Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其组分及重量份数比为:深绿木霉孢子粉0.5~30重量份;吲哚丁酸0.5~5重量份;氨基寡糖素0.5~10重量份;助剂3.3~50.6重量份;植物油20~85重量份。本发明含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,深绿木霉在线虫防治的同时加入具有生根、诱导作物产生抗性,提高作物免疫力作用的吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素,可在减少线虫危害的同时,吲哚丁酸使受伤根系快速生长新根,氨基寡糖素素诱导作物产生抗性的且能为深绿木霉菌粉和作物提供一定营养。本发明还涉及含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法及其应用。

技术领域
本发明属于微生物杀菌剂技术领域,特别是一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂及其制备方法及其对病原线虫防控应用。
背景技术
植物寄生线虫严重威胁世界和我国各地蔬菜、果树以及其他农作物的生产。线虫导致植物受害严重,其危害已超过细菌、病毒,是仅次于真菌的第二大植物病害。在我国,线虫的危害越来越严重,发病田块常年减产15%-20%,严重时可达到70%以上,严重影响和制约我国蔬菜和其他农作物的生产与发展。对于线虫的防治,历来都是以化学药剂为主,但是许多杀线虫剂由于使用过程中对环境污染严重,对人畜不安全,已经被禁止使用。因此,人们除了继续探索一些高效,低毒,低残留,高选择性的杀线剂外,还正在从生态角度寻求新的防治方法,而生物防治就是其中一种非常具有应用前景的方法。
吲哚丁酸,化学式:C12H13NO2,简称:IBA。吲哚丁酸可溶性是内源生长素,能促进细胞分裂与细胞生长,诱导形成不定根,增加座果,防止落果,改变雌、雄花比率等。经由叶面喷洒,蘸根等方式,由叶片种子等部位传到进入植物体,并集中在生长点部位,促进细胞分裂,诱导形成不定根,有利于新根生成和维管束系统的分化,促进植物主根生长,提高发芽率,成活率,表现为根多,根直,根粗,根毛多。常用于木本和草本植物的浸根移栽,硬枝杆插,能加速根的生长,提高植物生根的百分率。
氨基寡糖素,也称为农业专用壳寡糖,新一代植物免疫诱抗剂,通过诱导植物提高自身对病害、低温等不良环境的免疫力,促进健康生长,从而实现作物抗病、减害、增产的效果,减少农药施用量。其具有药效和肥效双重功效,表现为不仅对真菌、细菌、病毒具有极强的防治和铲除作用,而且还具有营养、调节、解毒、抗菌的功效,可改变土壤微生物区系,促进有益微生物的生长而抑制一些植物病原菌。壳寡糖可刺激植物生长,用于提高粮食和经济作物的单产,使农作物和水果蔬菜增产丰收。壳寡糖在应用上具有微量(PPM级)、高效、低成本、无公害等特点,对我国农业可持续性发展具有重要意义。
木霉菌(Trichoderma.spp)是自然界广泛分布的真菌,是土壤微生物的重要群落,自1932年Windling首次发现木霉菌对植物病原真菌有拮抗作用,木霉菌便受到关注,后被广泛运用于农业生产,目前,木霉菌被认为是最有前途的生物控制因素之一。木霉菌可产生许多对植物病原真菌、细菌及昆虫具有拮抗作用的生物活性物质,从而达到防病、治病的效果,而且还能促进生长、提高养分利用率、增强作物抗逆性和修护农化环境污染等。地球上已知的木霉菌大概有80多种,可市场化的主要有哈茨木霉、深绿木霉、长枝木霉、短密木霉等,现已广泛应用于粮食、蔬菜、果树、药材等多种作物病害防治,并取得了较好的防治效果。
国内外研究较多的为哈茨木霉菌、绿色木霉、黄绿木霉菌制剂,关有深绿木霉制剂研究甚少,木霉菌主要防治病原菌有白绢病菌、立枯丝核菌、终极腐霉、核盘菌、尖孢镰刀菌、瓜果腐霉、灰葡萄孢球菌等。木霉菌对病原线虫防治方向的研究较少。且木霉生物制剂以粉剂、可分散粒剂为主,未可分散油悬浮制剂相关登记。生物制剂的粉剂、可分散粒剂,易吸水受潮,受环境温度等影响较大,菌种易失活,存在货架期短,粉尘严重,污染环境等问题;如开发成水剂、悬浮剂以水为介质,易使木霉菌孢子萌发,不利于菌种的储存;而可分散油悬浮剂中木霉菌菌体可均匀分散在非水介质中,依靠表面活性剂形成高分散稳定的悬浮液体,孢子不易萌发,可延长货架期,保证菌种活性,保证药效。
病原线虫主要危害作物根部,单纯的防治线虫,而不能快速修复受害的根系,不利于作物吸收营养,导致作物枯竭死亡。在线虫防治的同时加入具有生根、诱导作物产生抗性,提高作物免疫力作用的吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素,可在减少线虫危害的同时使作物快速生根,提高作物免疫力,吸收养分传输于地上部分,保证作物健康生长。因此,开发一款可防治病原线虫的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂具有较好的市场前景和现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中深绿木霉孢子受环境因素影响较大、孢子易失活、不耐贮存、农业生产中病原线虫较难防治的技术问题,提出一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,对病原线虫有较好的防治效果,同时吲哚丁酸使受伤根系快速生长新根,氨基寡糖素诱导作物产生抗性且能为深绿木霉孢子和作物提供一部分营养,以丰富木霉菌生物制剂防治方向及生物菌粉活性、保证药效。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的对病原线虫防控应用。

