Preferably, the main control unit 2 further includes a period calculating unit 29, the period calculating unit 29 is electrically connected to the control unit 28, and the control unit 28 drives the electric turntable 3 to drive the lightning protection cover to rotate after the period stored in the period calculating unit 29 is over.

After the control unit 28 drives the electric turntable 3 when the actual lightning stroke number is greater than the threshold value of the lightning stroke number, the data stored in the storage unit 31 may be cleared and refreshed, so as to perform a new threshold value adjusting process.
