Description

Air cushion and core structure for disposable absorption article
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disposable absorption articles, in particular to an air cushion and core body structure for a disposable absorption article.
Background
From the prior art and the commercial products, the structure and the functional design of the paper diaper are dominated by the conventional fabric, namely, the performance of the paper diaper is improved through the design of the fabric. However, the materials mainly used for the diaper are a high-power resin absorber, a nonwoven fabric, and the like, and the materials used follow a certain physical capillary absorption principle, for example, the same fibers having the same hydrophilic property, and the coarse fibers are easy to conduct liquid to the fine fibers, but two different fibers are required to be concentrated and attached to each other. In addition, under the condition that the number of the non-woven fabric layers is the same, the non-woven fabric is made of fibers with smaller diameters, so that the filtering efficiency can be greatly improved under the condition that the resistance is not increased. Although the diaper made of the resin absorber and the nonwoven fabric follows a certain capillary absorption principle in liquid absorption and drainage, the influencing factors are various and complicated, and no system intensive research is formed at present. The applicant has obtained, according to literature and previous experience: the liquid conduction function of the fiber cannot be exerted to the target that the liquid residue is less than 1g only by controlling the fiber thickness and the hydrophilicity; on the other hand, the limit of the current technical field is reached by adjusting the fineness of the fibers. Aiming at the biggest difficulty of the current paper diaper manufacture: how to lead excrement such as urine into the diaper as completely as possible on the surface of the diaper and prevent reverse osmosis after absorption needs to be a new approach. We cannot be limited to controlling urine reverse osmosis only by fiber thickness matching. At present, there are few related researches on controlling the urine wet rewet through effective isolation, and research and development are carried out by taking the research and development as an entry point.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the liquid-permeable surface layer 8 is prepared, the surface layer upper layer material and the surface layer fiber upper layer pass through a flow line on a horizontal plane, the surface layer upper layer material bypasses a convex roller, the surface layer fiber upper layer bypasses a concave roller, and finally a surface layer non-woven fabric with a three-dimensional pattern is prepared at a heating smooth roller by compounding and hot rolling.
Further, the upper layer material of the surface layer is a fine fiber material, the fineness of the fine fiber is 1.2D-1.5D, and 1.2D or 1.5D is preferred; the upper layer of the surface layer fiber is coarse fiber material, and the fineness of the coarse fiber is 2.0D-3.0D, preferably 2.0D or 3.0D. The upper layer adopts fine fibers, the lower layer adopts coarse fibers, the discomfort caused by skin contact can not be generated, the liquid is soft and smooth, the liquid guiding effect is good, and the reverse osmosis rate is low.
Further, the upper layer material of the surface layer is a long fiber material, and the cutting length of the long fiber is 45-60mm, preferably 38 mm; the upper layer of the surface layer fiber is a mixture of short fiber and long fiber, the cut length of the short fiber is 30-45mm, and the cut length of the long fiber is 45-60mm, preferably 51 mm.
Further, the non-woven fabric on the upper layer of the surface layer is preferably a fine fiber and long fiber material, and the non-woven fabric on the lower layer of the surface layer is carded by mixing relatively coarse fibers and long and short fibers, or the non-woven fabric on the upper layer of the surface layer is hot air non-woven fabric, and the non-woven fabric on the lower layer of the surface layer is spun-bonded non-woven fabric; the two combination modes can effectively reduce the water content of the surface layer, simultaneously accord with the siphon principle, and can obtain better dry and comfortable experience in the actual use process.
Furthermore, the fibers of the upper layer material of the surface layer are skin-core structural fibers, and the skin-core structural fibers comprise skin layer fibers and core layer fibers which are in concentric circle structures; alternatively, the sheath-core structure fibers include sheath fibers and core fibers in an eccentric configuration. The fibrous melting point of cortex is less than the fibrous melting point of sandwich layer, and the fibrous rigidity of sandwich layer is greater than the fibrous rigidity of cortex, and the sandwich layer has stronger rigidity promptly, can satisfy the surface course and roll into various decorative patterns, and the cortex is the low melting material, mainly plays the adhesive action when hot-blast carding takes shape, and the hot-blast non-woven fabrics of this kind of combination compares in conventional hot-blast non-woven fabrics, feels more fine and more smooth, soft. And, the material of surface course upper strata adopts concentric circles design, and the cortex fusing point is lower, and the sandwich layer rigidity is great, can reflect the knurling effect of surface course better, or the effect of punching, can keep certain shape. In addition, when the material of the upper layer of the surface layer is PE/PET fiber, the upper layer of the surface layer can also be made into an eccentric fiber structure instead of a concentric circle structure, and the liquid guide effect of the eccentric fiber structure is also better.
