Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 illustrates a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method for providing interactive services according to the present disclosure. The method for providing interactive services includes the steps of:
step 201, acquiring an input instruction of a user.
In this embodiment, an execution subject (e.g., a terminal or a server shown in fig. 1) of the method for providing an interactive service may obtain an input instruction of a user from a local or remote human-machine interaction device. For example, the input instruction of the user may be obtained from a local or remote keyboard, a microphone, a touch screen, a mouse, a camera, a perception sensor, and the like.
Step 202, in response to determining that the input instruction indicates to start the multi-party interaction service, matching interaction parties for the user, and presenting matching prompt information to the user.
In this embodiment, after acquiring the input instruction of the user, the execution subject may parse the input instruction of the user to determine the intention of the user. And then, if the intention of the user indicates that the user wishes to perform the multi-party interactive service, the executing body matches the user with the same requirement and presents matching prompt information to the user.
When the matching prompt information is presented to the user, the presentation mode may be a presentation mode in the prior art or a future developed technology, which is not limited in the present application. For example, the manner of presentation may be at least one of: the method comprises the steps of displaying on a screen, adopting voice broadcasting, adopting 2D projection display, adopting 3D projection display and the like. In one specific example, the execution subject may present the matching prompt message to the user through the display screen and the speaker at the same time.
The content and style of the matching prompt information presented to the user are not limited in this application and may be determined according to the experience of the technician or the requirements of the application scenario. For example, the content of the matching hint information presented to the user may include words such as "matching", and the like; styles of matching hints information presented to the user include, but are not limited to: if the user is a child, matching prompt information with child language characteristics, retroflex, and lovely words can be presented. If the user is male, the voice matching prompt information of feminization or the voice matching prompt information with sexual intercourse can be presented. If the user is female, masculinized and deep-seated voice prompt information or matching prompt information with sprouting characteristics and the like can be presented. If the user is an elderly person, matching prompt information with slower speech rate or sprouting characteristics can be presented.
Here, the multiparty interaction service may be a service providing interaction for a plurality of interacting parties. For example, a multi-party discussion service, a multi-party classroom service, a multi-party collaboration service, a multi-party interaction service, a multi-party game service, and the like can be provided. The multi-party discussion service is a service for providing multi-party discussion for a plurality of interaction parties; the multi-party classroom service is a service for providing classroom research for a plurality of interaction parties; the multi-party collaboration service is a service for providing multi-party collaboration for a plurality of interaction parties; the multi-party interactive service is a service for providing multi-party interaction for a plurality of interactive parties; the multiparty game service is a service for providing multiparty games for a plurality of interactive parties.
In a specific example of the present embodiment, the multi-party interaction service may be a service that provides a multi-party interaction conference for a plurality of interacting parties.
Step 203, in response to determining that the user is matched to the interactive party, presenting a prompt message to the user for the matched interactive party to enter the multi-party interactive service.
In this embodiment, if the execution subject matches an interactive party having the same requirement for the multi-party interactive service with the user, the prompt information that the matched interactive party and the multi-party interactive service are currently entered may be presented to the user.
When the matched interaction party is presented to the user and the prompt message of the multi-party interaction service is currently entered, the presentation mode may be a presentation mode in the prior art or a future developed technology, which is not limited in the present application. For example, the manner of presentation may be at least one of: the method comprises the steps of displaying on a screen, adopting voice broadcasting, adopting 2D projection display, adopting 3D projection display and the like. In one specific example, the execution subject may present the matched interaction parties and prompt information of the current entering multi-party interaction service to the user through the display screen and the loudspeaker at the same time.
The content and style of the specific matched interaction party and the prompt message entering the multi-party interaction service are not limited in the application, and can be determined according to the experience of technicians or the requirements of application scenarios.
For example, the content of the prompt message for the matched interactive party and the entering multi-party interactive service presented to the user may include words such as "matched interactive party", "completed interactive matching", and the like; styles of matched interacting parties presented to a user, prompting information into a multi-party interaction service, may include, but are not limited to: if the user is a child, matched interaction parties with child language characteristics, retroflex, lovely words, and prompt information for entering a multi-party interaction service can be presented. If the user is male, matched interaction parties with feminized voice, prompt information for entering multi-party interaction service and the like can be presented. If the user is female, the user can present masculinized and deep voice prompt information or matched interaction parties with sprouting characteristics, prompt information for entering multi-party interaction service and the like. If the user is an elderly person, the matched interaction party with slower speech speed or the sprouting characteristic, the prompt information for entering the multi-party interaction service and the like can be presented.
