Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a multimedia projection apparatus for a screenless image in an elevator space according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic internal circuit connection relationship diagram of the multimedia projection apparatus for a screenless image in an elevator space according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the multimedia projection apparatus includes: the installation component 1, the shell 2, the projection unit 3 arranged in the shell 2, the controller 4 and the running state detection unit 5; the projection unit 3 and the running state detection unit 5 are both connected with the controller 4; the mounting assembly 1 is used for fixing the housing 2 to the rear wall of the elevator car; the projection unit 3 is used for projecting images to the upper part of the elevator door under the control of the controller 4; the running state detection unit 5 is used for detecting running state information of the elevator car and sending the running state information to the controller 4; the controller 4 is used for controlling the projection unit 3 to start or stop playing the images according to the running state information of the elevator car.
Specifically, since the projection position of the multimedia projection device is on the elevator door, the problem of image projection during the process of getting on and off the elevator by the user needs to be considered, that is, the image projection outside the elevator when the elevator door is opened needs to be avoided. Based on this, the present application provides the running state detecting unit 5 to detect the running state information of the elevator, so that the controller 4 can close the image when the elevator is stopped. The controller 4 may be a concurrent MT6328 processor or other similar processor, which is not limited in this application.
Further, the operation state detection unit 5 may be implemented by the gravity detection unit 51, that is, the acceleration information of the elevator car is detected by the sensor, so that the controller 4 may determine that the elevator is in an operation state or a stop state according to the acceleration information, and further control the projection unit 3 to play the image when the elevator is in the operation state, and control the projection unit 3 to stop playing the image when the elevator is in the stop state. It should be noted that, because the acceleration parameters of the elevator in different application scenarios are different (related to factors such as the structure of the elevator itself and the height of the floor), the parameter settings in the detection process need to be adaptively adjusted in practical application. In some embodiments, the gravity sensing unit may select model MMA8452Q, KXTIK, LIS3DH, or ADXL346, or other similar products, without limitation. Further, a circuit configuration of a gravity detecting unit is shown in fig. 7.
In addition, in order to avoid the erroneous judgment of the gravity detection unit 51, the operation state detection unit 5 may further include an infrared detection unit 52, and the infrared detection unit 52 is configured to acquire distance information, so that the controller 4 determines that the elevator door is in the open state or the closed state according to the distance information. With the arrangement, whether the elevator is in a stop state can be comprehensively judged through the running (up-down) state of the elevator and the opening and closing state of the elevator door, so that the projection unit 3 is controlled to play the image when the elevator door is in a closed state and the elevator is in the running (up-down) state, and the projection unit 3 is controlled to stop playing the image when the elevator is in other running states.
In some embodiments, please refer to fig. 3 and 4, in which fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an infrared detection unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 4 is a schematic connection relationship diagram of an internal circuit of an infrared detection unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the infrared detection unit 52 may include a circuit board 521, a condenser lens 522, and an infrared emission tube 523 and an infrared receiving tube 524 connected to the circuit board 521, wherein the infrared emission tube 523 may adopt a commonly used 940 emission tube, that is, an infrared ray emitting in a wavelength band of 940nm, but the specific type is not limited; the working principle is that the infrared ray emitted by the infrared emission tube 523 is adjusted by the condenser lens 522 and then emitted to the front, and is reflected by the elevator door and then received by the infrared receiving tube 524, so that the distance can be determined according to the time difference between the infrared emission and the infrared receiving, and if the distance is consistent with the preset distance, the elevator door can be determined to be closed; when the elevator door is opened, the measured distance is greater than the preset distance (even the infrared receiving tube cannot receive infrared rays, so that the distance cannot be measured) because the reflection of the elevator door is not generated. Further, in order to avoid the influence of the emitted infrared rays on pedestrians outside the elevator, the circuit board 521 may further include an infrared resistance value adjuster for adjusting the power of the infrared emission tube 523, so as to adjust the maximum distance that the infrared rays emitted by the infrared emission tube 523 can reach, and ensure that the infrared rays do not irradiate the outside of the elevator as much as possible.
In some embodiments, in order to solve the problem that the infrared detection unit 52 may be detachably connected (e.g., screwed) to the housing 2, considering that the infrared emission tube (which may be an LED lamp generally) has a certain lifespan and the infrared lamp is prone to be weakened when used for a long time, the maintenance personnel may replace the infrared detection unit 52 in the elevator on site when light is attenuated in the red, thereby greatly improving the lifespan of the projection device.
In addition, in some embodiments, please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a multimedia projection apparatus for non-screen images in an elevator space according to another embodiment of the present application, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a mounting assembly according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the mounting assembly 1 includes a fixing base 11, a rotation axis connecting rod 12 and a base 13; the fixed seat 11 is used for being connected with the shell 2, and the base 13 is used for being fixed on the back wall of the elevator car; fixing base 11 and base 13 all contain the fixed orifices, and rotation axis connecting rod 12 is used for connecting the two through the fixed orifices of fixing base 11 and base 13 to can adjust the position that projection unit 3 throws the image through rotation axis connecting rod 12, specifically, can realize through rotating rotation axis connecting rod 12 and fixed. In addition, in practical use, the base 13 can be fixed at a suitable position of the back wall of the elevator car by means of non-destructive glue, for example, the base is installed at the position shown in fig. 8, and the projected image position should be as close to the top of the elevator door as possible, so as to avoid affecting users in the elevator.
When the projection equipment is installed, parameters such as picture size, brightness, sound and saturation can be adjusted through the special APP so as to adapt to the sizes and environments of different elevator doors.
In addition, considering that the projection equipment can generate more heat inside when being used for a long time, in order to prolong the service life of the equipment, the high-heat generating components are made of high-temperature resistant materials of military industry level, the shell 2 is made of one-level fireproof materials, and the appearance of the shell 2 can be designed into a cylindrical structure so as to increase the heat dissipation area. On the other hand, the definition of the projection device is 720P and 250 lumens, and the design scheme ensures the definition and the temperature control of the device within a reasonable range.
In some embodiments, the projection device further comprises a curtain arranged at the upper part of the elevator door, and the curtain is arranged to be tightly attached to the elevator door. The screen can adopt PET film using American and Japanese technologies, thereby breaking through the visual effect of high visual angle of a high-gain screen and realizing high brightness and full-width 180-degree visual angle.
In some embodiments, the projection unit 3 is a multifunctional projector for preventing virtual focus, and the focusing part of the projector adopts a gear assembly to be connected with an output shaft to output power, and the power is transmitted by using the gear to complete the focusing process, so that the picture is clear. In practice, a projector device of patent No. CN209417506U may be used.
In addition, in some embodiments, the projection device further includes a wireless communication module connected to the controller 4, for performing wireless communication with a preset smart device. The wireless communication module can be a 4G module of model EC25PCIE or other similar internet of things module.
