本申请实施例提供了一种激活或去激活SRS资源的方法,包括:终端设备接收MAC CE,所述MAC CE包括CC集合的ID,其中,所述MAC CE还包括至少一个SRS资源的ID,所述MAC CE用于激活或者去激活所述CC集合对应的所述至少一个SRS资源;或者,所述MAC CE还包括SRS资源集合的ID,所述MAC CE用于激活或者去激活所述CC集合对应的所述SRS资源集合。由于MAC CE能够激活或者去激活一个CC集合对应的SRS资源或SRS资源集合,一个CC集合包括多个BWP,因此,相比于针对BWP对应的SRS资源集合逐个进行激活或者去激活的方案,具有更高的效率和更小的信令开销。