一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)将深绿木霉菌粉分成三份,取第一份与吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素和助剂按照重量份数比均匀混合,进行剪切分散,得到混合物料A;
2)再将深绿木霉菌粉第二份与步骤1)所得的混合物料A均匀混合,再进行剪切分散,得到混合物料B;
3)将深绿木霉菌粉第三份与步骤2)所得的混合物料B、植物油按照重量份数比均匀混合,得到油悬浮剂,再进行剪切分散后加入砂磨釜中,进行研磨,研磨至粒径小于5μm,得到可分散油悬浮剂。
一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的对病原线虫防控应用,其特征在于:用于防治南方根结线虫、北方根结线虫、大豆胞囊线虫、爪哇根结线虫引起的线虫病害。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本发明的含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,通过在深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂中加入吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素,对病原线虫防治具有显著增效作用,可防治南方根结线虫、北方根结线虫、大豆胞囊线虫、爪哇根结线虫引起的如大姜、马铃薯、黄瓜、大豆、番茄、花生、白菜等多种线虫病害。
2、本发明的含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,以植物油为分散介质,具有优良的渗透性和粘着性,孢子萌发率高、均匀度好、易贮存、防效稳定。
3、本发明的含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,吲哚丁酸对作物根系的生长具有促进作用,促进细胞分裂,诱导形成不定根,有利于新根生成和维管束系统的分化,促进植物主根生长,可使作物根系受到线虫侵害后快速发新根吸收营养,保证作物健康生长。
4、本发明的含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,氨基寡糖素可诱导植物产生抗性,且可改变土壤微生物区系,促进有益微生物的生长,使深绿木霉孢子在土壤中快速定殖,保证药效稳定发挥;氨基寡糖素同时为深绿木霉孢子、作物提供一部分营养,保证深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂中菌种孢子活性,保证菌剂的货架期;同时,氨基寡糖素本身对真菌、细菌、病毒具有极强的防治和铲除作用,在防御病原线虫的同时扩大防治范围,使农作物和水果蔬菜增产丰收。
5、本发明的含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,由于木霉菌粉一般粒径较大,在制备可分散油悬浮剂过程中很难达到悬浮状态,本发明的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂在制备过程中深绿木霉菌粉分三次与助剂混合研磨,可以极大程度的减小粒径,保证均匀悬浮,不沉底、不结块。
6、本发明的含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,对病原线虫具有较好的防治效果,可防治南方根结线虫、北方根结线虫、大豆胞囊线虫、爪哇根结线虫引起的如大姜、马铃薯、黄瓜、大豆、番茄、花生、白菜等多种线虫病害。

