The early warning protection method of the outboard engine early warning protection device is characterized in that (1) when the water pressure sensor 6 detects that the pressure of cooling water is lower than a set pressure value, the water pressure sensor 6 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the water pressure indicator lamp is turned on, and the buzzer 40 sounds to remind a driver of insufficient water pressure; (2) when the water temperature sensor 7 detects that the cooling water temperature is higher than a set temperature value and the cooling effect is reduced, the water temperature sensor 7 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the electronic control unit 4 controls the engine 1 to limit the speed and perform speed-limiting temperature reduction protection, the water temperature indicator lamp is lightened, and the buzzer 40 sounds to remind a driver of overhauling the cooling water circulation system; (3) when the engine oil pressure sensor 36 detects that the engine oil pressure is lower than a set pressure value, the engine oil pressure sensor 36 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the electronic control unit 4 controls the engine 1 to limit the speed, the engine oil pressure indicator lamp 46 is lightened, and the buzzer 40 sounds to remind a driver to stop and overhaul the engine oil lubricating system; (4) when the knock sensor 5 detects that the power of the engine 1 is overheated to attenuate, the knock sensor 5 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the electronic control unit 4 controls ignition and oil injection to limit the speed of the engine 1, the knock indicator 41 is lightened, and the buzzer 40 sounds to remind a driver to stop and overhaul the engine 1; (5) when the accumulated water sensor 37 detects that accumulated water in the fuel filter reaches a set value, the accumulated water sensor 37 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the electronic control unit 4 controls the accumulated water indicator lamp 47 to be turned on and the buzzer 40 to sound to remind a driver that water is mixed in fuel oil and the fuel oil system needs to be overhauled, so that the situation that the serious poor combustion is caused because the water is pumped into a fuel injector by the electric gasoline pump to damage the engine 1 is prevented; (6) the engine 1 is ensured to be started safely through the neutral position sensor 38, when the engine 1 is started, the gear shifting shift lever is in a neutral position and presses the neutral position sensor 38, the neutral position sensor 38 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the neutral position indicator lamp 44 is lightened, then the engine 1 can be started only by screwing the starting switch, meanwhile, the ignition oil quantity of an oil sprayer can be controlled accurately, and the driving comfort is improved during gear shifting; when the gear shifting deflector rod is in a forward gear position or a reverse gear position, the engine 1 cannot be started, and danger caused by rapid acceleration during starting is avoided; (7) when the emergency stop switch 39 is used, the hook 26 is hung at the waist of a user, the connecting clip 25 is clamped between the lower end of the stepped push rod sleeve 9 and the upper end of the lock shell, and the movable contact 17 is separated from the fixed contact 21 under the action of the lower pressure spring 24; when a user carelessly falls into the water, the connecting clamp 25 is separated from the position between the lower end of the stepped push rod sleeve 9 and the upper end of the lock shell, under the action of the medium pressure spring 23, the movable contact piece 17 moves downwards along with the push rod 14 by overcoming the resistance of the lower pressure spring 24 and presses the upper ends of the two fixed contacts 21, the emergency stop switch 39 is communicated and transmits signals to the electronic control unit 4, the electronic control unit 4 controls the engine 1 to stop working, the underwater propeller 2 to stop running immediately, the emergency stop indicator lamp 45 to be lightened, and the buzzer 40 to sound, so that the person falling into the water is prevented from being injured and rescued; (8) the connecting clamp 25 is clamped between the lower end of the stepped push rod sleeve 9 and the upper end of the lock shell, when the movable contact piece 17 is separated from the fixed contacts 21, the waterproof cap cover 12 is pressed, the movable contact piece 17 moves downwards along with the push rod 14 to overcome the resistance of the upper pressure spring 22 and the lower pressure spring 24 and presses the upper ends of the two fixed contacts 21, the emergency stop switch 39 is communicated and transmits signals to the electronic control unit 4, and the electronic control unit 4 controls the engine 1 to stop working.

