The intelligent traffic monitoring device based on 5G communication module networking of claim 2, wherein: the power assembly comprises a motor (12), two belt pulleys (13) and a belt (14), wherein the motor (12) is fixedly arranged on the top end of the outer protective shell (1), the belt pulleys (13) are respectively sleeved at the outer ends of the two screw rods (9), the belt (14) is arranged between the two belt pulleys (13), a controller (26) is fixedly arranged at the front end of the outer protective shell (1), and the controller (26) is electrically connected with the motor (12) and the bamboo joint type electric push rod (4) in an equal mode.