Further, the upper layer of the surface layer is made of hot air non-woven fabric; the upper layer of the surface layer fiber is hot air non-woven fabric or spun-bonded non-woven fabric. Preferably, the upper layer material of the surface layer and the upper layer of the surface layer fiber are both made of hot air non-woven fabrics, the two types of hot air non-woven fabrics on the horizontal plane pass through a flow line, the upper layer hot air fabric bypasses a convex roller, the lower layer hot air fabric bypasses a concave roller, and finally the surface layer non-woven fabric with the three-dimensional patterns is compounded at a heating smooth roller and is manufactured into a layer through hot rolling.
The paper diaper provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes the effect of low residue of excrement on the surface even approaching zero residue through effective fiber thickness matching and effective isolation.
Next, the elastic waist band 15 will be described in further detail.
As a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the pant body 5 further comprises an elastic waist band 15, the elastic waist band 15 is disposed on the back waist portion, and the elastic waist band 15 comprises three layers of materials, which are respectively denoted as a waist upper layer material 14, a waist middle layer material and a waist lower layer material; the waist circumference upper layer material 14 is a spun-melt non-woven fabric, the waist circumference intermediate layer material is an elastic layer material, preferably an elastic film, or an elastic layer consisting of a plurality of elastic rubber band strips; the waist lower layer material is spun-bonded nonwoven fabric or spun-bonded nonwoven fabric. The elastic waist 15 has stretching and contracting functions in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction. The elastic rubber strips have strong elongation and rebound rate, and the cross section of the linear elastic body 12 is preferably elliptical.
Furthermore, the waistline middle layer material is a flat layer and is arranged in a plane, and the waistline upper layer material 14 and the waistline lower layer material are respectively arranged above and below the middle flat layer in a corrugated shape; preferably, the waist upper layer material 14 is arranged above the middle flat layer in a wave-corrugated manner, and the waist lower layer material is arranged below the middle flat layer in a wave-corrugated manner, so that the arrangement has good contraction performance, and the wearing comfort can be improved.
The manner in which the side leakage prevention barriers 13 are arranged is further described below.
As shown in fig. 12, the conventional side leakage preventing barrier 13 is not folded many times, and is generally formed by folding a non-woven fabric of the barrier once, and an elastic body is arranged in the folded structure; the three-dimensional enclosure side leakage prevention partition edge 13 provided by the embodiment of the invention is turned over at least once on the basis of conventional realization, and the air cushion 3 arranged on the absorption body can prevent rear leakage, and can realize separation of skin and excrement within a certain time and to a certain degree, thereby achieving the effect of keeping the skin of the hip part region clean.
As a further implementation manner, as shown in fig. 3 and 11, the side leakage prevention separation edge 13 provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes a separation edge body, and the separation edge body is folded at least for the first time and the second time to form a multi-fold structure, so that at least four layers of separation edge bodies are formed on one side of the side leakage prevention separation edge 13 close to the crotch of the pants body, wherein an elastic body is arranged between at least two adjacent layers of separation edge bodies; the multi-turn structure comprises a first turn body 131 and a second turn body 132 from bottom to top, and the width of the upper layer partition body of the first turn body 131 is larger than that of the lower layer partition body so as to completely cover the lower layer partition body; both ends of the bottom of the second flip 132 are adhesively fixed to the top surface of the first flip 131 by the hot melt adhesive 22. The partition body is preferably folded twice to form a secondary folding structure, and of course, three or more times of folding can be realized. The folding body is preferably SMS spun-melt non-woven fabric, and the hydrostatic pressure is large, and the folding body is soft and comfortable.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic body setting stations on the side leakage preventing partition 13 are leg-surrounding contraction bodies respectively arranged at two sides of the body of the diaper in the horizontal direction, and the elastic body on the side leakage preventing partition 13 at each side is preferably 2-5, most preferably 2 or 3, which can provide good contraction capability and does not tighten legs.
