are not vaporised. Generally, the preset target temperature T1 may be 200-400 ℃.
During the hold phase, the temperature of the heater 11 is maintained at the preset target temperature T1 for a period of time to allow sufficient preheating of the aerosol-forming substrate to enhance the mouth feel of the puff by the user.
The duration time of the temperature rising stage is t 0-t 1, the duration time of the heat preservation stage is t 1-t 2, and t 0-t 2 are the preheating time of the heater 11. Generally, the preheating time of the heater 11 is 5 seconds to 30 seconds.
The suction phase, i.e. the user may suck the aerosol generated by heating of the aerosol-generating device 10. At this stage, the temperature of the heater 11 is maintained within a certain preset temperature range or at a certain preset temperature for a certain period of time.
When the cigarette is inserted in place, the controller controls the heater 11 to start heating, namely entering a temperature rising stage.
Further, the first detecting device 13 is further configured to output a cigarette pulling signal if it is detected that the cigarette is pulled out from the chamber 12 after the heater 11 completes heating;
the controller further configured to: acquiring the cigarette pulling-out signal; according to the cigarette extraction signal, the driving device 15 is controlled to drive the cover 16 to move relative to the chamber 12 so as to cover the chamber 12.
After controlling the heater 11 to start heating, if the heater 11 finishes heating (for example, after the smoking is finished), the user pulls out the cigarette from the chamber 12, and the controller automatically controls the driving device 15 to drive the cover 16 to cover the chamber 12, so as to prevent the foreign matters from entering the chamber 12.
In an example, the second detection device 14 is further configured to output a cigarette not-inserted-position signal if it is detected that the cigarette insertion chamber 12 is not in position after the heater 11 starts heating;
the controller further configured to: acquiring a cigarette insertion missing position signal; according to the cigarette inserting position failing signal, the heater 11 is controlled to stop heating, and the heating time of the heater 11 is recorded.
After the heater 11 is started to heat, if the cigarette is accidentally stirred (which may be any one of a temperature rise stage, a heat preservation stage and a suction stage), the cigarette is not inserted into the chamber 12 in place, that is, the contact piece 141 is not in contact with the conductive post 142, so that a circuit break without current passing through is formed among the first detection circuit, the contact piece 141 and the conductive post 142; the output end of the first detection circuit outputs a level signal (for example, a low level signal), and after the controller acquires the level signal, the controller controls the heater 11 to stop heating and records the heating time of the heater 11.
Further, the controller is further configured to: after the heater 11 stops heating, generating first prompt information;
the smoking article 10 further comprises:
and the first prompt module is used for acquiring the first prompt information to prompt the user that the cigarette position is abnormal.
After the heater 11 starts heating, if a cigarette is accidentally stirred, the heater 11 stops heating, the user can be reminded of the abnormality of the cigarette position through vibration, light or sound, and the user can insert the cigarette into the chamber 12 in place again.
Further, the second detecting device 14 is further configured to output a cigarette reinsertion in-place signal if it is detected that the cigarette is reinserted into the chamber 12 in place within a first preset time after the heater 11 stops heating;
the controller further configured to: acquiring a cigarette reinsertion-position signal; calculating the remaining heating time of the heater 11 based on the heating time of the heater 11; and controlling the heater 11 to heat according to the cigarette re-insertion in-place signal and the residual heating time of the heater 11.
After the heater 11 starts heating, if the cigarette is accidentally stirred, the heater 11 stops heating. If the user inserts cigarette again and puts in place the back in chamber 12, can continue to heat cigarette, need not the user and press a button again and start the heating, further simplified the operation of smoking set, promoted user experience.
Further, the first detecting device 13 is further configured to output a cigarette pulling signal if it is detected that the cigarette is pulled out from the chamber 12 after the heater 11 completes heating;
the controller further configured to: acquiring the cigarette pulling-out signal; according to the cigarette extraction signal, the driving device 15 is controlled to drive the cover 16 to move relative to the chamber 12 so as to cover the chamber 12.
After controlling the heater 11 to restart heating, if the heater 11 finishes heating (for example, after the smoking is finished), the user pulls out the cigarette from the chamber 12, and the controller automatically controls the driving device 15 to drive the cover 16 to cover the chamber 12, so as to prevent the foreign matters from entering the chamber 12.