the early warning protection device includes: the electronic control unit and the knock sensor are arranged on the machine body, the water pressure sensor is arranged at the inlet end of the cooling water circulation system, the water temperature sensor is arranged at the outlet end of the cooling water circulation system, the neutral position sensor is arranged on the gear shifting mechanism, and the emergency stop switch is arranged on the machine body; the knock sensor, the water pressure sensor, the water temperature sensor, the emergency stop switch, the neutral position sensor and the starting switch are respectively and electrically connected with the electronic control unit; the scram switch includes: a stepped push rod sleeve with a big end positioned at the upper side and a stepped middle hole with a big end positioned at the upper side, a lock shell with a stepped hole with a small end sleeved outside the small end of the stepped push rod sleeve, a waterproof cap cover with a drum-shaped inner hole at the upper part and a lower end sleeved outside the big end of the stepped push rod sleeve, a baffle ring positioned in the drum-shaped inner hole at the upper end and a push rod with a lower end penetrating through the stepped middle hole and extending into the large end of the stepped hole, a sealing cover connected with the lower end of the push rod in sequence, a movable contact with an upper counter bore at the lower end, a snap spring and a flat washer positioned on the upper side of the sealing cover in sequence, a lower counter bore positioned at the bottom of the stepped hole, two fixed contacts positioned outside the sunken hole, two ends press upper pressure springs at the bottom surface of the stepped middle hole and the lower end of the baffle ring one by one, two ends press pressure springs in the top surface of the large end of the stepped hole and the flat washer one by one, and two ends press the lower pressure springs at the top surface of the upper counter bore and the bottom surface of the sunken hole by one, a flameout component provided with a connecting clamp clamped between the lower end of the stepped push rod sleeve and the upper end of the lock shell; the early warning protection method of the outboard engine early warning protection device comprises the following steps that (1) when the water pressure sensor detects that the cooling water pressure is lower than a set pressure value, the water pressure sensor transmits a signal to the electronic control unit, the water pressure indicator lamp is lightened, and the buzzer sounds to remind a driver of insufficient water pressure; (2) when the water temperature sensor detects that the cooling water temperature is higher than a set temperature value and the cooling effect is reduced, the water temperature sensor transmits a signal to the electronic control unit, the electronic control unit controls the speed limit of the engine to carry out speed limit cooling protection, and the water temperature indicator lamp is lightened and the buzzer sounds to remind a driver to overhaul the cooling water circulation system; (3) when the engine oil pressure sensor detects that the engine oil pressure is lower than a set pressure value, the engine oil pressure sensor transmits a signal to the electronic control unit, the electronic control unit controls the speed limit of the engine, the engine oil pressure indicator lamp is lightened, the buzzer sounds, and a driver is reminded to stop to overhaul the engine oil lubricating system; (4) when the knock sensor detects that the engine is overheated and the power is attenuated, the knock sensor transmits a signal to the electronic control unit, the electronic control unit controls ignition and oil injection to limit the speed of the engine, the knock indicator lamp is lightened, the buzzer sounds, and a driver is reminded to stop to overhaul the engine; (5) when the water accumulation sensor detects that the accumulated water in the fuel filter reaches a set value, the water accumulation sensor transmits a signal to the electronic control unit, the electronic control unit 4 controls the water accumulation indicator lamp to be turned on and the buzzer to sound, so that a driver is reminded that the fuel oil is mixed with water and the fuel oil system needs to be overhauled, and the problem that the engine is damaged due to serious poor combustion caused by the fact that the water is pumped into the fuel oil injector by the electric gasoline pump is solved; (6) the engine 1 is ensured to be started safely through the neutral position sensor, when the engine is started, the gear shifting deflector rod is in the neutral position and presses the neutral position sensor, the neutral position sensor transmits a signal to the electronic control unit, the neutral position indicator lamp is lightened, then the starting switch is screwed to start the engine, meanwhile, the ignition oil quantity of the oil sprayer can be controlled accurately, and the driving comfort is improved when the gear is shifted; when the gear shifting deflector rod is in a forward gear position or a reverse gear position, the engine cannot be started, and danger caused by rapid acceleration during starting is avoided; (7) when the emergency stop switch is used, the hook is hung at the waist of a user, the connecting clamp is clamped between the lower end of the stepped push rod sleeve and the upper end of the lock shell, and the movable contact spring is separated from the fixed contact under the action of the lower pressure spring; when a user carelessly falls into water, the connecting clamp is separated from the position between the lower end of the stepped push rod sleeve and the upper end of the lock shell, under the action of the medium-pressure spring, the movable contact piece moves downwards along with the push rod and overcomes the resistance of the lower-pressure spring and presses the upper ends of the two fixed contacts, the emergency stop switch is communicated and transmits signals to the electronic control unit, the electronic control unit controls the engine to stop working, the underwater propeller to stop running immediately, the emergency stop indicator lamp to be lightened, the buzzer to sound, the injury to the person falling into water is avoided, and the person falling into water is rescued; (8) the connecting clamp is clamped between the lower end of the stepped push rod sleeve and the upper end of the lock shell, when the movable contact piece is separated from the fixed contacts, the waterproof cap cover is pressed, the movable contact piece moves downwards along with the push rod to overcome the resistance of the upper pressure spring and the lower pressure spring and presses the upper ends of the two fixed contacts, the emergency stop switch is communicated and transmits signals to the electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit controls the engine to stop working after flameout.