一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,将2g 深绿木霉菌粉随机分成三份,取一份与1g吲哚丁酸、2g氨基寡糖素和17.7g助剂均匀混合,进行剪切分散成混合物料A;再将深绿木霉菌粉第二份加入混合物料A均匀混合,再进行剪切分散后得到混合物料B;最后将深绿木霉菌粉第三份加入混合物料 B,再加入77.3g花生油均匀混合,得到油悬浮剂,再进行剪切分散后加入砂磨釜中,进行研磨,研磨至粒径小于5μm,得到2亿孢子/克深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂。
实施例2:
一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其组分及重量如下表2所示。

一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,将5g 深绿木霉菌粉随机按照4:4:2分成三份,取一份2g与1g吲哚丁酸、2g氨基寡糖素和21.8g助剂均匀混合,进行剪切分散成混合物料A;再将深绿木霉菌粉第二份2g 加入混合物料A均匀混合,再进行剪切分散后得到混合物料B;最后将深绿木霉菌粉第三份1g加入混合物料B,再加入65.2g大豆油均匀混合,得到油悬浮剂,再进行剪切分散后加入砂磨釜中,进行研磨,研磨至粒径小于5μm,得到5亿孢子/克深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂。木霉菌粉一般粒径较大,在制备可分散油悬浮剂过程中很难达到悬浮状态,本发明的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂在制备过程中深绿木霉菌粉分三次与助剂混合研磨,可以极大程度的减小粒径,保证均匀悬浮,不沉底、不结块。
实施例3
一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其组分及重量如下表3所示。

一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,将10g深绿木霉菌粉按照2:2:6分成三份,取一份2g与2g吲哚丁酸、5g氨基寡糖素和28.8g 助剂均匀混合,进行剪切分散成混合物料A;再将深绿木霉菌粉第二份2g加入混合物料A均匀混合,再进行剪切分散后得到混合物料B;最后将深绿木霉菌粉第三份6g 加入混合物料B,再加入54.2g玉米油均匀混合,得到油悬浮剂,再进行剪切分散后加入砂磨釜中,进行研磨,研磨至粒径小于5μm,得到10亿孢子/克深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂。
实施例4
一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其组分及重量如下表4所示。

一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,将20g深绿木霉菌粉随机分成三份,取一份与5g吲哚丁酸、8g氨基寡糖素和32.1g助剂均匀混合,进行剪切分散成混合物料A;再将深绿木霉菌粉第二份加入混合物料A均匀混合,再进行剪切分散后得到混合物料B;最后将深绿木霉菌粉第三份加入混合物料 B,再加入34.9g葵花籽油均匀混合,得到油悬浮剂,再进行剪切分散后加入砂磨釜中,进行研磨,研磨至粒径小于5μm,得到5亿孢子/克深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂。
实施例5
一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其组分及重量如下表5所示。

一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,将35g深绿木霉菌粉随机分成三份,取一份与5g吲哚丁酸、5g氨基寡糖素和33.7g助剂均匀混合,进行剪切分散成混合物料A;再将深绿木霉菌粉第二份加入混合物料A均匀混合,再进行剪切分散后得到混合物料B;最后将深绿木霉菌粉第三份加入混合物料B,再加入21.3g橄榄油均匀混合,得到油悬浮剂,再进行剪切分散后加入砂磨釜中,进行研磨,研磨至粒径小于5μm。
采用下述实验验证深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂孢子活性:
孢子活性验证方法:深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂孢子活性检测采用菌落计数法检测活孢子数。称取样品1ml放入500ml三角瓶内,加入100ml无菌水,在摇床上震荡 15min,得到稀释100倍的样品溶液,然后继续用10倍稀释至10-7浓度。用无菌吸管分别吸取10-5、10-6、10-7稀释液各100μl于PDA平板上,用曲玻棒均匀涂布在整个平板表面,每个稀释度做3次重复,然后置于25℃下培养24h-48h后,选择适宜的稀释度,取菌落数在30-150个之间的平板进行计数。用实施例1-5制备的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂做样品进行孢子活性检测,前三次每2个月检测一次,中间三次每3个月检测一次,最后两次每半年检测一次,结果见表6。
从表6中可以看出,采用本专利方法制备的木霉菌可分散油悬浮剂孢子活性在 18个月仍能保持在80%以上活性,贮存期较长。

