acquiring a second code value obtained by scanning an article label, acquiring article characteristic information of the article label, and associating the second code value with the article characteristic information to obtain second associated information;
and storing the first association information and second association information in association, wherein the item class label and the item label are generated according to an optical identification code, and the first code value is associated with at least one of the second code values.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the article management method of the present application.
While a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that shown or described herein.
The article management method of the embodiment is operated on the terminal equipment side, and comprises the following steps:
step S10, acquiring a first code value obtained by scanning an article type label, acquiring article type information of the article type label, and associating the first code value with the article type information to obtain first associated information;
it should be noted that the item class label and the item label of the present application are generated based on an OID code, where an OID (Object Identifier) code refers to an optical identification code, the OID code has different code values, and the different code values correspond to different contents of a read-on operation. Therefore, different labels can be generated according to different code values, and the labels can be directly pasted on the articles for identifying the articles when the articles are stored. When generating the label according to the OID code, binding the item category label and the item label in advance, for example, generating an item category label C ═ { C1, C2, Cx, cn } based on the OID code, where Cx denotes the xth category, and n denotes the total number of categories; item label G ═ G1, G2, gj, gn }, CxGj represents the jth item of the xth classification, where j ∈ {1, n }, n represents the total number of items of the classification, item category label exists with item label 1: and N binding relation.
The intelligent hardware scans the label pasted on the article, recognizes the label through the optical probe, completes the voice input and the voice meaning of the article according to the code, and supports voice inquiry and playing. This intelligent hardware possesses the following functions, refer to table 1:
TABLE 1
Serial number Key with a key body Function(s) Remarks for note
1 + Adding articles
2 - Article cancellation
3 Recording of sound Recording speech Query, item characterization
4 Power supply Switching device
5 Probe head Recognizing hidden codes, playing storage boxes, description of articles
Due to the fact that the quantity and the types of the articles are large, a plurality of intelligent hardware can be set to scan the articles, for example, the intelligent hardware H ═ { H1, H2, Hi, hk }, wherein Hi represents the ith hardware, i ∈ {1, n } represents the ith intelligent hardware, and the plurality of intelligent hardware can generate an intelligent hardware group F to share information. When storing the article, the '+' key is pressed, and the article type label Cx is scanned by the optical probe, so that the relationship between the article type label and the intelligent hardware, such as HiCx, can be bound. The article management method is analyzed and explained by taking the touch and talk pen as intelligent hardware, the optical sensor for identifying the OID codes is arranged on the touch and talk pen, and the optical lens on the optical sensor captures the identification codes printed on the labels to complete the identification and touch and talk functions. For example, the touch and talk pen uses a hidden code technology, and recognizes hidden codes (i.e., hidden code tags) on an article through a pen head optical sensor to distinguish touch and talk contents, and then reads voice stored in a memory (or a memory card) through the obtained hidden codes, and plays the voice through a speaker carried by the touch and talk pen.
When an inquiry instruction of an article is received, if the fact that the pressure value of the '+' key is larger than a set value is detected, the '+' key is pressed down by a user, at the moment, the article type label pasted on the article is scanned through an optical lens on an optical sensor of the touch and talk pen, the scanned article type label is identified to obtain a first code value, wherein in order to save the number of labels and reduce cost, the article type label does not need to be pasted on each article, and only the article type label needs to be pasted on a specific article, such as a storage cabinet, a wardrobe, a shoe cabinet, a storage box and the like. Then, when it is detected that the "record" key is pressed by the user, the voice information of the user is recorded through a microphone in the click-to-read pen, the voice information is the item category information corresponding to the item category label, and the voice information is converted into characters, wherein the item category information includes the name, the number, the size, the color, the storage location and the like of the item, for example, the name of the item is clothing, the data volume of the item is 20, and the storage location is a wardrobe. After the item type information input by the user is input, the scanned item type label is associated with the item type information to obtain first associated information, and therefore when the item type label is scanned, the reading pen automatically plays the item type information associated with the item type label. Meanwhile, after scanning the item category label, the smart hardware will automatically bind to the item category label, for example, the currently used smart hardware device is Hi, the scanned item category label is Cx, and after completing the scanning operation, the smart hardware device Hi binds to the item category label Cx, such as HiCx.
