Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to a preparation and construction method of pervious concrete.
Background
At present, urban roads are generally impervious concrete or cement pavements, and can lead to surface ponding to seriously cause urban waterlogging when rainy day drainage is not smooth, influence pedestrian's trip and vehicle current, can appear the drowned incident of person even. The demand of sponge cities comes from the beginning, and the road of the city is mainly of a pervious concrete structure, so that the phenomenon of water accumulation on the road surface can be effectively solved.
At present, the preparation and construction methods of common pervious concrete are as follows:
in the preparation of pervious concrete, the pervious concrete mainly comprises cement, admixture, fine aggregate, composite additive and water, and a cementing agent is used for part of pervious concrete, but the commonly used additive is mainly a water reducing agent with dispersion function, and the cementing agent is mainly rubber powder. Patent CN106904903B discloses a gradient pervious concrete product, wherein the compound admixture used in the product is a compound of water reducing agent, thickening agent, retarder and early strength agent, which can satisfy the preparation and construction process of pervious concrete, but the bonding strength of hardened concrete is not high. Patent CN109437757A discloses a method for preparing pervious concrete, which uses a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent to satisfy the plasticity of the mixture, and uses polypropylene fibers to increase the toughness of the pervious concrete, but the fibers are used in the concrete without slump, and are difficult to be uniformly dispersed in the system. Patent CN106192657A discloses a method for preparing ecological pervious concrete, wherein the cementing agent comprises silica powder, water reducing agent and dry glue powder, the prepared concrete pavement has the advantages of high strength, long service life and difficult cracking, but the 28-day flexural strength is only 2.5MPa, and the bonding strength between pervious concrete aggregates is not high.
In the aspect of pervious concrete construction, as the cellular structure and porosity of pervious concrete are required to be ensured, the pervious concrete is generally mixed by adopting a cementing material and an aggregate, and in order to avoid blocking of pervious channels by slurry during construction, the pervious concrete mixture has poor plasticity or semi-dry hardness in a state. However, the process can greatly shorten the construction time, and the condition that the pervious concrete reaches the initial setting state and is not completely constructed is easily caused. There are also methods of using premixed slurry, and patent CN110078443A discloses a construction process of using slurry for premixing and then mixing with aggregate at a construction site. The method effectively solves the problems of loading and easy hardening of the transported premixed concrete; the environmental pollution problems such as dust emission phenomenon and the like are avoided in the construction site. However, slurry and aggregate still need to be mixed in the construction site, and manpower and energy are still consumed.
In summary, the problems of the prior art are as follows:
(1) the pervious concrete has poor bonding strength and toughness. In the prior art, various fiber materials or rubber powder are directly used for improving the bonding strength and toughness, and the fiber is unevenly distributed and has large strength dispersion degree in the concrete preparation process; the rubber powder has limited improvement on the bonding strength.
(2) The pervious concrete is complex in preparation and construction process. In the prior art, either a one-step stirring forming process is adopted, or a process of adding aggregate after premixing slurry and mixing on site is adopted, and the two construction processes have the problem of complex process and are not beneficial to energy conservation and emission reduction.
