The auxiliary agent device for preparing two raw material liquids is characterized by comprising a first raw material tank (1), a second raw material tank (2) and an auxiliary agent tank group (3), wherein a first raw material pipeline system (4) is connected between the first raw material tank (1) and the auxiliary agent tank group (3), a second raw material pipeline system (5) is connected between the second raw material tank (2) and the auxiliary agent tank group (3) so as to inject the first raw material liquid in the first raw material tank (1) and the second raw material liquid in the second raw material tank (2) into the auxiliary agent tank group (3), the auxiliary agent tank group (3) is connected with a water inlet pipeline (6) for adding water to prepare an auxiliary agent, the auxiliary agent tank group (3) is provided with a liquid level meter for controlling water injection amount and detecting liquid level alternately, the auxiliary agent tank group (3) is provided with two auxiliary agent tanks for use, the auxiliary agent tank group (3) is connected with an auxiliary agent output pipeline system (7), in order to supply to carry auxiliary agent to appointed forming machine feeding cylinder, first head tank (1) is equipped with first raw materials input pipeline (8) to supply to input first stock solution and save in first head tank (1), second head tank (2) are equipped with second raw materials input pipeline (9) to supply to input second stock solution and save in second head tank (2).

The additive device for preparing two raw material liquids according to claim 1, the first raw material pipeline system (4) comprises a first raw material pipe (41), a first conveying pump (42), a first flow meter (43), a first control valve (44) and a second control valve (45), one end of the first raw material pipe (41) is connected with the first raw material tank (1), the other end of the auxiliary agent tank is connected with each auxiliary agent tank, a first delivery pump (42) is arranged on the first raw material pipe (41), a first flowmeter (43) is arranged on the first raw material pipe (41), the quantitative control is realized by measuring the flow of the first raw material liquid in the first raw material pipe (41), the first control valve (44) is arranged on the first raw material pipe (41) at the input end of the first conveying pump (42), and the second control valve (45) is arranged on the first raw material pipe (41) at the output end of the first conveying pump (42).

The auxiliary device for preparing two raw material liquids according to claim 2, the second raw material pipeline system (5) comprises a second raw material pipe (51), a second delivery pump (52), a second flowmeter (53), a fourth control valve (54) and a fifth control valve (55), one end of the second raw material pipe (51) is connected with the first raw material tank (1), the other end of the auxiliary agent tank is connected with each auxiliary agent tank, a second delivery pump (52) is arranged on a second raw material pipe (51), a second flowmeter (53) is arranged on the second raw material pipe (51), the fourth control valve (54) is arranged on the second raw material pipe (51) at the input end of the second conveying pump (52), and the fifth control valve (55) is arranged on the second raw material pipe (51) at the output end of the second conveying pump (52).

The auxiliary device for preparing two raw material liquids according to claim 1, wherein the second raw material input pipeline (9) comprises a second suction pipe (91), a second input pipe (92) and a sixth control valve (93), the fourth control valve (54) has three ports, the upper and lower ports of the fourth control valve (54) are connected with the second raw material pipe (51), the side port of the fourth control valve (54) is connected with the second suction pipe (91), one end of the second input pipe (92) is connected to the second raw material pipe (51) at the output end of the second delivery pump (52), the other end of the second input pipe (92) is connected to the second raw material tank (2), and the sixth control valve (93) is arranged on the second input pipe (92).

The additive apparatus for preparing two kinds of raw material liquids according to claim 4, wherein the additive output piping system (7) includes an additive output pipe (71), an additive pump (72), and a seventh control valve (73), the seventh control valve (73) has three ports, one seventh control valve (73) is provided for each additive tank of the additive tank group (3), a first port of each seventh control valve (73) is connected to the corresponding additive tank, a second port of each seventh control valve (73) is connected to the additive output pipe (71), a third port of each seventh control valve (73) is connected to the combined end of the first raw material pipe (41) and the second raw material pipe (51) for controlling the input of the first raw material liquid and the output of the prepared additive, the additive pump (72) is provided on the additive output pipe (71), the auxiliary agent tank group (3) is connected to a feeding cylinder of a designated setting machine through an auxiliary agent output pipe (71).

The auxiliary agent device for preparing two raw material liquids according to claim 6, wherein an emptying branch pipe (40) is connected to the first raw material pipe (41) at the input end of the first delivery pump (42), the second raw material pipe (51) at the input end of the second delivery pump (52), and the auxiliary agent output pipe (71) at the input end of the auxiliary agent pump (72), and an emptying control valve (401) is arranged on each emptying branch pipe (40).
