本发明属于家具家装技术领域,具体的说,尤其涉及一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板。
背景技术
随着经济和社会的发展,对装饰板材的需求也飞速增长,如建筑物的幕墙装饰、室内及店面的装修、大型机器的外壳以及游轮和汽车的外壳等等,都需要用到装饰板材。目前,市场上常见的装饰板材大都为铝塑板,而铝塑板的防火性能不佳,且着火后会产生毒烟,对位于着火现场的人们产生生命威胁;木质装饰材料因其环保、美观与舒适的特性而越来越受到人们的青睐,但是现有的木饰板硬度不够、且现有木饰板的颜色均是通过涂料涂抹,并不是从内到外通透的,长时间磨损后,会出现褪色现象。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。

为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为,本发明提供一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其包括复合板主体和木饰板,所述复合板主体与木饰板之间设置有第一粘合剂层,且所述复合板主体与木饰板之间通过第一粘合剂层固定粘接。
优选的,所述复合板主体包括多层实木木质薄板,相邻实木木质薄板之间设置有第二粘合剂层,且所述相邻实木木质薄板之间均通过第二粘合剂层相互粘接。
优选的,所述复合板主体包括界面层和保温层。
优选的,所述复合板主体包括界面层和防水层。
优选的,所述复合板主体包括界面层和阻燃层。
优选的,所述复合板主体包括界面层和隔音层。

实施例5,由说明书附图5可知,本方案提供了一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其包括复合板主体1和木饰板3,所述复合板主体1与木饰板3之间设置有第一粘合剂层2,且所述复合板主体1与木饰板3之间通过第一粘合剂层2固定粘接。
进一步地说,所述复合板主体1包括界面层E11和防腐层E12。
进一步地说,所述木饰板3为软质木材通过高分子固化液交联固化制成的高密度板。
进一步地说,所述复合板主体1厚度与木饰板3厚度的比值为2:1-5:1。
本实施例提及的阻燃层隔音层E12,为现有复合板中设置的隔音层E12;在此不一一赘述具体结构。
实施例6,参考附图6本实施例提供了一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其包括复合板主体和木饰板,所述复合板主体与木饰板之间设置有第一粘合剂层,且所述复合板主体与木饰板之间通过第一粘合剂层固定粘接。
优选的,所述复合板主体包括多层实木木质薄板F11,相邻实木木质薄板之间设置有第二粘合剂层,且所述相邻实木木质薄板之间均通过第二粘合剂层相互粘接。
优选的,所述木饰板为软质木材通过高分子固化液交联固化制成的高密度板。
优选的,所述复合板主体厚度与木饰板厚度的比值为2:1-5:1
上述实施例1-6中,所述木饰板制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1,真空抽湿:将原木锯割后的湿木方放入真空抽湿机内,真空抽湿处理木方含水率至8~15%,备用;
S2,高分子固化液制备;
S3,小分子染料浸入;选择合适的小分子染料,在高分子固化液制备过程中添加进小分子染料;
S3,浸渍液的调制:a.将质量份数比为1.8~2.5份的水投入搅拌器中,升温至30~50℃;b.再加入质量份数比为1份的小分子染料浸入的高分子固化液,将混合液升温至40~60℃,搅拌至均匀即可制成药液;
S4,木材真空负压导管引流:将含水率在8~15%以内的锯材方木置于浸注罐内,密闭后,负压至-0.08~-0.095MPa,保持10~30分钟;将药液注满浸注罐后,开启高压泵向罐内压注药液,当压力达到1.5~3.5MPa时停止压注,并保持压力2~4.5小时;
S5,热处理交联固化:将真空负压处理后的木材置于500--700℃条件下热处理1-2h,使小分子染料浸入的高分子固化液与木材本体内的纤维组织进行交联固化;
S6,木材出罐:压力浸注后放出药液,静置10~30分钟,开启罐门取出木材;
S7,二次烘干:对浸渍过的木材表面进行简单冲洗后,将木材放入烘干窑,烘干至含水率8~12%,出窑备用。
上述实施例中的复合板通过贴合上木饰板,不仅兼具复合板本身的优良性能,而且还具有本木饰板的耐磨性,硬度搞,颜色多样的性能;本木饰板在复合板材上的应用使家具家装领域应用广泛,实用性强。

Claims (10)
1.一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其特征在于,包括复合板主体和木饰板,所述复合板主体与木饰板之间设置有第一粘合剂层,且所述复合板主体与木饰板之间通过第一粘合剂层固定粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其特征在于,所述复合板主体包括多层实木木质薄板,相邻实木木质薄板之间设置有第二粘合剂层,且所述相邻实木木质薄板之间均通过第二粘合剂层相互粘接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其特征在于,所述复合板主体包括界面层和保温层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其特征在于,所述复合板主体包括界面层和防水层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其特征在于,所述复合板主体包括界面层和阻燃层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其特征在于,所述复合板主体包括界面层和隔音层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其特征在于,所述复合板主体包括界面层和防腐层。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其特征在于,所述木饰板为软质木材通过高分子固化液交联固化制成的高密度板。
9.根据权利要求8中任意一项所述的一种贴敷有木饰板的复合板,其特征在于,所述复合板主体厚度与木饰板厚度的比值为2:1-5:1。
10.一种木饰板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,
S1,真空抽湿:将原木锯割后的湿木方放入真空抽湿机内,真空抽湿处理木方含水率至8~15%,备用;
S2,高分子固化液制备;
S3,小分子染料浸入;选择合适的小分子染料,在高分子固化液制备过程中添加进小分子染料;
S3,浸渍液的调制:a.将质量份数比为1.8~2.5份的水投入搅拌器中,升温至30~50℃;b.再加入质量份数比为1份的小分子染料浸入的高分子固化液,将混合液升温至40~60℃,搅拌至均匀即可制成药液;
