An embryo fixed aid pipe 15 at the output end of the embryo fixed aid pump 16 and a fixed aid pipe 25 at the output end of the fixed aid pump 26 penetrate through the top wall of the integration box 5 upwards. The embryo fixed raw material branch pipe 13 and the fixed raw material branch pipe 23 horizontally extend into the integration box 5 along the width direction of the integration box 5, and the embryo fixed raw material main pipe 12 and the fixed raw material main pipe 22 horizontally extend along the length direction of the integration box 5 and penetrate through the end wall of the integration box 5 to extend outwards.
The installation mode that sets up collection box 5 in 4 one ends of supporting platform is adopted, is favorable to the overall layout of pipeline, guarantees that the pipeline planning is neat, and occupation of land space is little, and the installation is maintained conveniently. In addition, the blank fixed raw material pump 14, the blank fixed raw material pump 24, the blank fixed auxiliary agent pump 16 and the fixed auxiliary agent pump 26 are conveniently and intensively arranged in the integration box 5, so that the protection effect and the decoration effect are achieved.
The integrated box 5 is provided with a cantilever which is provided with a control device 6, an embryo fixed raw material pump 14, an embryo fixed auxiliary agent pump 16, an embryo fixed two-way valve 17, an embryo fixed three-way valve 19, an embryo fixed exhaust valve 101, a finished raw material pump 24, a finished auxiliary agent pump 26, a finished two-way valve 27, a finished three-way valve 29, a finished exhaust valve 201, a cleaning valve 33 and a liquid level meter which are respectively electrically connected with the control device 13 so as to realize automatic control. The blank raw material pump 14 and the finished raw material pump 24 are diaphragm pumps, and the blank auxiliary agent pump 16 and the finished auxiliary agent pump 26 are variable frequency pumps.
The distribution method of the auxiliary agent feeding system of the setting machine comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of immersing a hose at the material suction end of an embryo fixed raw material main pipe 12 into a barrel containing embryo fixed raw materials, controlling an embryo fixed two-way valve 17 to open an embryo fixed raw material branch pipe 13, controlling an embryo fixed three-way valve 19 to open a side port and an upper port, closing the lower port, starting an embryo fixed raw material pump 14 to operate, and sucking quantitative embryo fixed raw materials into a corresponding embryo fixed auxiliary agent tank 11. After quantitative embryo-fixing raw materials are injected into the embryo-fixing auxiliary tank 11, the water adding amount into the embryo-fixing auxiliary tank 11 is controlled by a liquid level meter, and the embryo-fixing auxiliary is prepared by dilution and stirring. Meanwhile, the other embryo sizing agent tank 11 is switched to inject a certain amount of embryo sizing raw materials, and the embryo sizing agent is prepared for standby in the same manner as described above. The prepared embryo sizing agent is conveyed to a feeding cylinder of the setting machine through an embryo sizing agent pipe 15 under the suction action of a corresponding embryo sizing agent pump 16. Similarly, the hose at the material suction end of the fixed raw material main pipe 22 is immersed in a barrel containing the fixed raw materials, various fixed raw materials are respectively sucked into the corresponding fixed auxiliary agent tanks 21, and the fixed auxiliary agents are prepared by adding water, diluting and stirring. The setting aid is then transferred by suction from the setting aid pump 26 through the setting aid pipe 25 to the charging cylinder of the setting machine by switching to the setting three-way valve 29.
The invention relates to an auxiliary agent feeding system of a setting machine, which comprises an embryo auxiliary agent fixing device and a setting auxiliary agent fixing device. The embryo sizing auxiliary agent device is matched with an embryo sizing auxiliary agent tank 11, an embryo sizing raw material main pipe 12, an embryo sizing raw material branch pipe 13, an embryo sizing raw material pump 14, an embryo sizing auxiliary agent pipe 15 and an embryo sizing auxiliary agent pump 16. The embryo fixed raw material can be controlled to flow into the corresponding embryo fixed auxiliary agent tank 11 by opening the embryo fixed two-way valve 17 arranged on the corresponding embryo fixed raw material branch pipe 13 and opening the side port and the upper port of the embryo fixed three-way valve 19 on the embryo fixed auxiliary agent pipe 15, and then the embryo fixed auxiliary agent is prepared by adding water. The upper and lower ports are opened through the embryo fixing three-way valve 19, so that the output state of the embryo fixing auxiliary agent is switched. The fixed auxiliary device is matched with a fixed auxiliary tank 21, a fixed raw material main pipe 22, a fixed raw material branch pipe 23, a fixed raw material pump 24, a fixed auxiliary pipe 25 and a fixed auxiliary pump 26. Based on the same principle of the embryo sizing agent device, the sizing agent device is easy to realize the input of the sizing raw material and the output of the sizing agent through the matching of the sizing two-way valve 27 and the sizing three-way valve 29. Therefore, the automatic preparation and conveying of the auxiliary agents are well realized, the production operation can be simplified, the feeding efficiency and the proportioning accuracy are improved, the reject ratio is reduced, and the waste of the auxiliary agents is reduced.
Any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention should be considered as disclosed in the present invention, unless the inventive concept is contrary to the present invention; within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, any combination of various simple modifications and different embodiments of the technical solution without departing from the inventive idea of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The embryo fixing auxiliary device is characterized by comprising an embryo fixing auxiliary tank (11), an embryo fixing raw material main pipe (12), embryo fixing raw material branch pipes (13), an embryo fixing raw material pump (14), an embryo fixing auxiliary pipe (15) and an embryo fixing auxiliary pump (16), wherein the embryo fixing auxiliary tank (11) is provided with two embryo fixing raw material branch pipes (13) which are used alternately, each embryo fixing auxiliary tank (11) is connected with a water adding pipe and is provided with a liquid level meter, the embryo fixing raw material pump (14) is arranged on the embryo fixing raw material main pipe (12), the output end of the embryo fixing raw material main pipe (12) is connected with the two embryo fixing raw material branch pipes (13), each embryo fixing raw material branch pipe (13) is provided with an embryo fixing two-way valve (17) and an embryo fixing check valve (18), each embryo fixing auxiliary tank (11) is connected with the embryo fixing auxiliary pipe (15), one end of each embryo fixing auxiliary pipe (15) is combined into a main pipe which is connected to the input end of the embryo fixing auxiliary pump (16), the output end of the embryo fixing auxiliary pump (16) is connected to a charging cylinder of a forming machine through the embryo fixing auxiliary pipe (15), each embryo fixed auxiliary pipe (15) at the input end of the embryo fixed auxiliary pump (16) is provided with an embryo fixed three-way valve (19), a side port of each embryo fixed three-way valve (19) is connected with a corresponding embryo fixed raw material branch pipe (13), a merged end of the two embryo fixed auxiliary pipes (15) extends downwards to form an embryo fixed emptying branch pipe (10), and the embryo fixed emptying branch pipe (10) is provided with an embryo fixed emptying valve (101).
2. An embryo sizing aid device according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a cleaning device for cleaning the embryo sizing aid tank (11) and its connected piping.

The embryo sizing aid device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning device comprises a cleaning tank (31), a cleaning pipe (32) and cleaning valves (33), one end of the cleaning pipe (32) is connected with the cleaning tank (31), the other end of the cleaning pipe is a discharge end, two cleaning valves (33) are arranged on the cleaning pipe (32) at intervals, and the embryo sizing emptying branch pipe (10) is connected to the cleaning pipe (32) and is positioned between the two cleaning valves (33).