Furthermore, the partition body is folded for the first time and folded for the second time to form a twice-folded structure, so that four layers of partition bodies are formed on one side of the side leakage prevention partition 13 close to the crotch of the trousers body, and an oval elastic body is arranged between the two layers of partition bodies on the upper side; the double-folding structure comprises a first folding body 131 and a second folding body 132 from bottom to top, an oval elastic body is arranged in the second folding body 132, and the folding width of the second folding body 132 is 12-15 mm. The three-dimensional enclosure side leakage prevention partition edge 13 provided by the embodiment of the invention is folded outwards once again (in the direction far away from the crotch part) on the basis of the conventional one-time folding partition edge structure, and the folding width is 12-15 mm. In actual production, the method can be realized by the following steps: when the three-dimensional enclosure side leakage preventing partition edge 13 is formed by turning over at one time conventionally, the three-dimensional enclosure side leakage preventing partition edge is folded by a set of folding plates, and the two ends of the non-woven fabric of the three-dimensional enclosure side leakage preventing partition edge 13 are fixed by applying glue discontinuously through the hot melt adhesive 22 before folding, so that the station is realized. Compared with the conventional one-time folding partition edge, the side leakage prevention partition edge 13 formed by twice folding has the following advantages: the contact angle between the common three-dimensional guard side leakage prevention separation edge 13 and the skin at the root of the thigh is between 30 degrees and 90 degrees, and when the linear elastic body 12 clamped by the three-dimensional guard side leakage prevention separation edge 13 acts on the skin of the leg, friction and even strange marks are easily caused at the contact part in the using and moving process of a consumer; however, the contact angle between the linear elastic body 12 wrapped by the secondary-folded three-dimensional enclosure anti-side leakage separating edge 13 and the skin is often reduced to 0-25 °, and under the same acting force, the smaller the contact angle between the three-dimensional enclosure anti-side leakage separating edge 13 and the skin at the root of the thigh is, the smaller the force of the elastic body acting on the skin is, and the reduction range of the skin abrasion or the pinch mark is large.
As a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the elastic body in the side leakage preventing barrier 13 is a leg gather, the elastic body is an elastic band, and the cross section of the elastic body may be a circle, a straight strip or an ellipse, and is most preferably an ellipse. When the radius r of the rubber band with the circular cross section is equal to a, the area of the rubber band with the oval cross section is different when the shortest radius r of the rubber band with the oval cross section is equal to a, and the area of the rubber band with the oval cross section is multiple times of the area of the rubber band with the oval cross section; the ductility and the contractibility of the elastic material are evaluated, and when the stretching ratio of the elastic band with the same material and the elastic band with the oval cross section reaches 3 times, the tension of the elastic band with the same material is several times that of the elastic band with the round cross section. Meanwhile, because the circumferences of the rubber bands are different, the circumference of the rubber band with the oval cross section is longer, and the peel strength and the creep resistance which are tested after the rubber band with the oval cross section and the non-woven fabric wrapped with the elastomer material are bonded by the hot melt adhesive 22 are all times of those of the rubber band with the circular cross section. Synthesize these two kinds of cross section rubber bands's various performances, the part that oval rubber band elastic material used compares in circular cross section rubber band elastic material rubberizing volume more even, and the peel strength is stronger, and the product that shows is softer also has more travelling comfort and ductility.
Further, the edge body is formed by bonding an upper layer of non-woven fabric and a lower layer of non-woven fabric through hot melt adhesive 22, namely the edge body comprises an upper layer of non-woven fabric and a lower layer of non-woven fabric, and the hot melt adhesive is arranged between the upper layer of non-woven fabric and the lower layer of non-woven fabric. In this case, the elastic body is preferably disposed between the two nonwoven fabrics so as to be stably sandwiched therebetween and prevented from being exposed. The upper and lower layers of non-woven fabrics are preferably SMS spun-melt non-woven fabrics, the hydrostatic pressure of the SMS spun-melt non-woven fabrics is more than 120mm of water column, and the SMS spun-melt non-woven fabrics have certain softness. During manufacturing, the elastic body is wrapped between two layers of non-woven fabrics, and the elastic body is folded after being wrapped, which is similar to a Z shape.
