Abstract

Most of the existing sanitary ware devices are excrement and urine mixed and intensively discharged to a pipeline and sent to a sewage treatment plant for treatment, part of the existing sanitary ware devices adopt source separation sanitary ware, the excrement and urine is discharged or treated in situ respectively, but the excrement and urine treatment means has non-ideal places, the treatment process is complex, the treatment effect is poor, the device occupies large area, is complex to install, inconvenient to maintain and frequent in maintenance, the water quality of the treated urine does not reach the standard, and if the existing sanitary ware devices are used for recycling, the water splashes onto the bodies of people in a toilet, so that cross infection and the like can be caused. The treated excrement has high water content and still needs to be dehydrated to be used as fertilizer and the like.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a new fecal urine management device to solve the above problems in the prior art.

The invention has simple pipeline, easy installation, convenient maintenance, high excrement dehydration rate, good urine treatment effect and standard water quality; and moreover, a vacuum drying technology and a membrane filtration, ozone oxidation and biochar composite material adsorption coupling technology are introduced, so that water in excrement can be effectively removed, the size of the excrement is reduced, colloid and suspended matters in the urine can be filtered, the chromaticity and turbidity of the urine are reduced, COD (chemical oxygen demand), ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus in the urine are reduced, and medicinal components such as antibiotics in the urine are reduced, so that the treated excrement can be used as a fertilizer raw material, the safety of the treated urine is ensured, and the cross infection is avoided.

The low-temperature vacuum drying device 18 mainly comprises a cylindrical vacuum drying tank, and can be vacuumized by negative pressure or other vacuum drying structures selected from the prior art according to working requirements.
In the embodiment, liquid in the excrement and the excrement are subjected to solid-liquid separation by adopting filter pressing, air blowing and flowing through and vacuum drying, the dried excrement is discharged and treated, and liquid generated by filter pressing and vacuum drying and condensation is communicated with the front part of the first compartment of the urine collection box 5 through a pipeline 15 and enters the urine collection box 5 for treatment.

The treated liquid can be directly discharged or recycled for flushing a toilet, and can also enter a water storage device for irrigation and the like, so long as the water quality after urine treatment is ensured to reach the standard.
