Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a high-transparency industrial adhesive mainly applied to installation and fixation of a transparent window or glass.
Background
Based on the trend of modern industrial design to be simple and easy to install, the wide application of high-transparency and semitransparent building glass or acrylic plate materials, such as marking manufacture, decorative glass panels or partition walls, in the current market is increased. For mounting and fixing of translucent or transparent materials, the effect of viewing from the front may be compromised if the mounting is to be fixed with conventional rivets or colored adhesive.
The transparent adhesive tape in the current market is generally used in common consumer-grade markets such as stationery, advertisements and the like, and cannot be applied to industrial-grade products (the industrial-grade application requirements are strict, and most products need to pass weather resistance, high-temperature and high-humidity tests and the like). Therefore, the invention provides an industrial grade high-transparency adhesive which can be applied to semitransparent or transparent industrial products or buildings.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-transparency industrial adhesive, which can improve the transparency of the industrial adhesive, and the transparency can reach about 85%.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:
the high-transparency industrial glue comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60.5 percent of acrylic solvent type pressure-sensitive adhesive, 20.25 percent of bridging agent, 11.25 percent of gloss oil and 8 percent of diluent;
the components are all products of ETERNAL brand, the acrylic solvent type pressure-sensitive adhesive is ETERAC 77307, the bridging agent is ETERAC EC-88, the gloss oil is ETERAC EC-65, and the diluent is RE 195.
Further, the positive deviation and the negative deviation of the proportion of each component are 2%.
The preparation method of the high-transparency industrial adhesive comprises the steps of mixing the acrylic solvent type pressure-sensitive adhesive, the bridging agent and the gloss oil according to the mass percentage, and diluting the mixture by using a diluent with the mass percentage of 8% after mixing the components to obtain the high-transparency industrial adhesive.
Further, the components are put into a stirrer and stirred for 25 minutes at the temperature of 25-35 ℃ to be fully fused.
By adopting the scheme, the gloss oil, namely the light activated compound is added into the adhesive with different colors, so that the coverage degree of the adhesive is lowered, the pigment of the adhesive is not changed through reasonable proportion arrangement, and the transparency of the adhesive can be improved. Experiments show that when the adhesive is coated on materials such as PET, transparent acrylic, transparent PC, transparent PVC or transparent PET, the adhesive can allow about 85% of luminosity to pass through, and no visual obstruction is caused at a distance more than 100cm after the adhesive is adhered and fixed on a back attachment.

Detailed Description
In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention is explained in detail by the following specific examples.
The invention discloses a high-transparency industrial adhesive which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60.5 percent of acrylic solvent type pressure sensitive adhesive, 20.25 percent of bridging agent, 11.25 percent of gloss oil and 8 percent of diluent. Referring to the table below, since the compositions of the adhesives vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and from brand to brand, even though they are the same color, and the compositions vary from color to color, the ETERNAL brand is used for each component used in the present invention. The acrylic solvent type pressure-sensitive adhesive is ETERAC 77307 in model, the bridging agent is ETERAC EC-88 in model, the gloss oil is ETERAC EC-65 in model, and the diluent is RE195 in model.
Among them, the ETERNAL brand is Changxing chemical industry, Inc., Taiwan corporation, Changxing group specialization is a special chemical in polymer field, and is also a key material in many emerging industries. With the upgrading and transformation of the industry, the special polymer chemical materials also tend to advance in the product hierarchy of high added value, high technology, environmental friendliness and high automation. The acrylic solvent type pressure sensitive adhesive product is a polymer formed by cross-linking unsaturated bonds between acrylic acid and ester monomers thereof. The bridging agent is an important component of the hydrocarbon polymer photoresist, the photochemical curing effect of the photoresist depends on the reaction of the crosslinking agent with double photosensitive functional groups, the bridging agent (namely the crosslinking agent) generates double free radicals after exposure, the double free radicals react with the hydrocarbon polymer resin to form bridging bonds among polymer molecular chains and become insoluble substances with a three-dimensional structure, and the curing rate is influenced by too low or too high proportion of the bridging agent, so that different transparent effects are caused. The gloss oil is a synthetic resin, has transparent color, consists of a base material and an auxiliary agent, and plays a role in increasing the transmission and the gloss. The diluent is an active diluent and is used for reducing the viscosity of the resin, and the raw materials of each component cannot be fully fused due to too low or too high proportion of the diluent.
Because the bridging agent participates in the reaction depending on the crosslinking with the double photosensitive functional groups, the bridging agent generates double free radicals after exposure, the double free radicals react with the poly hydrocarbon resin, a bridging bond curing effect is formed between polymer molecular chains, and meanwhile, the anti-reflection and the intensifying effects of the gloss oil form a proper proportion, so that the characteristic of high transparency is achieved. The bridging agent and the gloss oil are added into the acrylic solvent type pressure-sensitive adhesive, the coverage degree of the adhesive is reduced by utilizing the optically activated compound, and the pigment of the adhesive is unchanged by reasonable proportion configuration of the bridging agent, so that the effect of improving the integral transparency is achieved, and the high-transparency colloid is formed.
The proportion of the components can deviate by 2 percent plus or minus. As in the table below, the RE195 diluent described cannot be replaced by other brands.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the high-transparency industrial adhesive, wherein when the industrial adhesive is prepared, the acrylic solvent type pressure-sensitive adhesive, the bridging agent and the gloss oil are mixed according to the mass percentage, and the high-transparency industrial adhesive is obtained by diluting the components with the diluent with the mass percentage of 8% after the components are mixed.
The high-transparency industrial adhesive prepared by the method is used for testing the transparency by coating the high-transparency adhesive on a substrate such as PET and the like, and the test result is as follows:
wherein:
testing materials: 25um PET (polyethylene terephthalate)
Coating: 60.5% of ETERAC 77307 acrylic solvent type pressure-sensitive adhesive, 20.25% of ETERAC EC-88 bridging agent, 11.25% of ETERAC EC-65 gloss oil and 8% of RE195 diluent;
drying conditions are as follows: 90 degrees for 90 seconds;
and (3) testing time: test 72 hours after baking.
The adhesive obtained by stirring is coated on a PET substrate by a coating machine, then is dried and formed by an oven, and the formed adhesive tape is a film and then is tested by a testing instrument.
The test results are shown in fig. 1, which is the transparency test data of the high-transparency industrial glue of the present invention, and the four curves are the four test results respectively, wherein the Y coordinate is the transparency (unit percentage) and the X coordinate is the test length (unit: mm). As can be seen from the figure, the transparency of the prepared adhesive can reach more than 85% (wherein, the front-end bending section is the process of flattening the head of the test equipment).
In addition, through testing, the viscosity of the industrial glue is industrial grade, and according to the test standard of ASTM3654, the 90-degree tensile force can reach 26N/cm, and meanwhile, the strength requirement is met.
The invention adds gloss oil, namely a light activated compound into the acrylic solvent type pressure sensitive adhesive to reduce the covering degree of the adhesive, and the reasonable proportion configuration is carried out by the bridging agent to ensure that the pigment of the adhesive is not changed and the transparency of the adhesive can be improved. Experiments show that when the adhesive is coated on materials such as PET, transparent acrylic, transparent PC, transparent PVC or transparent PET, the adhesive can allow about 85% of luminosity to pass through, and after the adhesive is adhered and fixed on a back attachment, no visual obstruction is caused at a distance of more than 100 cm.
The above embodiments and drawings are not intended to limit the form and style of the present invention, and any suitable changes or modifications thereof by those skilled in the art should be considered as not departing from the scope of the present invention.