Step 204, prompting the user for service rules of the multi-party interaction service.
In this embodiment, the executing agent may prompt the user for the service rule of the multi-party interactive service after presenting the prompt information of the matched interactive party and entering the multi-party interactive service to the user.
Here, the service rule of the multi-party interactive service is a specific rule of a service provided by the pre-set multi-party interactive service to the user. The service rule can be set according to the scene requirement of the multi-party interaction service. For example, the service rules of the multi-party interaction service may be how to determine the interaction logic of the multi-party interaction service and one or more of: reward rules, elimination rules, current interaction parties, permissions of each interaction party, responsibilities of each interaction party, obligations of each interaction party, and the like. Wherein, the rights of each interactive party may include but are not limited to: the control authority of each interactive party to the multi-party interactive service, the speaking authority of each interactive party, the operation authority of each interactive party and the like.
Specifically, for multi-party interaction services such as a multi-party discussion service, a multi-party classroom service, a multi-party collaboration service, a multi-party interaction service, and a multi-party game service, a service rule of the multi-party discussion service, a service rule of the multi-party conference service, a service rule of the multi-party collaboration service, a service rule of the multi-party interaction service, and a service rule of the multi-party game service may be set respectively.
Step 205, providing the interactive service to the user based on the service rule of the multi-party interactive service.
In this embodiment, the executing agent may provide the interactive service to the user based on the service rule of the multi-party interactive service in combination with the current interactive operations of multiple interacting parties.
The method for providing the interaction service of the embodiment of the disclosure can provide the interaction service among a plurality of interaction parties entering the multi-party interaction service, enriches the interaction service provided for the user, and can perform multi-party interaction without meeting each interaction party, thereby improving the interaction efficiency.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, in response to determining that the user matches an interactive party, presenting to the user a prompt for the matched interactive party to enter the multi-party interaction service includes: in response to determining that the user is matched to an interactive party, the user is presented with a prompt for the matched interactive party to enter a multi-party interactive service in the virtual room.
In this implementation manner, the execution subject may present, after matching the interaction party for the user, the prompt information of the matched interaction party to the user, and present the prompt information of entering the multi-party interaction service in the virtual room. For example, the prompt to enter the multi-party interaction service in the virtual room may be presented as: virtual character images of interaction parties participating in multi-party interaction are presented in the virtual room, and the virtual character images are located at preset interaction positions.
In the implementation mode, the prompt information of the matched interaction party and the multi-party interaction service entering in the virtual room is presented to the user in response to the fact that the interaction party is matched with the user, so that the user can know the progress state of the current multi-party interaction service more intuitively, and the interaction efficiency of the multi-party interaction service is improved.
An exemplary application scenario of the method for providing interactive services of the present disclosure is described below in conjunction with fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 illustrates one exemplary application scenario of a method for providing an interactive service according to the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, a method 300 for providing interactive services operates in an electronic device 310 and may include:
firstly, acquiring an input instruction 301 of a user;
thereafter, in response to determining that the input instruction 301 indicates to start the multi-party interaction service 302, match the interacting party 303 for the user, and present matching prompt information 304 to the user;
thereafter, in response to determining that the user is matched to the interactive party 303, presenting prompting information 305 for the matched interactive party to enter the multi-party interactive service to the user;
then, prompting the user for service rules 306 of the multi-party interaction service;
thereafter, the interaction service is provided 307 to the user based on the service rules 306 of the multi-party interaction service.
It should be understood that the application scenario of the method for providing an interactive service illustrated in fig. 3 is only an exemplary description of the method for providing an interactive service, and does not represent a limitation of the method. For example, the steps shown in fig. 3 above may be implemented in further detail. Steps of providing interactive services to the user can be further added on the basis of the above-mentioned fig. 3.
With further reference to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a schematic flow chart diagram of yet another embodiment of a method for providing interactive services according to the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the method 400 for providing interactive services of the present embodiment may include the following steps:
step 401, acquiring an input instruction of a user.
Step 402, in response to determining that the input instruction indicates to start the multi-party interaction service, matching interactive parties for the user, and presenting matching prompt information to the user.