Further, the first detecting device 13 is further configured to output a cigarette pulling signal if it is detected that the cigarette is pulled out from the chamber 12 after the heater 11 stops heating;
the controller further configured to: acquiring the cigarette pulling-out signal; according to the cigarette extraction signal, the driving device 15 is controlled to drive the cover 16 to move relative to the chamber 12 so as to cover the chamber 12.
During the heating starting process of the heater 11, if the cigarette is accidentally pulled (causing the heater 11 to stop heating) and is pulled out of the chamber 12, the controller automatically controls the driving device 15 to drive the cover 16 to cover the chamber 12.
Further, the controller is further configured to: after the cover 16 has covered the chamber 12, the control driving device 15 is stopped to drive the cover 16 to move relative to the chamber 12 within a second preset time to open the chamber 12.
After the cigarette is accidentally pulled out of the chamber 12 and the cover 16 covers the chamber 12, the cover 16 does not open the chamber 12 for a second predetermined time (at this time, the controller may receive the cigarette insertion signal output by the first detection device 13 but does not process the cigarette insertion signal, or the controller does not receive the cigarette insertion signal output by the first detection device 13).
Further, the controller is further configured to: generating a second cue after the cover 16 has covered the chamber 12;
the smoking article 10 further comprises:
and the second prompt module is used for acquiring the second prompt information to prompt the user to replace the cigarette.
After the cigarette is accidentally pulled out of the chamber 12 and the covering 16 covers the chamber 12, the user can be prompted to replace the cigarette through vibration, light or sound and other modes, the user is prevented from re-inserting the old cigarette, and the taste of the user in the using process is ensured.
Second embodiment
As shown in fig. 9, a second embodiment of the present application provides a method for controlling a smoking set, and the detailed structure of the smoking set 10 can refer to the content described in the first embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
The smoking set control method comprises the following steps:
and step S10, acquiring a cigarette insertion signal output by the first detection device.
And step S11, controlling a driving device to drive the covering relative chamber to move so as to open the chamber according to the cigarette insertion signal, so that the cigarette can be inserted into the chamber.
Specifically, when a cigarette is inserted into the through hole formed by one end of the first elastic sheet 131 and one end of the second elastic sheet 132 through the upper cover 101 of the smoking set 10, the end of the first elastic sheet 131 and the end of the second elastic sheet 132 move towards both sides, so that the end of the first elastic sheet 131 and the end of the second elastic sheet 132 are not in contact, and a break circuit without current passing is formed among the second detection circuit, the first elastic sheet 131 and the second elastic sheet 132.
In one example, the method further comprises (not shown in the figures):
step S12, acquiring a cigarette insertion in-place signal output by the second detection device;
and step S13, controlling a heater to start heating according to the cigarette insertion in-place signal.
Specifically, when a cigarette is inserted into the cavity 12 through the through hole formed at one end of the first elastic sheet 131 and one end of the second elastic sheet 132, if the cigarette is inserted into the cavity 12 to a certain position, the contact piece 141 moves downward to contact the conductive post 142, so that a current passing path is formed among the first detection circuit, the contact piece 141 and the conductive post 142. The output end of the first detection circuit outputs a level signal (for example, a high level signal), and after the controller acquires the level signal, the controller controls the heater 11 to start heating.
The temperature profile of the heater 11 over time generally includes a temperature rise phase, a temperature hold phase, and a pumping phase.
In one example, the method further comprises (not shown in the figures):
step S1411, a cigarette pulling-out signal output by the first detection device is obtained;
and step S1412, controlling the driving device to drive the cover to move relative to the chamber to cover the chamber according to the cigarette pulling-out signal.
Specifically, after controlling the heater 11 to start heating, if the heater 11 finishes heating (for example, after the smoking is finished), the user pulls out the cigarette from the chamber 12, and the controller automatically controls the driving device 15 to drive the cover 16 to cover the chamber 12, so as to prevent the foreign matters from entering the chamber 12.
In one example, the method further comprises (not shown in the figures):
step S1421, acquiring a cigarette non-insertion position signal output by the second detection device;
and S1422, controlling the heater to stop heating and recording the heating time of the heater after the heater finishes heating according to the cigarette inserting missing position signal.
Specifically, after the heater 11 is started to heat, if the cigarette is accidentally stirred (which may be any one of a temperature rise stage, a heat preservation stage and a suction stage), the cigarette is not inserted into the chamber 12 in place, that is, the contact piece 141 is not in contact with the conductive post 142, so that a circuit break without current passing through is formed among the first detection circuit, the contact piece 141 and the conductive post 142; the output end of the first detection circuit outputs a level signal (for example, a low level signal), and after the controller acquires the level signal, the controller controls the heater 11 to stop heating and records the heating time of the heater 11.
