Fig. 6 is a block diagram of an apparatus for acquiring medical data according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is used for executing the method for acquiring medical data according to any of the embodiments described above. The device and the method for acquiring medical data of the embodiments belong to the same inventive concept, and details which are not described in detail in the embodiments of the device for acquiring medical data may refer to the embodiments of the method for acquiring medical data. As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus may specifically include:
the display module 10 is configured to display a predetermined medical query index to a query interface according to a preset display template when receiving a query instruction for querying medical data;
a target medical query indicator determining module 11, configured to determine a target medical query indicator of the medical data to be acquired based on an input operation of the input device on the query interface;
the detection module 12 is configured to detect a pre-established electronic medical record database based on the target medical query indicator;
and the target medical data determining module 13 is configured to determine target medical data corresponding to the target medical query indicator in the electronic medical record database, and display the target medical data.
On the basis of any one of the optional embodiments of the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises:
the generation module is used for determining a medical query index displayed in a query interface based on a pre-stored medical description sample; classifying the medical query indexes, and matching the various medical query indexes with the specified index subjects based on the received subject information; determining the display relation of the medical query indexes in the query interface based on the medical query indexes and the index topics; and generating a query interface based on the display relation and a preset display template.
On the basis of any optional implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, the generating module includes:
the display determining unit is used for scanning the index theme and the medical query index based on a data mining algorithm to generate at least one index sequence; the index sequence is used for reflecting the index theme and the projection relation between the index sequence and the medical query index; and determining the display relation of the medical query index based on the projection relation.
On the basis of any optional implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, the generating module includes:

On the basis of any of the alternative embodiments of the embodiment of the present invention, the module for determining target medical data 13 includes:
the display unit is used for displaying the target medical data in a data display column of the target medical data of the query interface; the query interface comprises an index display bar for displaying medical query indexes and a data display bar for displaying target medical data.
On the basis of any one of the optional embodiments of the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises:
and the export module is used for storing the target medical query index and the target medical data in a storage file with a preset format when an export instruction sent by the input equipment is received after the target medical data is displayed.
The medical data acquisition device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the medical data acquisition method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the apparatus for acquiring medical data, the units and modules included in the apparatus are merely divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.

Fig. 7 is a structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary electronic device 20 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The electronic device 20 shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the electronic device 20 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic device 20 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 201, a system memory 202, and a bus 203 that couples the various system components (including the system memory 202 and the processing unit 201).
Bus 203 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Electronic device 20 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by electronic device 20 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 202 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)204 and/or cache memory 205. The electronic device 20 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, the storage system 206 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media. A magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 203 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 202 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 208 having a set (at least one) of program modules 207 may be stored, for example, in memory 202, such program modules 207 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 207 generally perform the functions and/or methodologies of embodiments of the present invention as described herein.
The electronic device 20 may also communicate with one or more external devices 209 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 210, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 20, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 20 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur via input/output (I/O) interfaces 211. Also, the electronic device 20 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet) via the network adapter 212. The network adapter 212 communicates with other modules of the electronic device 20 over the bus 203. It should be understood that other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with electronic device 20, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processing unit 201 executes various functional applications and data processing by running a program stored in the system memory 202.
The electronic equipment provided by the invention can realize the following method: when a query instruction for querying medical data is received, displaying a predetermined medical query index to a query interface according to a preset display template; providing a query interface containing medical query indexes for a user; based on the input operation of the input equipment on the query interface, index information needing to be queried can be input, and a target medical query index of the medical data needing to be acquired is determined; detecting a pre-established electronic medical record database based on the target medical query index; and determining target medical data corresponding to the target medical query index in the electronic medical record database, and displaying the target medical data.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can show a query interface for the user based on the query instruction; target medical data corresponding to the target medical query index is queried through input operation of the query interface, manual reading of medical record data is not needed in the query process, time of a user is greatly saved, and accuracy and efficiency of obtaining the target medical data are improved.
EXAMPLE six
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, perform a method of medical data acquisition, the method comprising:
when a query instruction for querying medical data is received, displaying a predetermined medical query index to a query interface according to a preset display template; providing a query interface containing medical query indexes for a user; based on the input operation of the input equipment on the query interface, index information needing to be queried can be input, and a target medical query index of the medical data needing to be acquired is determined; detecting a pre-established electronic medical record database based on the target medical query index; and determining target medical data corresponding to the target medical query index in the electronic medical record database, and displaying the target medical data.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can show a query interface for the user based on the query instruction; target medical data corresponding to the target medical query index is queried through input operation of the query interface, manual reading of medical record data is not needed in the query process, time of a user is greatly saved, and accuracy and efficiency of obtaining the target medical data are improved.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the method for acquiring medical data provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method of medical data acquisition, comprising:
when a query instruction for querying medical data is received, displaying a predetermined medical query index to a query interface according to a preset display template;
determining a target medical query index of the medical data to be acquired based on the input operation of the input equipment to the query interface;
detecting a pre-established electronic medical record database based on the target medical query index;
and determining target medical data corresponding to the target medical query index in the electronic medical record database, and displaying the target medical data.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining the medical query index displayed in the query interface based on a pre-stored medical description sample;
classifying the medical query indexes, and matching the medical query indexes with specified index subjects based on received subject information;
determining a display relation of the medical query indexes in the query interface based on the medical query indexes and each index topic;
and generating the query interface based on the display relation and the preset display template.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the display relationship of the medical query indicator in the query interface based on the medical query indicator and each of the indicator topics comprises:
scanning the index theme and the medical query index based on a data mining algorithm to generate at least one index sequence; wherein the index sequence is used for reflecting the index theme and the projection relation with the medical query index;
determining the display relationship of the medical query indicator based on the projection relationship.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the classifying each of the medical query indicators comprises:
and classifying the medical query indexes based on a text topic model trained in advance.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the medical query indicator presented in the query interface based on a pre-stored medical description sample comprises:
preprocessing the pre-stored medical description sample, extracting keywords of the preprocessed medical description sample based on a TF-IDF algorithm, and determining the extracted keywords as the medical query index shown in the query interface, wherein the preprocessing comprises word segmentation processing and/or word deactivation processing.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the query interface comprises an index presentation bar for presenting the medical query index and a data presentation bar for presenting the target medical data;
the displaying the target medical data comprises:
and displaying the target medical data in a data display column of the target medical data of the query interface.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after said presenting the target medical data:
and when an export instruction sent by the input equipment is received, storing the target medical query index and the target medical data in a storage file with a preset format.
8. An apparatus for acquiring medical data, comprising:
the display module is used for displaying a predetermined medical query index to a query interface according to a preset display template when receiving a query instruction for querying medical data;
the target medical query index determining module is used for determining a target medical query index of the medical data to be acquired based on the input operation of the input equipment on the query interface;
the detection module is used for detecting a pre-established electronic medical record database based on the target medical query index;
and the target medical data determining module is used for determining the target medical data corresponding to the target medical query index in the electronic medical record database and displaying the target medical data.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of acquiring medical data of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of acquiring medical data according to any one of claims 1-7.
