Description

Water-based acrylic flame-retardant adhesive and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an acrylic acid adhesive, in particular to a water-based acrylic acid flame-retardant adhesive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Acrylic acid glue is commonly used for adhesives, and is particularly suitable for aluminum foil tapes or cotton paper double-sided tapes. The aluminum foil adhesive tape is widely applied to the industry fields of refrigerators, air conditioners, automobiles, electronics and the like, and the aluminum foil adhesive tape is required to have good adhesion, strong adhesive force and ageing resistance. The cotton paper double-sided tape is an industrial adhesive tape prepared by using cotton paper as a base layer, coating acrylic acid adhesive on both sides of the base layer and compounding a layer of release paper, and is widely applied to manufacturing industries such as household appliances, automobiles, leather, printing and the like.
The water-based acrylic adhesive is prepared by emulsifying acrylic acid (ester) by using water as a solvent, and has the advantages of environmental protection and low price. Water solubility, environmental protection and price cost are the directions of research in the coating industry in the future. The oil-soluble acrylic acid glue is prepared by dissolving acrylic ester based on an oily solvent such as toluene, dimethylformamide and other organic solvents, has the advantages of good film forming property and high fastness, and is a glue which is commonly used at present. However, with the rising price of the petroleum industry, the cost is higher and higher, and the use of organic solvents makes the environment-friendly aspect of the petroleum industry slightly deficient. With the stricter environmental protection regulations in various countries, the environmental protection requirements on coating glue are higher and higher, and therefore, the water-based acrylic glue is the development direction of the coating glue.
The flame-retardant adhesive is particularly suitable for elastic bonding in an environment with special requirements on temperature, and has good flame retardance and self-extinguishing property besides good physical and mechanical properties. The flame retardant commonly used for the water-based acrylic adhesive in the prior art is a halogen flame retardant, although the flame retardant can meet the requirements on mechanical strength and flame retardance, a large amount of hydrogen Halide (HX) is released during combustion, the flame retardant has certain corrosivity and does not meet the requirements on environmental protection at the present stage, and therefore, the introduction of the halogen-free flame retardant to replace the halogen flame retardant is a necessary development direction. Particularly, in aluminum foil tapes or cotton double-sided tapes, a common preparation process is to add a flame retardant and emulsion tackifying resin by a simple mechanical mixing method, the method has certain influence on the performance of the tapes, and the improvement on the flame retardant performance is small.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a new water-based acrylic flame retardant adhesive, which fundamentally solves the problem of adding a halogen flame retardant and simultaneously endows the water-based acrylic adhesive with higher permanent adhesion and peeling strength.

The emulsion tackifying resin is added into a small amount of monomer emulsion and then is dripped, and the initial adhesion value, the permanent adhesion and the peel strength of the glue can be obviously improved after the addition.
3. The reactive flame retardant is emulsified with a small amount of monomer and then is dripped.