Further, if the heater 11 stops heating, the user can be reminded of the abnormal cigarette position through vibration, light or sound, and the like, so that the user can conveniently insert the cigarette into the chamber 12 in place again.
In one example, the method further comprises (not shown in the figures):
step S1511, obtaining the cigarette reinsertion in place signal output by the second detection device;
step 1512, calculating the remaining heating time of the heater according to the completed heating time of the heater;
and S1513, controlling the heater to heat according to the cigarette re-insertion in-place signal and the residual heating time of the heater.
In particular, the heater 11 stops heating due to the cigarettes being accidentally plucked. If the user inserts cigarette again and puts in place the back in chamber 12, can continue to heat cigarette, need not the user and press a button again and start the heating, further simplified the operation of smoking set, promoted user experience.
Further, after controlling the heater 11 to restart heating, if the heater 11 finishes heating (for example, after the smoking is finished), the user pulls the cigarette out of the chamber 12 (i.e. obtains the cigarette pulling signal output by the first detection device 13), and the controller automatically controls the driving device 15 to drive the cover 16 to cover the chamber 12, so as to prevent the foreign matter from entering the chamber 12.
In one example, the method further comprises (not shown in the figures):
step S1521, a cigarette pulling-out signal output by the first detection device is obtained;
step S1522, according to the cigarette pulling-out signal, the driving device is controlled to drive the cover to move relative to the chamber so as to cover the chamber.
Specifically, during the heating starting process of the heater 11, if a cigarette is accidentally pulled (causing the heater 11 to stop heating) and is pulled out of the chamber 12, the controller automatically controls the driving device 15 to drive the cover 16 to cover the chamber 12.
In one example, the method further comprises (not shown in the figures):
step S1523, after the cover has covered the chamber, stopping controlling the driving device to drive the cover to move relative to the chamber within a preset time to open the chamber.
Specifically, after the cigarette is accidentally pulled out of the chamber 12 and the cover 16 covers the chamber 12, the cover 16 does not open the chamber 12 within a preset time (at this time, the controller may receive the cigarette insertion signal output by the first detection device 13 but does not process the cigarette insertion signal, or the controller does not receive the cigarette insertion signal output by the first detection device 13).
Further, after the cigarette is accidentally pulled out of the chamber 12 and the cover 16 covers the chamber 12, the user can be prompted to replace the cigarette through vibration, light or sound and the like, the user is prevented from re-inserting the old cigarette, and the taste of the user in the using process is ensured.
An overall control process of the smoking article 10 is described below with reference to fig. 10:
step S21, inserting cigarettes;
step S22, detecting whether the cigarette is inserted;
specifically, when the cigarette is not inserted, the end of the first elastic sheet 131 and the end of the second elastic sheet 132 are in contact with each other, that is, they are embraced together, so that a current path is formed between the second detection circuit, the first elastic sheet 131 and the second elastic sheet 132;
when a cigarette is inserted, the end of the first elastic sheet 131 and the end of the second elastic sheet 132 move towards both sides, so that the end of the first elastic sheet 131 is not in contact with the end of the second elastic sheet 132, and an open circuit without current passing is formed among the second detection circuit, the first elastic sheet 131 and the second elastic sheet 132.
Step S23, if the cigarette is detected to be inserted, the electromagnet drives the cover to open the chamber; otherwise, continuing to detect;
step S24, after the chamber is opened, the cigarette can be inserted continuously;
step S25, detecting that the cigarette is inserted in place;
specifically, when the cigarette is not inserted into the chamber 12 in place, the contact piece 141 does not contact the conductive post 142, so that an open circuit without current passing through is formed among the first detection circuit, the contact piece 141 and the conductive post 142;
when the cigarette is inserted into the chamber 12, the contact plate 141 moves downward to contact the conductive post 142, so that a current path is formed among the first detection circuit, the contact plate 141 and the conductive post 142.
Step S26, when the cigarette is inserted into the chamber 12 in place, the controller controls the heater to start heating;
step S271, step S28, and step S29: after the cigarettes are heated and pulled out, the electromagnet drives the covering and closing chamber;
step S272, step S273, step S28, step S29: the controller controls the heater to stop heating when the cigarette is abnormally separated from the insertion position; at the moment, if the cigarette is pulled out, the electromagnet drives the covering and closing chamber.
