When the height of the oil in the outer barrel 201 is the same as that of the uppermost end of the middle barrel 202, the oil scraping plate 3 can enable the uppermost oil in the outer barrel 201 to enter the middle barrel 202 every time the oil in the outer barrel 201 moves, even if the water entering the part in the middle barrel 202 is filtered again through the secondary oil filtering unit 5, the floating is arranged, so that the uppermost oil can enter when the substances in the middle barrel 202 enter the oil filtering chamber 504, and the uppermost oil can enter when the oil in the oil filtering chamber 504 enters the sleeve 502, so that the upper oil layer can be ensured to gradually overflow into the middle barrel 202 no matter how much oil is, the oil accumulated for multiple times can be ensured to enter into the middle barrel 202 every time overflow, and the water contained in the oil can be reduced as much as possible.