The structure of the anti-tie underlayer of an embodiment of the present invention is further described below.
As a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the anti-fraying layer structure is a cross-sectional view along the length direction, and comprises an inner layer cloth 20, an anti-leakage elastic film 24 and an outer layer cloth 23, wherein the inner layer cloth 20 is fixed above the anti-leakage elastic film 24 in a wave-corrugated shape, the outer layer cloth 23 is fixed below the anti-leakage elastic film 24 in a wave-corrugated shape, and the wave-corrugated folds formed by the inner layer cloth 20 are opposite to the wave-corrugated folds formed by the outer layer cloth 23 one by one; alternatively, the wavy folds formed by the inner cloth body 20 and the wavy folds formed by the outer cloth body 23 are partially or completely staggered up and down. The wavy wrinkles formed by the inner layer cloth body 20 and the outer layer cloth body 23 extend from the front waist portion to the rear waist portion in the worn state. The anti-tightening bottom layer structure provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts a fold design as a whole, the anti-tightening elastic film 24 is in a stretched state when the diaper is worn, the wavy folds of the inner layer cloth body 20 and the outer layer cloth body 23 are straightened and are in a parallel state in the same direction as the anti-tightening elastic film 24, the actual stretching ratio can reach at least 150%, and the design can prevent the diaper from tightening skin or being limited when certain actions are taken in the wearing process. When fixing the wavy wrinkles, the embodiment of the invention adopts comb-shaped frictioning, that is, the frictioning is performed like a comb at certain intervals, the place without glue on the leakage-proof elastic film 24 naturally shrinks, and the place with glue fixes the upper, middle and lower materials (the inner layer cloth body 20, the leakage-proof elastic film 24 and the outer layer cloth body 23), so that the product has elasticity and is very soft. Here, it is preferable that the squeegee width is set to 3mm and the interval is set to 10 mm.

The outer layer cloth body 23 is fixed below the leakage-proof elastic film 24 in a wave-shaped corrugation shape, the maximum width of the wave-shaped corrugation formed by the outer layer cloth body 23 is 5-15mm, and the width of a fixed bonding station of the outer layer cloth body 23 and the leakage-proof elastic film 24 is 1-5 mm.
Further, the inner layer cloth body 20 and the outer layer cloth body 23 are sequentially fixed above and below the leakage-proof elastic film 24 in a regular wavy fold shape, the fixing positions are marked as glue bonding positions, and the glue bonding positions are provided with penetrating holes 21. The penetrating hole 21 can quickly penetrate out hot air outside the skin, and the stuffy feeling is not generated, so that the wearing experience is more comfortable. The adhesive strength is reduced by punching the adhesive position, but the product is softer, and the product can achieve the effect of ventilation and is not unsightly because the product is in a semi-telescopic state when in use. During production, the perforation is preferably performed by needle puncture. As shown in fig. 9, the glue site is actually planar, and here the glue site is drawn in a stripe shape in order to show the penetration holes 21, and the penetration holes 21 are provided at the overlapped bonding positions of the inner fabric body 20, the leakproof elastic film 24, and the outer fabric body 23.
Further, the penetrating hole 21 is a micro circular hole.
Further, the inner layer cloth body 20 is fixed above the leakage-proof elastic film 24 in a regular semi-circular tube corrugated shape, the outer layer cloth body 23 is fixed below the leakage-proof elastic film 24 in a regular semi-circular tube corrugated shape, and the semi-circular tube corrugations formed by the inner layer cloth body 20 and the semi-circular tube corrugations formed by the outer layer cloth body 23 are opposite up and down one by one. That is, the inner layer cloth 20 and the outer layer cloth 23 are provided symmetrically with respect to the leakage-proof elastic film 24 as a plane of symmetry, and can be stretched in a replaceable manner during use, and are soft and comfortable.