以上5个实施例的流动性能测试,结果用表格及文字形式进行描述。
从表7中可以看出,随着木霉菌孢子粉添加量的增加,木霉菌可分散油悬浮剂流动性越差,木霉菌孢子粉添加量超过30%,样品出料粘度大,流动性差。

采用防治大姜根结线虫田间防效试验验证本发明的效果:
本试验在山东潍坊市安丘凌河镇凌河村露地大姜开展田间防效试验。试验药品为实施例3-5制备的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂、10亿孢子/克淡紫紫孢菌粉剂(重庆微核生物科技有限公司)。于大姜第一次培土前用药一次。试验前及试验期间未施用任何防治大姜线虫的药剂,共设6个处理:
T1,10亿孢子/克深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂2500ml/亩;
T2,15亿孢子/克深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂1500ml/亩;
T3,25亿孢子/克深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂1500ml/亩;
T4,10亿孢子/克淡紫紫孢菌粉剂2.5kg/亩;
T5,未使用药剂作为空白对照。
试验每个处理3次重复,小区随机排列,每小区面积20m2,采用灌根施用。
试验结果表明:深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂对大姜根结线虫具有较好的防治效果,与农户常用的5%阿维菌素乳油效果略差,但明显好于其他微生物菌剂。同时,深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂可以促进植株生长,地上植株正常生长,而空白对照及竞品处理处理的试验田块均有较矮植株。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例所公开的内容。
Claims (12)
1.一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于:其组分及重量份数比为:
深绿木霉孢子粉0.5~30重量份;
吲哚丁酸0.5~5重量份;
氨基寡糖素0.5~10重量份;
助剂3.3~50.6重量份;
植物油20~85重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述助剂的组分及重量份数比为:
乳化剂1~20重量份;
稳定剂0.5~5重量份;
润湿分散剂1~10重量份;
抗氧化剂0.1~3重量份;
增稠剂0.5~10重量份;
保护剂0.1~0.6重量份;
防腐剂0.1~2重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为茶皂素、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、月桂酰两性二乙酸二钠、失水山梨醇三油酸酯、失水山梨醇三硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、二乙二醇脂肪酸酯、二乙二醇单月桂酸酯、失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚、聚氧乙烯单棕榈酸酯中的一种或任意两种及以上的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、丁基羟基茴香醚、季戊四醇、环氧大豆油中的一种或任意两种及以上的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述润湿分散剂为木质素磺酸钙、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、鼠李糖脂中的一种或任意两种及以上混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为维生素C、维生素E、丁基羟基茴香醚中的一种或任意两种及以上的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为白炭黑、有机膨润土、黄原胶、海藻酸钠中的一种或任意两种及以上的混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述保护剂为糊精、黄原胶、荧光素钠、维生素C、纳米氧化锌、蔗糖、腐殖酸纳、黄腐酸钾中的一种或任意两种及以上的混合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为双乙酸钠、丙酸钙中的一种或任意两种及以上的混合。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述植物油为花生油、大豆油、葵花籽油、橄榄油、玉米油、芝麻油、亚麻籽油、椰子油、棕榈油、蓖麻油中的一种或任意两种及以上的混合。
11.一种权利要求1所述含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)将深绿木霉菌粉分成三份,取第一份与吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素和助剂按照重量份数比均匀混合,进行剪切分散,得到混合物料A;
2)再将深绿木霉菌粉第二份与步骤1)所得的混合物料A均匀混合,再进行剪切分散,得到混合物料B;
3)将深绿木霉菌粉第三份与步骤2)所得的混合物料B、植物油按照重量份数比均匀混合,得到油悬浮剂,再进行剪切分散后加入砂磨釜中,进行研磨,研磨至粒径小于5μm,得到可分散油悬浮剂。
12.一种含有吲哚丁酸、氨基寡糖素的深绿木霉可分散油悬浮剂的对病原线虫防控应用,其特征在于:用于防治南方根结线虫、北方根结线虫、大豆胞囊线虫、爪哇根结线虫引起的线虫病害。
