When the sliding cover 13 is pushed upward, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the second guiding inclined surface 22 of the sliding cover 13 extrudes the second unlocking member 23, so that the second unlocking member 23 is forced to move in the second axial sliding groove 24, and further, the second positioning pin 1901 is driven to move in the second pin hole 20, the second positioning pin 1901 is withdrawn from the second positioning hole 21, then the pushing block 14 contacts with the first end of the pushing sliding groove 15, and while the sliding cover 13 continues to move upward, the pushing sliding groove 15 on the sliding cover 13 drives the sliding member 3 to move upward together until the sliding member 3 returns to the initial position.
In the embodiment of the application, the sliding member 3 can be locked and fixed at both the first position and the second position, and the movement of the sliding member 3 and the locking and unlocking of the first position and the second position can be realized only by sliding the sliding cover 13 back and forth, so that the operation is convenient.

Compared with embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the unlocking of the first locking mechanism 4 and the second locking mechanism 19 is controlled by the first push rod and the first guide slope 16 which is in contact with the first push rod, and the structure is simpler.
