Under the condition, damage can be caused to the mounting flange of a product, and under the serious condition, the damage can be caused to the related structure of a transmission chain in the speed reducer, so that great loss is generated. Secondly, under the condition of high speed and heavy load, once the connecting bolt fails, the rotation of the speed regulating gear box can not be stopped in a short time under the action of inertia, the speed regulating gear box still can drive the transmission shaft to rotate, and the transmission shaft can fly out due to the fact that one side of the transmission shaft can not be fixed, so that secondary damage is caused to a speed reducer casing and other equipment.
At present, no special literature document is introduced and referred to for a device for over-torque protection between a product flange and an equipment flange, and no safe and effective implementation scheme exists in China.