Step S20, acquiring a second code value obtained by scanning an article label, acquiring article characteristic information of the article label, and associating the second code value with the article characteristic information to obtain second associated information;
after the category information of the article is determined, detailed information of the article in the category needs to be further determined, and at this time, an article label attached to the article needs to be scanned through an optical lens on an optical sensor of the touch and talk pen, and the scanned article label needs to be identified to obtain a second code value. Then, when it is detected that the "record" key is pressed by the user, the voice information of the user is recorded through a microphone in the click-and-read pen, the voice information is article feature information corresponding to the article label, and the voice information is converted into characters, wherein the article feature information includes an article name, a size, a shape, a material, a color, a storage location and the like, for example, the article name is a shirt, the material is cotton, the color is white, and the storage location is a third layer in a wardrobe. After the article characteristic information input by the user is input, the scanned article label is associated with the article characteristic information to obtain first associated information, and therefore when the article label is scanned, the point-and-read pen automatically plays the article characteristic information associated with the article label. Meanwhile, after scanning the item category label and the item label, the smart hardware will automatically bind with the scanned label, for example, the currently used smart hardware device is Hi, the scanned item category label is Cx, the item label is Gj, and after completing the scanning operation, the smart hardware device Hi binds with the item category label Cx and the item label is Gj, such as HiCxGj.
Step S30, storing the first association information and the second association information in association, wherein the item class label and the item label are generated according to an optical identification code, and the first code value is associated with at least one of the second code values.
After the item type tag and the item tag are scanned, in order to facilitate operations such as query, change, deletion and the like of the item, the first associated information and the second associated information need to be stored in an associated manner, for example, the first associated information and the second associated information may be stored in a memory card of the point-and-read pen in an associated manner.
In an embodiment, multiple pieces of intelligent hardware may be bound to the terminal application, for example, identification information (such as account information) of the item scanning device is obtained, and the identification information, the first association information, and the second association information of the intelligent hardware are bound to an account of the terminal application, so that the item information associated with each piece of intelligent hardware may be viewed in real time through the terminal application.
Because in present article classification and management process, mainly adopt the mode of cell-phone APP camera and word description to accomplish article classification and management, under the condition that article are more, arrangement time is short, article management process is more difficult, simultaneously, under the condition that article state takes place the change, the processing procedure is very loaded down with trivial details. The method and the device can be used for rapidly completing the processes of article classification, article management and article feature description by combining the OID codes and the optical probe of intelligent hardware. Even under the condition of presetting the labels, preliminary article classification can be finished without software, and article management efficiency is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the article management method of the present application is proposed.
The item management method according to the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that, after the step of associating and storing the first associated information and the second associated information, the method includes:
step S31, when receiving the query instruction of the article, obtaining the article information of the article to be queried according to the query instruction;
step S32, matching the article information of the article to be inquired with pre-stored article type information and/or article characteristic information to obtain matched article type information and/or article characteristic information, and playing the matched article type information and/or article characteristic information for matching;
step S33, or acquiring a first code value obtained by scanning the item type tag of the item to be queried, and outputting item type information associated with the first code value of the item to be queried.
It should be noted that, a user may query an article in two ways, one is to directly press a "record" key of the touch and talk pen, then input voice information related to the article to be queried, and the touch and talk pen queries the article based on the voice information and plays the article information obtained by the query, so that the user can determine the position information of the article storage through the article information played by the touch and talk pen. The other method is that the reading pen is adopted to directly scan the object type label, and then the reading pen plays the object information associated with the object type label, so that the user can determine whether the object type is the object type needing to be searched through the object type information played by the reading pen.
In one embodiment, when it is detected that the "record" key is pressed by the user, the microphone in the touch and talk pen receives the voice information of the user, converts the voice information into text, identifies the text content, determines whether the text content contains content matched with the pre-stored item type information and/or item feature information in the touch and talk pen, and if the text content contains matched content, plays the matched item type information and/or item feature information through the microphone or speaker in the touch and talk pen.
In an embodiment, a first code value obtained by scanning an article type tag of an article to be queried is obtained, article type information associated with the first code value is played, if the current article type is the type that a user wants to query, a second code value obtained by continuously scanning the article tag under the type can be obtained, and article characteristic information associated with the second code value is played.