In response to determining that the user matches an interactive party, presenting a prompt to the user for the matched interactive party to enter the multi-party interactive service, step 403.
In this embodiment, if the execution subject matches an interactive party having the same requirement for the multi-party interactive service with the user, the prompt information that the matched interactive party and the multi-party interactive service are currently entered may be presented to the user.
Step 404, prompting the user for service rules of the multi-party interaction service.
In this embodiment, the executing agent may prompt the user for the service rule of the multi-party interactive service after presenting the prompt information of the matched interactive party and entering the multi-party interactive service to the user.
It should be understood that the operations and features described in the above steps 401 to 404 correspond to the above steps 201 to 204 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and therefore, the operations and features described in the above embodiment shown in fig. 2 for the above steps 201 to 204 are also applicable to the above steps 401 to 404, and are not described again here.
Step 405, determining a theme controller of a current round in the current service from interaction parties entering the multi-party interaction service, prompting the theme controller of the current round to determine a theme task, and prompting other interaction parties except the theme controller of the current round to determine the theme task by the theme controller of the current round.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may determine the theme controller of the current round in the current service randomly or according to a preset determination rule. For example, if there is no priority order among multiple interacting parties of the multi-party interactive service, the topic controller of the current round in the current service can be randomly determined from the multiple interacting parties; if different interaction parties of the multi-party interaction service have different priorities, the theme controllers of each turn can be determined according to the priorities of the interaction parties. The priority can be determined according to the sequence of the timestamps of the input instructions, the identity information of the interaction party, the age information of the interaction party or other preset rules of priority.
It is to be appreciated that the multiparty interaction service may have multiple rounds. Each round can respectively carry out theme tasks of different subclasses under the same major class of theme tasks. In each turn, there may again be multiple interactions between the interacting parties. Each interaction may include one submission of the response content to the subject task by the interacting party.
In a specific example, taking a multiparty interactive conference as an example, the executing agent may determine that the participant a who submits the input instruction is a subject controller of the current turn according to the input time of the input instruction indicating the start of the multiparty interactive conference by the participants, prompt the participant a to determine the subject task of the current conference, and prompt the participants B, C, D except for the participant a to determine the subject task of the game of the current turn.
In an optional implementation of this step, the executing agent may determine a theme controller of a current round in the current service according to identity information of an interactive party entering the multi-party interactive service, prompt the theme controller of the current round to determine a theme task, and prompt other interactive parties except the theme controller of the current round to determine the theme task by the theme controller of the current round. For example, the execution subject may determine a person having the highest level among the plurality of interacting parties as a subject controller of the current round; or determining a host in the plurality of interaction parties to a theme controller of the current turn; or, determining the first interaction initiator in the plurality of interaction parties as the subject controller of the current turn. Therefore, the personnel for controlling the theme tasks of the current turn can be quickly determined from a plurality of interaction parties, and the interaction efficiency of the multi-party interaction service is improved.
And step 406, determining the theme tasks of the current round based on the interaction information of the theme controller of the current round, and feeding back the theme tasks of the current round to all interaction parties.
In this embodiment, after determining the theme controller, the execution main body may determine the theme task of the current interactive round according to the interaction information input by the theme controller, and notify all interaction parties of the theme task of the current round.
In some specific examples, the execution subject provides a preset theme task option for the theme controller to select. Then, the execution main body can feed back the theme tasks of the current turn to all interaction parties according to the selection of the theme controller; if the theme controller does not select within the preset time, a theme task can be selected randomly or according to a preset task selection rule, and the theme tasks of the current round are fed back to all interaction parties.
In other specific examples, the execution subject may parse the theme task indicated by the interaction information according to the interaction information of the theme controller, and feed back the theme task of the current turn to all interacting parties.
In a specific example, still taking the multiparty interactive conference as an example, the executing agent may determine, according to the interaction information of the participant a, that the subject task of the current conference in the current round is an M project progress forward conference, and feed back the subject task of the current conference in the current round to all the participants A, B, C, D to advance the M project progress forward conference.
In optional step 407, a current interactive party is determined from all interactive parties, and all interactive parties are prompted to request the current interactive party to submit interactive content conforming to the subject task of the current round.
