Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of breeding buildings, in particular to a steel structure fabricated pigsty which is built quickly and a construction method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the modernization of assembly type buildings and industries is rapidly developed in China. The discharge of the state department of China & lt & gt guidance opinions about the vigorous development of the fabricated building & gt further defines that the fabricated building technology is to be actively popularized in the future, and the fabricated building accounts for 30% of the newly built building in about 10 years. The fabricated building has the advantages of high construction speed, small restriction by climatic conditions, labor saving and building quality improvement.
The rapid development of modern breeding industry enables the modernized heat-preservation and energy-saving pigsty to replace the traditional half-open pigsty. Modern intensive breeding technology requires an environment control system, a ventilation system, a feed supply system, a lighting system and the like to be arranged in a heat-preservation and energy-saving pigsty. Meanwhile, after ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide formed by pig excreta are combined with water, chemical electrolytic reaction can be formed on the surface of metal, metal components are corroded quickly, the common color steel pigsty can be scrapped only about 3-5 years, and a heat-insulating, flame-retardant, corrosion-resistant and high-pressure-flushing-resistant ceiling system needs to be arranged. Therefore, the construction period of the modernized heat-preservation and energy-saving pigsty built by the conventional construction process is long, and the quality is unstable.
The existing modular building based on the container technology is limited by the transportation size, has small bay and can not meet the space requirement of modern intensive culture.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a quick construction steel structure assembly type pigsty and a construction method thereof, which can obviously improve the construction speed, ensure the construction quality and reduce the manufacturing cost.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a quickly built steel structure assembly type pigsty is formed by assembling a plurality of pigsty units, wherein each pigsty unit comprises a prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame, a steel frame column, a supporting beam and a truss connecting piece; the steel frame columns are distributed in a rectangular array, the upper ends of the steel frame columns are provided with bearing plates for supporting prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frames, and the side walls of the upper parts of the steel frame columns are provided with side connecting plates for locking the bearing beams; the bearing beam frame crosses between the adjacent steel frame columns on the left side and the right side, the end part of the bearing beam is connected with the side connecting plate in a locking way, and the middle part of the bearing beam is provided with a beam bearing plate; the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame is arranged between two parallel bearing beams, the two prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frames are arranged on the same bearing beam side by side from left to right, the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame is a rectangular frame body formed by enclosing a plurality of trusses, steel short columns are arranged at four corners of the rectangular frame body, and the steel short columns are locked with bearing plates at the upper ends of the steel frame columns or are supported on beam bearing plates in the middle of the bearing beams; the truss connecting piece is arranged between two short steel columns on the butt joint side of the prefabricated roof ceiling frame and comprises two groove-shaped pieces with two openings arranged in opposite directions and a cross rod connected between the two groove-shaped pieces.
A construction method for quickly building a steel structure assembled pigsty comprises the following steps: s1, fixing a steel frame column in a rectangular array; s2, a supporting beam is erected between the adjacent steel frame columns on the left side and the right side, and the end part of the supporting beam is connected with a side connecting plate on the steel frame column in a locking mode; s3, erecting two prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frames between parallel supporting beams in parallel from left to right, locking and connecting a short steel column intersected with a steel frame column with the supporting plates through a short column bottom plate, and temporarily supporting the short steel column intersected with the supporting beams on the beam supporting plates through the short column bottom plate; s4, installing a truss connecting piece between the two steel short columns on the butt joint side of the prefabricated roof ceiling frame, and permanently fixing the channel-shaped piece and the steel short columns; s5, dismantling the supporting beam to complete the assembly of the pigsty unit; s6, continuously installing the pigsty units on the left side and the right side of the assembled pigsty units, fixing the left and the right adjacent pigsty units through truss connecting pieces, and locking groove-shaped pieces of the truss connecting pieces on short steel columns of the adjacent pigsty units; and S7, continuously installing the pigsty units at the front side and the rear side of the assembled pigsty units, fixing the front adjacent pigsty unit and the rear adjacent pigsty unit through connecting rods, and respectively fixing the connecting rods on the extending section suspension frames of the adjacent pigsty units.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the assembled pigsty unit is decomposed into the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame and the steel frame column, so that the transportation size limit is met, and the space requirement of the pigsty during operation and maintenance is met;
2. the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame can be produced and processed in a factory, and can be integrally transported and hoisted due to the fixed shape. The prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame with high finish degree can be pre-processed outside the site, so that the site construction speed can be obviously accelerated.
3. The steel short column of the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame is arranged, so that the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame has good stability during transportation; meanwhile, the finished roof and ceiling in a factory can be guaranteed not to be damaged easily in the transportation process.
4. The combined application of the steel frame column, the supporting beam and the truss connecting piece can realize a column-free space with twice transportation width limitation in the length direction of the pigsty, and is convenient for later operation and maintenance management of the pigsty;
5. the assembled pigsty units are combined in the horizontal direction, so that the construction of a large pigsty can be realized, and the construction cost can be obviously reduced through the mass production of the standard module units.

