When the adjacent wire holders 5 are connected, the positioning protrusions 57 are correspondingly inserted into the positioning grooves 58, so that the wire holders 5 can have a good positioning effect when being installed, and the tight serial connection and the quick insertion and fixation are realized. When the wire connecting structure is connected, the buckling column 55 of the previous wire holder 5 is correspondingly inserted into the buckling hole 56 of the next wire holder 5, so that the wire holders 5 can be sequentially connected to form a straight line, and thus, the wire connecting structure can be orderly and conveniently installed in the wire slot 12. When the wire holder 5 is installed in the wire slot 12, two sides of the wire holder 5 can be correspondingly inserted into the slots 13, so that the relative position of the wire holder 5 installed in the wire slot 12 is more accurate and firm. When the bus socket 4 is mounted on the bus bar 1, the inserting convex edges 42 on both sides can be inserted into the inserting grooves 13 correspondingly, so that the bus socket 4 is firmly mounted in the wire casing 12.
As shown in fig. 7, 9 and 11, the two ends of the wire casing 12 are fixedly connected with the end panel 7 through two screws, the end panel 7 is provided with a side convex rib 71, the inner wall of the wire casing 12 is provided with an inner wall convex rib 121, and the side convex rib 71 is tightly attached to the inner wall convex rib 121. Two countersunk head screws 82 are adopted to lock and fix the end panel 7 at two ends of the wire slot 12, so that a better positioning effect can be achieved on wires in the wire slot 12, the bus wire plugging seat 4 and the wire connection seat 5, the bus wire plugging seat can be flexibly assembled and disassembled, the maintenance is convenient, and parts of the bus board 1 cannot be damaged. The side convex ribs 71 of the end panel 7 are tightly matched with the inner wall convex ribs 121 of the bus bar 1, so that the position of the bus bar 1 can be effectively limited, and the position accuracy of the bus plug socket 4 and the wire socket 5 is ensured.
During installation, according to actual use requirements, the wiring terminals 54 of a certain number of wires of the wiring assembly are correspondingly inserted into the sockets 41, the wiring seat 5 is correspondingly installed in the wire slot 12, then the wires are correspondingly placed in the wire slot 12, and finally the bus wiring seat 4 is correspondingly installed in the wire slot 12. Therefore, the wiring bases 5 can be flexibly connected to the bus plug wire base 4 according to the number of the wiring bases 5 which are actually required to be connected by a user, the use, the adjustment and the change are more convenient, the PCB does not need to be printed again, and the flexibility and the universality are higher.
As shown in fig. 12, the manifold plate 1 is provided with a plurality of passages, the plurality of passages includes an air inlet passage 14 and two air outlet passages 15, and the manifold plate 1 is provided with a vent hole 16 communicated with the passages.