In this optional step, after feeding back the theme task of the current turn to all the interacting parties, the executing main body may randomly or according to a preset interacting party selection rule select a current interacting party for the current speech from all the interacting parties. And then, the execution main body can inform all interaction parties of the selection of the current interaction party and inform all interaction parties of requesting the current interaction party to submit the interaction content of the theme task conforming to the current turn.
In a specific example, still taking a multi-party interactive conference as an example, the executing agent may prompt each participant that participant B is currently beginning to submit interactive content for a subject task (M project progress push conference) that corresponds to the current turn.
In an optional implementation of this step, the execution subject may determine the current interactive party according to the identity information of all interactive parties, and prompt all interactive parties to ask the current interactive party to submit the interactive content of the theme task conforming to the current turn. For example, the execution subject may sequentially determine each interacting party as a current interacting party for each interaction according to the identity information of the interacting person in the interacting party, or determine the current interacting party for each interaction from each interacting party according to a preset rule. Therefore, the execution main body can quickly and accurately determine the current interaction party serving as the speaking party in all the interaction parties and give the speaking opportunity, so that the regulation and control of the speaking person and the speaking sequence are realized, and the interaction efficiency of the multi-party interaction service is improved.
In optional step 408, a determination is made of the services to be provided to the current interactive party based on the interactive content submitted by the current interactive party.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may determine the service provided to the current interactive party based on the interactive content submitted by the current interactive party. In some examples, the services provided to the current interacting party may be configuration services for hardware resources, software resources, and network resources.
In some optional implementation manners of this step, the execution main body may adjust, based on that the interactive content submitted by the current interactive party is the audio interactive content, the broadcast parameter of the audio interactive content submitted by the current interactive party to be a preset broadcast parameter or a broadcast parameter that meets the requirements of each interactive party.
In this alternative implementation, the audio interactive content is content that can be heard by human ears, and may include voice, singing voice, musical instrument voice, and so on. The broadcast parameters may be parameters for broadcast, such as broadcast volume, broadcast quality, etc. By adjusting the broadcast parameters of the audio interactive contents submitted by the current interactive party to preset broadcast parameters, other interactive parties can conveniently hear the audio contents submitted by the current interactive party.
By adjusting the broadcast parameters of the audio interactive contents submitted by the current interactive party to the broadcast parameters meeting the requirements of each interactive party, the audio contents submitted by the current interactive party can be heard and clarified by other interactive parties in a targeted manner, and the volume, the tone quality and the pressure of system resources (software resources, hardware resources, network transmission resources and the like) are taken into consideration.
For example, for a current interactive party with a older age, the broadcast volume can be increased; for the current interactive party with a small age, the broadcasting volume can be reduced; for the current interaction party in a noisy environment, the broadcasting volume and the definition of the broadcasting tone quality can be increased; for the current interaction party in a quiet environment, the broadcasting volume can be reduced, and the definition of the broadcasting tone quality does not need higher requirements.
In some optional implementation manners of this step, the execution subject may adjust, based on that the interactive content submitted by the current interactive party is the visual interactive content, a presentation manner of the visual interactive content submitted by the current interactive party to be a preset presentation manner or a presentation manner that meets requirements of each interactive party.
In this alternative implementation, the visualized interactive content is interactive content that can be seen by human eyes, such as text, pictures, videos, and the like. The presentation may be presented in the prior art or in a future developed technology, and the present application is not limited thereto. For example, the presentation mode may be display on a screen, voice broadcast, 2D projection display, 3D projection display, or the like. As another example, the presentation may be presented with a predetermined presentation quality.
By adjusting the presentation mode of the visual interactive content submitted by the current interactive party to be a preset presentation mode, other interactive parties can observe the visual interactive content conveniently in a default presentation mode; and/or, other interaction parties can see the visual interaction content submitted by the current interaction party clearly.
By adjusting the presentation mode of the visual interactive content submitted by the current interactive party to the presentation mode meeting the requirements of each interactive party, the visual interactive content can be conveniently observed by other interactive parties in a conventional presentation mode in a targeted manner; and/or, other interaction parties can see the visual interaction content submitted by the current interaction party clearly in a targeted manner, and the definition and the resource (software resource, hardware resource, network transmission resource and the like) pressure of the system are considered.
For example, for an interactive party with a screen display mode, the visual interactive content with preset definition is presented in the screen display mode; and for the interactive party with the projection display mode, presenting visual interactive contents with visual quality meeting the requirements of users in the projection mode.