A quickly built steel structure assembly type pigsty is formed by assembling a plurality of pigsty units, wherein each pigsty unit comprises a prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame 1, a steel frame column 2, a supporting beam 3 and a truss connecting piece 4;
the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame 1, the steel frame columns 2, the supporting beams 3 and the truss connecting pieces 4 are made of section steel.
The steel frame columns 2 are distributed in a rectangular array, the upper ends of the steel frame columns 2 are provided with bearing plates 2-1 used for supporting the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame 1, and the side walls of the upper parts of the steel frame columns 2 are provided with side connecting plates 2-4 used for locking the bearing beams 3;
the supporting beam 3 is erected between the adjacent steel frame columns 2 on the left side and the right side, the end part of the supporting beam 3 is in locking connection with the side connecting plates 2-4, and the middle part of the supporting beam 3 is provided with a beam supporting plate 3-2;
the elevation of the beam surface of the supporting beam 3 is slightly lower than the elevation of the plate surface of the supporting plate 2-1 of the steel frame column 2.
The beam supporting plate 3-2 has the same plate surface elevation as the supporting plate 2-1.
The prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame 1 is arranged between two parallel supporting beams 3, the two prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frames 1 are arranged on the same supporting beam 3 side by side from left to right, the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame 1 is a rectangular frame body formed by enclosing a plurality of trusses 1-2, short steel columns 1-1 are arranged at four corners of the rectangular frame body, and the short steel columns 1-1 are in locking connection with supporting plates 2-1 at the upper ends of the steel frame columns 2 or are supported on beam supporting plates 3-2 in the middle of the supporting beams 3;

The front side or the rear side of the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame 1 is provided with an extension section suspension 1-3 coplanar with the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame 1, and the extension section suspension 1-3 is a rectangular frame body formed by enclosing a plurality of trusses 1-2.
The prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame 1 and the upper chords of the trusses 1-2 of the extending section suspension frames 1-3 are coplanar, roof supporting purlins 1-5 are arranged among the upper chords of the trusses 1-2, and a metal roof plate is arranged on one outdoor side of the roof supporting purlins 1-5;
the prefabricated roof ceiling frame 1 and the lower chords of the trusses 1-2 of the extending section suspension frames 1-3 are coplanar, ceiling supporting purlins 1-6 are arranged among the lower chords of the trusses 1-2, and a ceiling plate is arranged on one indoor side of the ceiling supporting purlins 1-6.
The lower end of the steel short column 1-1 is provided with a short column bottom plate 1-4, and the short column bottom plate 1-4 and the bearing plate 2-1 are fixedly connected or welded through bolts.
The elevation of the short column bottom plate 1-4 is lower than the plane of the lower chord of the truss 1-2.
And a column base bottom plate 2-2 and foundation bolts 2-3 are arranged at the bottom of the steel frame column 2.
The profile of the side wall of the steel short column 1-1 is matched with that of the groove-shaped piece 4-1 of the truss connecting piece 4, and the groove-shaped piece 4-1 and the steel short column 1-1 are fixedly connected through bolts or fixedly welded.
A construction method for quickly building a steel structure assembled pigsty comprises the following steps:
s1, fixing a steel frame column 2 in a rectangular array;
s2, a supporting beam 3 is erected between the left side and the right side of the adjacent steel frame columns 2, and the end part of the supporting beam 3 is in locking connection with the side connecting plates 2-4 on the steel frame columns 2;
s3, erecting two prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frames 1 between parallel supporting beams 3 in parallel left and right, locking and connecting steel short columns 1-1 intersected with steel frame columns 2 with the supporting plates 2-1 through short column bottom plates 1-4, and temporarily supporting the steel short columns 1-1 intersected with the supporting beams 3 on the beam supporting plates 3-2 through the short column bottom plates 1-4;
s4, installing a truss connecting piece 4 between two steel short columns 1-1 on the butt joint side of the prefabricated roof suspended ceiling frame 1, and permanently fixing the channel-shaped piece 4-1 and the steel short column 1-1;
s5, dismantling the supporting beam 3 to complete the assembly of the pigsty unit;
s6, continuously installing the pigsty units on the left side and the right side of the assembled pigsty units, fixing the left pigsty unit and the right pigsty unit through a truss connecting piece 4, and locking groove-shaped pieces 4-1 of the truss connecting piece 4 on steel short columns 1-1 of the adjacent pigsty units;
s7, continuously installing the pigsty units at the front side and the rear side of the assembled pigsty units, fixing the front adjacent pigsty units and the rear adjacent pigsty units through connecting rods, and respectively fixing the connecting rods on the extending section suspension frames 1-3 of the adjacent pigsty units.
The pigsty units at the front side and the rear side are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode.
The connecting rod can be fixed on the corner upright posts of the extending section suspension frames 1-3 in a welding mode.