According to the embodiment, the articles are inquired by directly inputting the voice information of the user or directly scanning the label, so that the article inquiry efficiency is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the article management method of the present application is proposed.
The third embodiment of the article management method differs from the second embodiment in that, after the step of associating and storing the first associated information and the second associated information, the method further includes:
step S34, when receiving the modification instruction of the article, obtaining the modification content of the article to be modified according to the modification instruction;
step S35, when the modification content is a modification label, modifying the item type label and/or the item label of the item to be modified according to a preset label;
and step S36, when the modification content is modification item information, modifying the item type information and/or the item characteristic information of the item to be modified according to preset item information.
When the label attached to the article is detached, if the label is detached due to insufficient adhesiveness, the label attached to the article needs to be renewed. In addition, when the user inputs article information of the point-and-read pen wrongly, the article information needs to be input again, so that the accuracy of article query is improved.
In an embodiment, when an article modification instruction is received by a touch and talk pen, modification content of an article to be modified needs to be obtained according to the modification instruction, when the modification content is a modification tag, the tag to be modified needs to be further determined, if the tag to be modified is an article category tag, a preset article category tag (i.e., a new article category tag) prepared in advance by a user is scanned, a first code value obtained by scanning the preset article category tag is obtained, and then first association information of the article to be modified is updated according to the first code value of the preset article category tag, that is, the first code value of the preset article category tag is re-associated with article category information of the article to be modified. If the label to be modified is an article label, scanning a preset article label (i.e. a new article label) prepared in advance by a user, acquiring a second code value obtained by scanning the preset article label, and then updating second association information of the article to be modified according to the second code value of the preset article label, i.e. re-associating the second code value of the preset article label with the article characteristic information of the article to be modified. If the article type label and the article label are both required to be modified, scanning a preset article type label prepared in advance by a user, acquiring a first code value obtained by scanning the preset article type label, and then updating first associated information of an article to be modified according to the first code value of the preset article type label. And meanwhile, scanning a preset article label prepared in advance by a user, acquiring a second code value obtained by scanning the preset article label, and updating second associated information of the article to be modified according to the second code value of the preset article label.
When the modified content is modified item information and a recording key is detected to be pressed down, voice information recorded by voice of a user is obtained, the voice information is converted into characters, preset item type information (namely new item type information) of an item to be modified is obtained based on the characters, first associated information of the item to be modified is updated according to the preset item type information, and the preset item type information and a first code value of the item to be modified are bound again. If the modified content is the modified article characteristic information, acquiring preset article characteristic information (namely new article characteristic information) of the article to be modified according to the characters obtained by the voice information conversion, and updating second associated information of the article to be modified according to the preset article characteristic information, namely rebinding the preset article characteristic information and the second code value of the article to be modified. If the article type information and the article characteristic information both need to be modified, acquiring preset article type information and preset article characteristic information of an article to be modified according to characters obtained by voice information conversion, updating first associated information of the article to be modified according to the preset article type information, updating second associated information of the article to be modified according to the preset article characteristic information, namely, re-binding the preset article type information and a first code value of the article to be modified, and re-binding the preset article characteristic information and a second code value of the article to be modified.
In the embodiment, the original label is modified by scanning the new label pasted on the article, the voice information of the user is input, the new article information is obtained according to the characters obtained by converting the voice information, and then the associated information of the article to be modified is updated according to the new article information. Therefore, the operation of changing the article information is simplified, and the efficiency of changing the article information is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 5, a fourth embodiment of the article management method of the present application is proposed.
The fourth embodiment of the article management method differs from the third embodiment in that, after the step of associating and storing the first associated information and the second associated information, the method further includes:
step S37, when a deleting instruction of the article is received, the article to be deleted is obtained according to the deleting instruction;
step S38, acquiring a first code value obtained by scanning the item type label of the item to be deleted, and deleting first associated information corresponding to the first code value of the item to be deleted;
step S39, or acquiring a second code value obtained by scanning the item tag of the item to be deleted, and deleting second association information corresponding to the second code value of the item to be deleted.
It should be noted that, for the condiment in the kitchen or the skin care product in the dresser, when the user runs out, the article does not need to be stored, and the article needs to be deleted; alternatively, when the user attaches the label to the article, the user may attach the label by mistake, and at this time, the article may be deleted.
